what is up guys welcome back to the channel welcome back to Jackson bills welcome to New here we are we got this Monte Carlo SS here really nice car but we're about to LS Swap this thing I've got this motor over here that I just built and we've got a 4L80E behind it it's a 6.2 liter with a summit cam in it and it's got a Corvette accessories and stuff this thing is gonna be real nice it's gonna have AC digital gauges all that stuff so without further Ado there we have it got the motor in there there's our little harness from LS harness connection um I've got a we've got the fuel line ran up right here we're still working on running it through the frame and run it over for the LS3 intake but uh you need to get a couple things for the front drive also got a header on I get a couple things for the front drive get the starter on converter bolts it up I've got the harness ran through here I've got to seal it to the firewall there so that it doesn't leak anything through like water and stuff but it does have a little grommet on it um this is it this is from uh LS harness connection he's in Fort Worth and I ran one of his harnesses before and I wasn't disappointed as you can see everything's rule pretty and labeled injectors you know each cylinder labeled and grounds knock sensors everything's pretty much labeled so I just ran that through um I've got the harness just sitting in here right now I literally just ran it through so I've got to find a place for this fuse box and uh once I get the computer the computers on these uh harnesses on these clips here I've got to find a place up here in the dash for them to sit so that you're not looking at them you know um I've got a Factory OBD Port there I'm sure it's OBD1 so what I'll do is uh unscrew that one throw this uh OBD2 port there in place of that one and we'll just uh would have tucked that one we'll cut it out we gotta run all these uh here's a check engine light light to run it to here from Factory which we're not going to be doing because we're going to be running a Dakota digital gauges in place of these Factory beautiful gauges so yeah we've got a bunch of things to wire but it's nothing too confusing uh you know torque converter lock up uh brake signal you know speedometer just stuff like that this is the gas pedal um and then ground for the computer or I'm sorry ground for fan two ground for Fan One what is this this is probably oh this is a this is a fuel pump Line This is 12 volts the fuel pump uh ignition this is going to give us our uh whole fuse box power so yeah it's pretty it's pretty easy stuff it's all labeled out for you here I've got the uh the dash out now and I've got the stock gauges out of the bezel here I put the Dakota digitals in I've got the wire for them uh somewhere sitting under it I've got the wire ran through the uh Factory speedometer port and uh I had to do some trimming on the inside um see if I have any of the uh old brackets right here I also had to take out the bulbs from behind the lights here so in order to make this fit but I did have to do some trimming on some tabs in there uh I should probably show before I threw it back together here but anyways um I pulled the lens off because it was a little dirty I cleaned it up a little bit now I'm about to slap it back on here get all my uh my lights back into these holes here um and go throw it back in the car so only thing I've done is I've put the uh uh alternator power steering pump um got that bracket together and then I added this bracket for the AC compressor this is a 508 style AC compressor this one uh I got it on Amazon it was like I was like 200 something dollars it's not bad I didn't pick the lowest quality one but you know you don't got to go crazy um so this ICT Billet bracket with their tensioner idler pulley all that stuff I've got this little crossover ran here for the steam vent this is off Amazon as well I've ran a few of these I like these the way they look um got the intake sitting on here LS3 intake um still haven't put the grommet on the firewall there but got the LS3 intake here I'm about to throw some uh LSA injectors in here so that we've got plenty of fuel if he ever wants to go 85 or whatever it is got the harness pretty much ran in the direction that it needs to run this is a fuel line it's in my way here I got the harness pretty much ran in the direction needs to run these are all the injector clips and then cooling temperature sensor you know mass airflow all that stuff see what else got it running on this side it's got the header on on both sides actually I'm just waiting to put this valve cover on because I have to trim a tab off of it and then I have to clean it off a little bit but oh so I'm running uh power steering custom power steering lines I'm making them I'm just using Earl's fittings you can get these little fittings that go into the factory ports that allow you to run you know an fittings so I'm just going to put some strong line on here the power steering line that they make for 6 AM and uh drop something just pulley on here you can see my clearance I don't really have much of it so I'm waiting until I get this pulley on here to make that line just due to the fact that I don't know I might have to get a different fitting or it might fit just fine so what's this butt um other than that I've got the uh got a little bit torn apart inside here still I'm sorry all the way to Winterport um I've just I was messing with this wiring I had to figure out what my turn signal my signals were for my turn signal it's these uh two blue wires right here this is right turn signal it's a left turn signal and that is for the Dakota digitals they asked for right and left signal on the turn signals just got to do the dimming and uh a couple other signals I need to get for it but other than that I'm just that's what I'm waiting on to figure out what wires I need to use to put it in there you know so I can just install it and be done with it but I am still working on the engine I'm gonna get those injectors put on a couple other things put on um oh I've got the radiator and E fans in as well this is uh this is an eBay setup I've never used this setup before if it doesn't work then it doesn't work you know we'll change it out but I don't think I'm gonna have a problem with it and I picked a better