building reminding all observers the ongoing failure the European Union Chamber of Commerce in Korea released a statement in the late 1990s claiming the elevator shaft were misaligned and that the hastily constructed structure was irreparable interestingly the North Korean government chose to pretend what the gigantic mistake was not there it edited official photographs to remove it and kept
