Three people were killed and 10 others heard in a mass shooting at a grocery store in Arkansas. It happened in the town of Fort Ice just south of Little Rock. Two officers were injured but they are expected to be ok. The shooting happened outside the store in the parking lot. No word yet on a possible motive. The suspect was shot by police and is now in custody. The FBI and A TF were assisting in the investigation into the killer's motive. School is out for most of the country but lawmakers are trying to tackle a problem that's only getting worse. A shortage of teachers, public school teachers testified this week about the challenges facing schools. They blame the shortage of teachers on low salaries. The average starting teacher salary in the US is just over $44,000 a year. Some school districts pay less than that. A recent teacher of the year revealed why he can afford to teach.
