okay another progress update here so just finished installing archive garage 52 in leaf springs here these are supposed to be a 3-in lift also got the 5 in adapters there to bring that down and then uh their full archive garage front box hanger for my application here so this is a first gen coming check Cassie I've moved mine all the way up here cuz I need to push the axle as far forward as possible supposedly that's supposed to be an inch but we'll see here so these are a 3 in and I just took out the 4 in Skyjacker Springs which are over there so but think it drop more than an inch this is all just temporary in the moment so not much I can do I still have my uh uh brackets to move the axle forward if I need be but once I put the body pieces all back on see if everything sits but these bring should the Bri a lot nicer supposedly a lot more travel it's got everything just kind of hanging in here haven't bolted it all up yet just cuz might have to take it back out uh okay we got the Hydro Boost unit in just waiting uh to get two more lines flared here so I just got this one which will go into here so increase the brake line pressures this one's already run but for my hoses here I just got this city in here but I think I'm going to go get new hoses made cuz with this time I put the original Dodge power steering Hydro Boost lines on going to have way too much line so just going to get all the fittings hook it all up with new lines uh in here throttle cables in I did was working on uh a feel shut off here I did buy a cable but it's going to be a pain ass so uh catch can so I got the aftermarket Billet cover on here so I ran those lines up goes into the catch can got the steering box in this uh two wheel drive location here we do have the crossover steering which will go in next now uh steering column is in that is all in there nice and tight got this adapter put this up to here so that is in uh did kill that pretty impressive this stuff went on nicely it's cheaper than Dynamat and uh also tin sounds gone so got all the way up in the dash everything's underneath and the doors up in there anywhere I can find a spot put it in so uh got the four-wheel drive shifter linkage in there got this uh nice little boot today from pick and pool and then uh trying to find these little Clips with a pain in the ass they don't make them anymore of course so we down pick a pole and I was going to put the original pedal back in here but I'm thinking this might actually work nicer which I just took over a Dakota this morning so we'll see going to play around with that uh let got to put connect the clutch pedal got the slave sister all cylinder all set up brakes there got my little kick panels all painted up then uh the door panels I'll do proper uh paint those were just quick spray bomm and then uh we'll get carpet in here I doable the headliner pieces just found actually these trim pieces which are almost impossible to find but luckily somebody local had them so now I can put the headliner in get the rear window in toss the seats in so that's that and then actually got my little rubber grommet here and then uh just uh next week I'll have the filling neck original one so I just took the fuel tank out but the filler neck's going go in here I'm going to have to Jim me up something to go over to here and I might have to drill a hole through here this one the tank is right there so we'll see but and then uh all those box or rail braces have to drill right through them and then uh it should go into the tank and then uh yeah so that's that let's get the other brake line all the brake lines will be done I the fuel lines and next up I got a 60in Chevy leaf springs of uh 01 or 2017 GMC Safari they all same share the same Springs but they're a 60 inch leaf spring and then with the archive garage um hangers for the 63in heavy Springs so I'm going to drill those in so I get the nice longer Springs take out these 4in rear Skyjacker leaf springs and then the 60in will actually push my axle where it is now the Chevy ones with would actually put it back or the 64 in Springs would bring it back so 60 60 is a 3030 so should stay where actually it is and I don't have to use my relocation brackets which uh got in here you can see so then that's a 2in block and then I do the 5 in Block so we'll see where everything sits once I put those in and then I wouldn't mind it another inch down cuz I think that'll fill the fender now nicely with the 3 in and then another inch down still give me a good clearance but weon be uh is R so we'll see um put the fenders on so they'll have to be adjusted here there just a couple bolts in there got lights in just do all the wiring nice Fargo tailgate things sprayed in here so lots of just tedious little things here but motor is pretty close getting rate of fire going have to really think of how I'm going to do a 90 down into there to get the CO lower coolant hose in so that's going to be fun and then uh the fan actually got the rad is actually holding now so I got drilled two extra bolts got these little brackets in here which I just need to paint I'm think I'm going to paint the rad black everything else does it's too shiny so we'll paint this black and then uh yeah so that sits in there and then just the right amount of clearance so hopefully I get away with this electric fan otherwise I have to bring back the original fan we're going to have to figure something out but hopefully I can make that work and uh yeah all fuel lines everything's plums throttle cable so new master cylinder but yeah just get these lines clean up brake lines in uh oh and then uh the battery so you can see right there so I got the battery tray in so battery will be tucked up nice and clean and then uh right to the starter which would be great and uh yeah put a couple grounds on the Block actually's going to be close to firing but I want to run my cable again again for the manual fuel on fuel off this the cable is super stiff it wasn't work it's not the nicest to work with hopefully can run something like this should should just grab a auto cable but yeah that's where we're at so stay tuned we'll get more updates here but give a shout out to Archive garage their leaf springs and actually all the products in make are nice and quality this would actually be for first out I just trimmed it for mine but this is a '90s Dodge chassis everything works just retrofit this on so this is a 57 Fargo parway
