5 Things To Consider Before Becoming An Electrician

alright guys welcome back another video here for you this one is from I have no idea how to pronounce your name it's bad because you've been around for eternity I always just call you Pepsi or whatever but it's like P piece of it yeah it's gonna be bad pep Siviglia pep Pepe Silvia Pepe Silvia I don't know anyways you got the little toucan emblem as always so this this videos brought oh my gosh this is terrible this video topic is from them they left me a comment five things to consider before becoming an electrician these are the things off the top of my head I just wrote down and I feel like things that you should know that I would want to know so let's go ahead and get started before I waste another 48 seconds number one work environment sometimes there's a lot of people swearing people saying go over things it's not always the most fun place to be so just be aware of the type of environment people you'll be working around number two work conditions mostly working inside doing wiring and stuff like that but sometimes it requires you to be outside like if you're doing outside lights for walkways or street lighting and stuff like that sometimes it requires digging and sometimes heavy lifting for objects um I'll just leave it at that number three sometimes you'll be treated like garbage depending on the company that you work for of course what either that comes from your boss or just you the other co-workers and you should never put up with that you should leave immediately if the situation doesn't get any better so obviously give it some time maybe confront the situation talk to your boss or whatever but I was at this company for like three years total but like a two-year stretch at one point it's six months at one point and then six months later another point but they absolutely treated me like garbage and everyone at the company like garbage just swearing at you every day making you feel like trash and making you feel worthless every time you mess up they would cuss you out and it was just not a fun place to be come home and just feel like crap sometimes and really gets you have to wire gets to after a while and you should not put up with that and let yourself go through that so definitely find a good company to work for a good work environment it makes a huge difference number four there's tons of places to work so you can find in another another job super quick electricians are in demand right now there's always new projects coming up the school that I went to if you weren't working that you just call in and you were put on it out of work list and then all the electrical companies they went through the school for apprentices they would get that list either email to them or somehow and then they would just call phone numbers off of that list so if you weren't working you would get a phone call within days hours or a week at the top so there's always companies looking for electricians or apprentices so the the work is pretty steady number five if you don't enjoy the work you should probably consider leaving it's not for everyone and that you should do a job that you enjoy and not just work for the money but that's completely up to you so if you want to make a decent amount of money then go for it there's easier jobs out there if you want to work with your brain on a computer or something but this is definitely a good job but just now what you're up against for the work conditions and work environment so if like that so if construction is something you enjoy then go for it but just want to give you the guy's a heads up I guess this videos gonna be shorter than I thought so that works out for both of us but anyways guys hope you enjoy the video if you did drop it a like and subscribe I'd appreciate it share it with someone if you want go for that as well if you know someone that's looking to be an electrician maybe this will help them out so thanks guys everyone that was weird check out the description for social medias and hit the notification bell if you want to be notified when I upload new videos or do live streams working towards a thousand subscribers so I can do mobile live streams again and I'll be doing a giveaway at a thousand subscribers electrical tools and stuff like that so I will be celebrating and shaving my beard so alright guys I will see you guys later god bless have an awesome mr. day peace
