drill we can move on to getting what you need as a player a solid foundation and a better ability to control the ball with both feet don't over complicate your training you want results period will lay out five to seven cones here and get started with the most important pattern that you should practice inside outside inside outside alternating feet stand line on our toes and keeping the ball close when you get to the end improvise and find a way to turn that suits you and your style and go back through the cones learning this rhythm and creativity is priceless so we'll go through five to ten times today and as we progress we'll throw some wild cards in the mix to make things challenging you don't have cones use some shirts or bibs you don't have shirts use some bottles or whatever you bust it out again repeat this until you successfully embarrass the cone so much that he's unwilling to speak to you anymore 30 seconds to a minute rest and then go again this entire training has been about reinforcing good habits and improving your speed and coordination even though we're in our fourth drill don't slack off you have to be relentless in your pursuit of good technique what's the point of being just okay when you can be great a much different approach that most of you are probably used to this last one is all about balance and concentration we've done enough speed work the only goal here is to keep the ball up while walking through the cones it's much harder than it looks and if you can do it with ease going forward challenge yourself and go backwards juggling is an
