tell us what's going on today carl what's going on today is my first uh 400 small block chevy and i tell you it was fun actually because every part that you order online actually fits like order you don't have to adapt a small block timing pointer oh yeah you mean to an lt1 you don't have to like find one off of everything exactly [Music] [Music] so here's the cam card although this isn't the same gold plane that we're used a very mild setup so we'll see how much power this guy makes oh how much uh compression is in this uh [Music] here's my official notes holy moly yeah you're organized at 10.3 10.3 all right perfect for pump gas yeah i think it's a 407 not a 406 407 okay close enough right yeah wow 67 camaro [Music] um so 35 right yep last time i did it i was like right on the money also the second time i was not on the money half and half yeah 39. i wonder if it's leaking out the rear main seal yet i just hit record first time on the old iphone oh yeah the old iphone they had actually pretty darn good video quality yeah i like how bright and you know high depth they are yup very clean [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] hey [Music] rockers are a little rockery the valve cover screws are unscrewed unscrewing themselves so with closer inspection we just had that one right there was making the noise but it still made 500 horsepower and seven and a half cylinders right yeah so today ninja matters how much horsepower is one loose rocker worth exhaust too right it's gonna sound way better this time without that rocker slapping around let's see good good good there he is what is that it's a wash oh crap bam get him carl not today [Music] leaned it out a little bit yeah now we're going to see if it likes 36 degrees tiny we went up from 33 to 36 degrees i guess i got the cam designer and i got tpv video here [Music] i mean for like a mild cam and like small heads this little guy put some good numbers out uh another person came by with uh dennis who designed the cam dennis staff and he is the go-to guy i was glad he came by too i get good advice from him rpm range to run it what to expect is it good or bad it sounds a little noisy that came from from dennis and tyler it's like we pulled the valve cover found a loose exhaust number two fixed that it picked up 12 horsepower yeah that's pretty good yeah so it was real yeah so if you're wondering how much a loose rocker is as far as horsepower 12 on your exhaust just one yep dyno testing at its finest so at the next engineers until then this is karla lineup on engines take care [Music]
