three household drinks that you can use to lower your blood pressure let's go down to the kitchen I'll show you what they are [Music] number one garlic lemon and water so what you do is you take a glass fill it up about eight ounces take a half a lemon squeeze that lemon into the water and then what you do is you take some garlic just take one clove peel it chop it up a little bit put it into the water let it sit for 10 minutes and that is a great drink the reason why this works so well is because garlic has something called allicin in it and allicin prevents Angiotensin production and Angiotensin is what constricts the blood vessels it's a hormone so if you restrict that hormone then the blood vessels are able to dilate okay second drink let's see this stuff apple cider vinegar so first start out with just one tablespoon and then you can as you get used to it build up to about two or three tablespoons make sure it's an organic apple cider vinegar I'll put a link down in the description if you want to get it on Amazon or you can get it in the store make sure it's an organic really good high quality apple cider vinegar and you just take a tablespoon put it into water and drink it now the important thing is after you've done this try to swish your mouth out because the reason this works to lower your blood pressure is it has acetic acid in it but you don't want that sitting on your teeth because it'll ruin the enamel of your teeth but apple cider vinegar has potassium it has magnesium and these things lower your blood pressure make sure and take it on an empty stomach the last drink that you can do would be to take some beets and there's a lot of different beet companies out there that make a powdered form you can certainly buy your own beets boil them peel them juice them but it's much more convenient to get a product like this this is from Nature's pure blend and it's called liquid beets it's the Cherry Berry flavor and it really is good I'm going to show you how to do it you're getting hiccups okay you all right yep okay there's always an interruption right during a YouTube video the way to get rid of hiccups by the way as a side note is you cover the ears plug your nose and drink a ton of water and swallow hard here's your your hiccups and it does work yeah so back to the drinks that lower blood pressure get one of these uh cups that come from Nature's pure blend because what happens is it comes with an agitator so when you shake it it really works now what I'm going to do is I'm just going to take a spoon here and just get about that much right there it doesn't take a whole lot and I put it in the drink here then I'm Gonna Fill This is my technique by the way I just fill it up a little bit with water I'm going to put some ice in it because the ice and the beetroot drink is cold it actually tastes really good so just make sure so that beetroot juice is not all over your kitchen make sure it's secure and I always hold it at the top here [Applause] mix then add more water and then Shake again and you've got yourself a great beetroot drink see there now it's really full now I'm going to cover it again and agitate it Shake It Up and these three drinks one could feasibly use all of them one could feasibly just take one or two of them it depends how bad your blood pressure is and how much you want to achieve in terms of lowering your blood pressure but this is probably one of the most effective ways there's a lot of research showing that beetroot supplements and beetroot juice lowers blood pressure because what it does is it stimulates nitric oxide production in your body our body wants to produce nitric oxide that needs nutrients in order to do that so it needs some certain amino acids as well as nitrates and nitrates are very much in this beetroot drink so the nitrates go into our body and are converted into nitric oxide in our blood vessels and that's what helps dilate and relax the blood vessels thus lowering blood pressure there will be a link Down Below in the description if you want to try this Nature's pure blend liquid beads that I'm using right now I use it I use it because athletically beetroot juice has been shown to not just lower a person's blood pressure but improve their athleticism particularly with endurance events because of that nitric oxide production you get more blood flow to the muscles but the garlic drink as well as apple cider vinegar are also some great drinks that you can use to help lower your blood pressure [Music] [Music] thank you