brand I've just got zip ties here because I had to kind of make some brackets here to hold it in because I didn't have the factory shroud to go across but these zip ties aren't really holding anything anymore all right so here we are I've got quite a few more things on I've got the hoses on uh spark plug wires quite a few things clipped in and installed now getting really close here to firing it up I found my buddy Hector up here today and he's building a custom intake here to go down and come over so let me show you what he's doing yeah but burn yourself [Applause] [Music] like Mike Jones up in here there we have it the hector floote custom intake so it's got a bracket down there holding it to the uh car here and then use some hose clamps right there I put those hose clamps on so they're a little crooked but uh hose clamps on to clamp it to the throttle body but now I've got a belt on here um so I use the you know ICT Billet front drive I can give a link for which belt I use in the description but all I did was took a piece of wire and routed it all the way around to see where it needed to go so now I've got uh I've got some wiring around here it looks a little jumbled up and messy but I am going to clean it up I've got the e-fans wired in um I've also got this power steering line down here made you can see use a uh AN fitting did a little turn around here and use another and fitting on the bottom of the power steering pump I had to do a custom steering wheel on this thing because he has the uh the wheels to match the car um let me tilt this column down here I've got the dash back in now with the the coated digitals in there my battery is pretty dead so y'all might be able to see them might not let me grab the key to see if I have enough battery yeah just enough to show the gauges here I have like no voltage but you can see the gauges work I've got a bunch of my wiring down here I still have to clean up so I've got the ls harness um Dakota digitals with the bib module to run off the OBD I think I'm going to run a GPS module if the uh if the wires off the harness won't read into the speedo on the Dakota digitals other than that we're we're coming along pretty fast here so I've got to set up these Dakota digitals all right so I'm about to try to fire it up here um I've got like seven gallons of 93 in it plus whatever old gas is in here so let's see what it does [Music] dead battery I don't have any of the gauges uh configurated or set up yet because I don't have the selector for them to go through the menu we'll be getting that soon though foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] folks we got the money up here at the muffler shop just drove it up here open headers worst idea ever I hate driving cars open headers they suck but uh now you can see what we're gonna do with the exhaust so we're going to come off of these old bullet Mufflers right here we're going to run a dump straight down off of both of them and we're just going to run the pipe right up to it connect it there um I had my buddy make this cross member uh it's pretty nice they welded it up his name's Anderson's performance on Instagram his name's Spencer pretty good guy we'll go back a little bit but this is the cross member I'm running still running LS harness connections harness I got the custom an trans lines brand and other than that we're gonna get this made I've still got a few things to button up but uh this should help it run a lot better because right now she is really struggling so got pretty much everything buttoned up now completed a little Kink here in the lower radiator hose but she will be just fine uh upper radiator hose looking good not stretched out or anything uh I ran a holly jumper wire for the alternator because I couldn't get it to charge on the reference on the Gen 4 computer because it like kind of turns it on and off um so I converted to a gen 3 alternator what else we got here nothing much to see other than uh this pretty intake setup here front drive I've got the mass airflow off because we need to adjust the injector size and the tuning so it'll idle with the mass airflow in and other than that pretty much wraps it up in here you come inside I've got the Dakota digitals all put in you know clean inside got the new steering wheel in grab the keys we go key in [Music] so we've got oil pressure at idle with a standard volume oil pump good voltage temperature fuel gauge is working only thing I calibrated it's a speedometer gonna throw in drive now pull her into the shop pretty much everything works I made sure the uh the lights on the dash worked this one says fastened seat belts so I have to pass them on seat belt if I put the E-brake on brake light comes on if I take it off turns off so that works and also what else do we have uh turn so pretty much everything working in this thing get some little little blip [Music] a very healthy girl ready to hit the streets tear them up we'll pull this thing out the units now at the shops get this thing on the road so you always drive like on the road nice and smooth over an overdrive now and the 480e just like that locked up all wired up the brake switch and all that so a nice Cruiser a little bit of driving action here and then uh the chance I might get on it a little bit if you didn't want one usually got that rear view mirror right there [Music] he's down baby like that oh she bought it trying to do a G-Body right here [Music] [Music] well there you have it folks Monte Carlo SS LS swap wrapped up you looking good just ready to head on to the next shop we're gonna go get some tubs put in there some big wheels so he's gonna be looking real good and running real good with this motor it's the last take on her gotta get some stuff out of the back seat but other than that heartbeat of America real clean car a good runner too so there you have it until the next time guys shoot I don't know what video is gonna be next I got quite a few things to do this one right here 408 stroker LS swap all-wheel drive Blazer little cam in this one turbo so I gotta I got a mess up here in the shop and working but you know just got some stuff to do and got some more coming so there you have it y'all have a good one there's CJ a glass by the way oh OBS parting out guy right there y'all need to come see him if y'all need OBS parts
