alright what's up YouTube so for my first start for quest for the perfect load we are going to do perfect load for 30.6 that is when I load some 3.6 IV load up other three got six some 180 grains will get more into that later but um I've heard really good good stuff about this eld horde a match it's gonna be 208 green it's got a really good bloke efficiency really nice bullet really really nice bullet so we're gonna load that we're gonna load it starting at the low charge way all the way up to upper charge way 5 rounds per and we're going to measure the few per seconds and yeah but for this video we are going to do we are going to clean the brass resize and d-prime clean again and then we're going to measure and then cut and trim brass if we need to and Prine powder charge and seat the bullet and that's what we're gonna do in this video today you guys won't be seeing like me doing it the whole thing bezel get real tedious and make a really long video but so first off today we're gonna start with cleaning the brass and clean the brass I've got my Dylan right here and we are going to take this off of course go do that first oh well and we are going 6 brass once fired dump it in here just like that I don't use polishing compounds or anything like that I just put it right in and I use walnuts media and I usually let this go for about two hours so we're gonna do that start it up and let it go for two hours and we'll check back in and we'll see how it going so you basically turn on like that stirring those so see you in about two hours on it today the video all right so we've got the brass all cleaned all 50 of them and we're going to be Prime and resized right now and how we're gonna do that this is all Remington brass by the way once fired through my 30.6 Remington 700 this is what we're gonna be using so how we're gonna do this is a resizing guy this is our CBS non-car bytes we do want to lube up the brass so we're in do that but first we're going to go ahead and install our resizing and D priming die like so there we go and the key is for this you want as your RAM comes up to touch right as your hand goes down to varying and you'll reap is your diet soda prime and resize so so how I leave my brass trusty cookie sheet take my brass board on there I use Dylan's case loo take it [Music] then I let it air dry for a minute or so you know oil we're going to be using H 4350 today this is why I would set I'm going to start load with it and we are going to be testing testing our loads to starting out our charge weight we're going to trickle charge everything and then we're going to start out our load weight at sea here we're going to start our load weight and 42.3 and we'll end about fifty two point five that's for parties or load manual and our overall arc our case length well we don't want to exceed you know 3.3 for for our overall case length and so we are going to start you priming and resizing so I won't make you guys sit through all this but get the idea d primed resized light goes there sized so on and so on so once you get done with this clean them off again and we'll check our link see if we need to measure so I'm not go ahead and finish these up and I will see you guys what all right we're back we've got our cases all resized and be primed and so we're gonna check our length I'm pretty sure we're gonna have to trim them so yeah our max case length is max case length at two point four ninety four and we are two point four nine nine so I've got this handy dandy little trimmer here and how it works is this goes in your power your drill snug sit down stick this in there and then you just just like that it's trimmed you want to make sure you got it tight before you do that we'll check it again and it's trimmed so let's see there we go you guys can see that but that's exactly where we want to be so let's do another one of course it's active no there we go well check this one and yeah so I got to do that 48 more times but in the meanwhile I'm going to show you how I do the rest of this so we've got our pocket primer cleaner our deeper for the inside deeper outside and we're going to clean the case of inside case in the mouth so let me just click this bad boy on if I can remember my switch is that all right so you just clean up [ __ ] [Music] clean Deaver Eber I said good can't feel anything we throw around this up and down a few times cleans it and you're good do that to all of them just like that so [Music] you know family good this new already I am going to go ahead and bust rest of these out and then we'll get back all right we got all the cases cut D chamfered D bird and clean the pakka hole the pocket private hole and we are to trim length so next thing we're gonna do is we're gonna use our RCBS primer and so it just goes in like this squeeze a handle and then it seats the primer just like so your next one and I am using CCI large rifle primers 200 that is what I am using so I prefer to use I prefer you CCI and never had any problems it's just me though I'm something like Winchester something like federal it's a preference so I usually I almost sometimes I'll usually get whatever I can buy and bolts the cheapest but probably just getting more expensive in general so I'll go ahead and prime these out and then we'll get to Seton some bullets and our pattern and Seton some bullets already so we got all the brass primed and now we are ready to start putting powder in and we're gonna seat some bullets well we'll put one powder in and it wasn't some bullets but said we were going to use hodgins 843 50 and our starting load is gonna be 40 2.3 so we're gonna start at the very very bottom end I mean most likely most stable stable swamps always gonna be higher up but this is the purpose of the video and purpose a load and all this is we're doing this to find the perfect load for this room let's see how accurate can be so we've got our scale we've got our trickle charger so we'll go ahead and fill that up we're filling it okay scale it off so go ahead and turn it back on cop going 2-0 our scale go and so our starting load will be forty two point three grains so there is our load data from Hornaday and we are going to touch over so if they're a little bit in there all right this is where the job becomes very tedious and you want to get it as close as you can per round that way you make sure that you're accurate on every single one and all my brass is trimmed to the exact same length as key when you're trying to get accurate rounds so we're gonna go to forty two point three right there all right so you're going to work which I think I already showed but we're gonna show again or a dld match 208 grain some big-boy bolts these should be traveling at this grain weigh about 1,200 feet per second and so we have etcetera die yet so we're gonna do that we've got a shell casing in we are going to grab a shell put it on up in there this is a big bullet so we're gonna go ahead see we get here four lengths our lengths we're going for his case all lengths or we're gonna be our max K point which is three point three four zero let's see what we got here we are way below that so I'm gonna have to pull that bullet which I have the tool for this we have to go over here to my handle just cracked right in there oh it came loose but so did my bullet puller so I'll be calling [ __ ] today to get a new one that's a bummer Bing Wow look what it did did the bullet casing it's good thing I didn't put any powder in there oh wow so we're gonna go ahead and resize that but it stinks any one of those all right bad boy oh well you know what should just build a seismic no but we're just gonna toss this one because I don't like how know if you guys can see I don't like how that scarred so I'm gonna toss that I have here another one that I already have I made up and previous let's check the length of it and see if I need to trim it nope we're good so we're gonna go ahead and go with that use this board already good put some powder in there back that thing off some more we're gonna try to see interval it again and then hopefully you know if these bullet polar because I don't that one since it broke alright let's see here oh yeah that's wait long wait wait long all right so we're at three point five zero we'll come down and we'll just keep working it until we get to our desired now we're at three four eight [Music] three four four 3.39 fifty thousands for that we're shooting for three point three six zero so just a little bit more so we're at three point three three seven which I'm good with that so we're gonna go with that for our overall length we're gonna go ahead and write our grain weight on here which is forty two point three that's our starting load all right turn our scale back on since it took a while okay and we are going to be zero we're going to go to forty two point three guys wouldn't touch over at 42.9 okay we're gonna trickle charge it out 42 point three perfect we're gonna grab I'm gonna : flutter powder it and then we're gonna seat it okay now let's check our link see how close all right you need to bump it down just a hair and there we go I'm gonna hide our case wait again alright forty two point three forty two point three okay so we're gonna basically go and point five increments on the way up and I'm not gonna make you guys watch all that I'm gonna do all that and then and so I'm gonna go ahead and end the video and then so the next video I'll have is my shooting and my result for this I once again I'm going to shoot my thirty out six Remington 700 the one in ten twist and so I should these bullets should fly really good out of these so I'm thinking about I have another Remington I have a 710 model and then when I write here back here as a Remington 700 think about with another one 110 twist think about maybe down the road once once I get some good results from this I'm kind of thinking about maybe comparing them and see what see what a $1,200 gun compared to a a 3 to $400 gun see what the difference is so that is it for this video on the next video will be of me shooting and showing the results so thanks a lot for watching and like subscribe share and until next time take the
