Hello, I'm Hojugyver. You know the dutch oven, It's made with cast iron and It has a lid. Today , I'm going to make artisan bread with this dutch oven. Artisan bread is made with only 4 ingredients; wheat Flour, water, salt, yeast and No knead It's really super easy to make. And when it's bake with the dutch oven, its outside is crispy and inside is moist. those you do not have Dutch oven, can use any other pot and lid if it's for the oven. Let's have a fun to make Artisan bread. start the dough. warm water 1.5 cups (360g) I heated this in the microwave for 1 minute. salt 1 teaspoon (6g) instant dry yeast 1 teaspoon (3g) stir to mix all. bread flour (plain flour) 3 cups (435g) the sise of this cup which i use is 240ml. even you don't have this cup, if you have a coffee cup like this, the size will be similar, so just pour 1.5 cups of water and 3 cups of flour, then okay. because the ratio is same. I'll add the remain 2 cups. I added all 3 cups. mix all. the dough has a lot of moisture, so It became a lump very soon. I'll use a scraper to clean the edges. dough is ready cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap. 1st proof for 2 hours at room temperature. 2 hours the 1st proof is over. because lid is tight. can you see ? very risen. dust the counter with wheat flour. take out the dough. looking well developed. I'll use the scraper to fold the dough. fold dough into the centre, it shapes round. then flip it over. shape it round. cover the dough with the mixing bowl. 2nd proof for 40minutes. It has passed 40 minutes, since 2nd proof started. preheat the oven at 230(450F) degrees with the dutch oven inside. to make the dough be ready, I'll move the dough on the baking paper. cut some baking paper. sprinkle some flour on the baking paper. and sprinkle some flour on the dough too. before moving the dough, I'll touch the dough a little bit. shape it a little smaller push the dough in slightly. and move it on the baking paper. well done, I'll bake as soon as the oven is ready. preheating is done. I'll take out the dutch oven, It should be very hot, so better prepare the space with something like this. It's really very hot. it needs a scoring. cut just once. try not to tough the hot pot, very carefully, put the dough into the pot. don't forget to touch the lid with gloved hands. bake this for 30minutes and open the lid and bake for another 10 mins. 30 minutes have passed. now i open the lid bread looks so nice. baking is over, i'll take out the bread. I think i need to buy a baking blade to make better cut. It's still hot This time i used scissors. bread is now cool enough I'll cut this. Let me have a look it's a very soft and moist bread. I cut the bread to keep in the freezer. can you see this ? a lot of holes. press the bread damped with butter. make some avocado mashed cheese on it and some ham too next is tomato finally, avocado mash.
