$50 Dirtbike build part 1

all righty guys welcome back to the hick today you got the $50 dirt bike so first I knew I bought it from told me that's been sitting so it won't kick over so probably sees so long they do the first and I'm gonna take off the spark plug and put oil in it and see if that'll fix it if not I have to take off the head and uh cylinder let's hope it hold air as tires a dry rotted both of my brakes work but they feel like absolute garbage so we're gonna fix that using wd-40 I know I'm gonna get hate in the comments for this but one you can go yourself until I ran out of lubricant the three this is a lubricant so what the hell why a lot of people get so pissed off about it you know I'm you like the fuser rubbing because it's kind of hard to roll so what I'm gonna do is I'm just gonna what's it called unadjusted another thing people hate about these adjustable wrenches adjustable wrenches are extremely useful tools especially for a kid like me I don't have any money to buy a whole wrench set so I'll just use a frickin adjustable wrench it's still hard to roll so it's either those shoes aren't rubbing and I'm just stupid or what's it called it's the back when it's rubbing now I want to take this cover off because for whatever reason for my chain ever falls off I'm not going to be able to put it back on with this cover covering the Front's pocket that breather right there but it's all dried and shitty now what I want to do actually is take off this tiny little sprocket and put on a nice big sprocket so I can get some more top-end did that go all right let's get this chain back on my rainbow sockets these are awesome oh my back hurts god damn it oh that's actually pretty good a chain tension is really good actually Wow so my brakes are rubbing the chain isn't that tight and see even when the wheel gets tighter change still not tight and I can kind of feel it so I got a adjust this drum brake put all right so I figured out how to adjust the drum brakes and it's actually really easy but here's the problem the drum brakes are sticking of course of something work on video there you go see if you apply the brakes really hard the drum brakes still stick how little that was and they're just sticking I didn't put it all the way up here just did like that so there you go again Thunder hate thunder what the is don't Oh what the hell what oh the whole sprocket seat comes off okay oh wow that makes a lot of sense I guess I need a new arm drum break unless I can um I may actually have a drum break this size hold up now I think you measure drum break by getting the diameter of it which is 110 and then you get the width of it which is shoe which is 25 oh my god this thing looks really similar to the one on the bike holy sit yo are you kidding me ah bro it's 105 maybe I measured wrong maybe the diameter of the wheel is 110 but the brakes is isn't bro are you kidding me I actually coincidentally have the same exact brake pad that I ordered incorrectly for the rear wheel of my old bike that is awesome um Dan what else just see that it just okay Chinese this pain in the ass Pro I'm changing the drum brakes on cars oh nice new brake shoes you oh my god all right now that the brakes and drivetrain are meant I'm gonna what's the cold I want to take all this off because this bike has electric start I want to figure out the whole battery situation oh it has a battery has a battery but I guarantee it's dead I guess I'll just take it off and try to charge it oh all right so next time you take all the plastics off so I can get to the carburetor let's just slide off a few line oh my god just reminds me of the one time clod I worked on where this was stuck oh yes yes yes yes how does that work all right this air box has seen better days batteries not charging doc so I'm just gonna put it back together and wait a couple days cuz I gotta wait for the oil to soak in so I can get it on seas there's really nothing left for me to do I've got the drive trained on this the breaks are meant carbs meant all I gotta do is get around seized and then this thing will be perfect I just got to put it all back together and I'm gonna end off the video here see you guys next time next week
