hey guys okay so the big giveaway was last Friday and now it's time to announce the winner unfortunately when I filmed this rib episode I didn't know who the winner was so I will be putting it right here congratulations to this winner whoever it is I can't see it right now but it will show up later in the video all right there's a winner enjoy your show [Music] I'm really excited there's gonna be three stages to cooking these ribs first stages take three hours second one takes two hours and then the last part takes one hour and we're doing it all on the trigger are you guys ready all right come on and close and I'll show what we got okay so the recipe asks for apple juice I love apple cider better than apple juice use whatever you want I'm using apple cider yellow mustard Worcestershire sauce dark brown sugar the best barbecue sauce you'll ever taste honey and the best gourmet season you'll ever taste you can replace these if you don't have my brand this is my brand you can use your own barbecue sauce and you can use your own seasoning rub okay all right let's get started okay so stage one we're gonna start with the mustard if you guys aren't a fan of mustard on your ribs you can do a catch-up if you want but I'm going with mustard take a little bit of apple juice here we go I'm sorry that wasn't apple juice that's apple cider the love of cider there go wash your Shire just kind of mix that up all right then you're gonna take take your spoon your hands are gonna get real messy so be ready then you can take your seasoning I'm gonna rub that in now what I like to do is this there's so much on this guy right here so I'm gonna rub it in with these ribs and see how it looks how's that side look it looks pretty good here we go you're gonna flip it over and this side I'm gonna flip over to that side I'm gonna do it all over again mustard and seasoning so mustard it was seasoning again okay so the smoker is on it's on smoke right now I'm gonna go get the ribs and I'm gonna bring them out open her up [Music] get the racks on [Music] and then close it up we'll see you in three hours let's get the ribs on here take the first rack lay that right on there there we go and I must say these smell amazing already so I'm popping the honey in the microwave right now for a minute okay so gonna pour half your honey on here then you're gonna crumble your brown sugar on top of that then you grab your next rack put it right on top and you can do the same thing you just get your brown sugar on top here okay then you're gonna take your I'm using three layers the recipe says to but I like I'm a big fan of a foil I'm gonna get my foil closed here before I close the end here I'm gonna take my apple juice and I'm gonna pour it right in right in there so I can get that tucked away so I got apple juice all right and right at the bottom here we're gonna braise this in the apple juice I'm gonna close up the rest of this boil let's get it back on the grill now what I want you to do is I want you to turn this up that's right turn it up to 225 and then you're gonna go another two hours you got to be careful opening this because you don't want to burn yourself with steam okay so mine I peeked it open for a little bit all there's tons of juice in here unbelievable see how it's just sitting in a pool of its own juice and all the bones are coming out already let me move this over we're gonna sauce these now so you take the best barbecue sauce lover taste and give it a good coating they run on top get little sauce action on there that's better we're gonna have use the rest of the sauce let's take these back out to the grill and just get the the sauce to be finished off get a little crispy absolutely beautiful and there you go look how beautiful those look look you can see that they're done you can see the look at the bones pulling out look how beautiful it came out you ready to see this so I got it all cut up I just want to show you something really quick look at this look at the beautiful smoke ring on there the meats fully cooked it has a perfect looking rib right there how about that one right there look at that smoke ring cooked all in the center oh wow they look flawless not they you guys didn't see me I've been taking pictures of it and post it on the Internet it's crazy all right I'm gonna take a smaller one you take this one it's one disconnected has been cut through yeah I'm oh my goodness it's just coated with candy goodness it's so delicious all right ready pretend you're biting with me here we go mmm what hmm come here let's go get later it's so tasty there is a layer upon layer of flavors I could taste the apple cider I could if the brown sugar light makes the honey I can taste my seasoning mmm oh man Wow this is a nice treat there's
