we we are here we are ready in the rain we're going to set up the forms again 28 by 28 two-car ranch style garage so this one ready where's those long those oh Chad's all over it in case you guys are proclaimed okay so the Four Corners are right on we'll check halfway on each wall foreign so we're going to cut out the floor drain put the plastic around that secure the drain to it and we'll set it about a half inch three quarters of an inch below I ran a string across their orange string so set it below that for grade hey we got a truck and we got a front even better I was looking forward to maybe not even putting my boots on and just running the chute because we have an extra guy today so this there's four of us probably be some stand around time what's that I'll be able to reach all of ask why we don't do a two by something going back in to to support the rake instead of just using the plywood with that for those meeting at the top that's a really good joint there the plywood it's only 11.5 inch overhang uh plywood easily handles that I've gone back and looked at jobs we've done 35 years ago still looks like a little perfect [Applause] okay so now so now we'll put it up all right let's see how it goes I'm gonna I'm going to just set my gun over here by the way never set a gun on a step ladder you can do that yeah all right all right I'm reluctant to put this on my belt foot one and a half inch ceiling it's a 12 inch radius track so by the time the door comes up there's about two or three inches clearance for the garage door opener [Music] quickly don't secure this one because we're going to be we're installing the garage door opener so there has to be a bar that comes across the top and then a bar that comes down that will have a slot to hold the bar that pulls the garage with the garage door opener it's a belt drive three quarter horse motor on both of them it's looking really nice we'll get the roof done and we'll do a final final video all right we are done all right so 28 28 8 foot ceilings 512 roof pitch that cute little eyebrow unibrow monobrow whatever it is vinyl siding not including the little apron or the shutters actually it's just under forty thousand dollars for this including the concrete slab up finished on the exterior wanna go inside all right didn't give you a choice currently no power in the building and it's battery backup for the openers so they are beeping because they're angry because there's no no power you can see it's everything's vented with the battery backup you can open the doors foreign they go really slow when it's on battery power yeah I don't want to kill a battery so I'll put it back down and we'll do a little drone fly around we'll go back outside [Music] so the reception is pretty sketchy around here for satellites for some reason we'll see hopefully it's got some power here it needs about 15 satellites to tie in to be able to go up high so sometimes if I get the Drone up a little higher it'll pick it up anyway we're recording let's see how it looks it let me go up 16 feet that's enough I guess I can look around you can see the snow guards there foreign [Music] there you have it hope
