is older than when it was made this was found in a sealed tomb dating back to the ming dynasty the tomb was located in shangshi southern china and the watch encased in modern rock had stopped at 1006 am back in the ming dynasty watches had not been invented and switzerland didn't even exist as a country the ming dynasty went from 1368 to 1644 so how did a 100 year old watch get sealed inside a ming tomb our next mystery is the bosnian pyramids quick if i said pyramids where do you think of in the world most people would say egypt but that's because of popular culture in reality there are pyramids all over the world take the mayan pyramids in peru for example but one set of pyramids which doesn't get much press is located in bosnia these pyramids are covered in grass and scientists know nothing about them they were built with the same precision as the egyptian pyramids they can be found in visoko bosnia and it's said that these are the largest made human ancient pyramids on earth one 2018 documentary said they were built with the same power as the egyptians and according to the amazon prime documentary it was built by an unknown civilization 12 000 years ago our next mystery is the baghdad battery this battery has caused a rift in the scientific community many believe this is the first battery ever made but some don't think it was used as a battery this fine does put out a small electronic charge that would make it the oldest known form of a battery but sadly there's not been any recent research into the baghdad battery the artifact consists of a ceramic pot a tube of copper and a rod of iron those who say it isn't a battery don't give any explanation as to what it could be one german archaeologist said this likely dates from 250 bc so maybe alessandro volta was not the actual inventor of the battery in the 1700s it was said he invented the first battery in italy but perhaps the actual first battery was made in iraq way before jesus christ our next mystery is the london hammer this discovery is so strange some believe it to be proof of time travel it is as the name suggests a hammer but the mystery lies in the hammer's head it's made of 96 pure iron that's purer than anything nature could provide meaning man must have made this but here's where things get strange the hammer is carbon dated nearly 500 million years ago and the rocket was found encased in is dated 400 million years ago so how could this seemingly man-made piece of technology have existed half a billion years ago it was found in 1936 in london no not the one you're spherical concrete parking bollards you see in urban areas but that's not the case these stone spheres are actually totally natural and they're located in costa rica getting a stone to be perfectly was found a few weeks later the skeleton stood at nearly eight feet tall this is astounding seeing as the average height of a woman back then was only five feet that would be the equivalent of us having a nine foot tall human being around today but here's where things get crazy further research in the area led to the discovery of five more gigantic skeletons all of these were between seven and imagery we can get an even better picture of these lines as you can see there are hundreds of enormous lines the geometric lines make depictions of animals plants and figures and they were made over 2 know what noah's ark looked like but one two thousand year old document rewrote history when it was found the dead sea scrolls suggests that noah's ark was something different than what we believed as you can see in the scrolls the ark is shaped like a pyramid this was discovered five years after the scrolls were found that's because the scrolls were so old and in fragments but after a lab scan was going on some online theorize this could be a voodoo doll voodoo dolls are dolls that you do terrible things too you then hope those same things will happen to your greatest enemy but what do you think is this a scary satanic ritual or just someone messing around war tank one day some explorers were walking through a forest they wanted to see if they could find anything interesting that's when one of them found what seemed like an old barrel they went inside and found an underground building and inside was an old war tank amazingly it was buried right underneath the explorer's feet only the top of the tank was visible from above ground based on markings they realized it was made in the 1920s this means it was likely built after world war one it may have actually been too old to use in world war ii the tank was partially excavated that's because officials feared that old explosives may be found nearby thankfully there was no such danger and if you're wondering no the tank was not able to be used that's because the metal had rusted underground beyond repair tiger netflix's tiger king made us all think differently about how we treat animals for some it made them believe that we should leave tigers in the wild but others were inspired by joe exotic and wanted to become their own tiger king well one day a man in houston texas called the cops saying he'd just seen a tiger in an abandoned house in the 9-1-1 call the man did actually admit that he was intoxicated so that's why at first authorities were skeptical they thought maybe he was hallucinating and seeing things but when they showed up they really did find a tiger in an abandoned house the tiger was in a tiny cage inside the garage but thankfully it had enough food because it was overweight packages of meat were found nearby but no one was seen living in the house thankfully authorities rescued the tiger and took it to a local animal sanctuary people speculate that someone wanted to keep this tiger but not in their house that's why they kept it in this abandoned place they then simply drove there every day to feed it and make sure it was okay but this is not the way to treat an animal this big and really this is just more proof that we need to let animals live in the wild world war ii bomb strategic bombing was a staple of world war ii for example during the blitz germany dropped many missiles onto the uk this went on for eight months and many passed away and buildings were destroyed the allied forces also did this back to germany but to this day there are still thousands of tons of unexploded bombs all around the world they're often being found in the uk germany and other european countries but it's not often they're found in abandoned buildings one worker got a big surprise in athens greece in november of 2018 he found two hand grenades in november of 2019 he found a world war ii hand grenade now there's no expiration date for hand grenades this means it was totally active and could have gone off at any time they're actually more dangerous when they're found abandoned that's because the technology inside them may be rusted and unstable thankfully the greek authorities were able to remotely detonate this but unexploded world war ii bombs are found most often in germany that's because 2.7 million tons of them were dropped on the country by the allied forces so if you're ever urban exploring in germany make sure you watch your step dolban one day some urban explorers were investigating an abandoned petting zoo they were hoping to just check out the area and maybe see some creepy skeletons of animals but they ended up stumbling across something even creepier they saw a bun which was slightly open and inside they found dozens of baby dolls scattered all around it to this day no one knows why this farmhouse was filled with baby dolls it's thought that perhaps the previous owner of the petting zoo was collecting them for some reason the weird thing is they were all the same and didn't have any clothing after the explorers stumbled across this they turned around and went home because they were so freaked out it really is like something straight out of a horror movie bath or brains one day some urban explorers were walking around an abandoned building that's when they stumbled across a bathtub which appears to be filled with brains this was uploaded to reddit by the guy who found it i'm not sure if these are real or fake or if they're from humans or animals either way can you imagine how scared you'd be if you saw this in real life when exploring it said that this was found in an old abandoned hospital it said on reddit that the people who found this called the cops but if these are real then what are all these brains doing in a bathtub surely that breaks all kinds of hospital regulations faceless dole one day some people were exploring an abandoned building that's when they came across something that gave them all chills and made them turn around and go home while walking through a corridor they found what appears to be a young girl but upon a closer inspection this is simply a plastic doll it's wearing an old-fashioned dress and is covered in dust but the strange thing is this doll has no face i'm not sure why anyone would go through the effort of making a doll and all of the clothing and then not put a face on it in some ways it looks like the child of slenderman that's because the mannequin's face is totally blank and has no features what do you think this bizarre doll found in an old corridor could be doing dungeon this one took place at christmas time in pickering ontario canada some people were exploring a 137 year old farmhouse it had been abandoned for a long time and around it were trees but underneath one of these trees is where someone found an abandoned dungeon it was padlocked and the guy instantly told the police the cops kept this very secretive and began a full-scale investigation but here's where things get crazy while police were still combing the property it mysteriously burned down this destroyed any evidence in the farmhouse and also the dungeon too police said they believe that it was burned down to cover something up and hide something but i guess we'll never know the secret behind this scary dungeon now it's time to make your voice heard comment below which was the scariest thing
