because when we came to jesus and worshiped him and adore him and giving thanks for everything he really knew our lives he did renew my life i used to be that kind of a person typical of what kind of people you see around us [Music] when i said lord jesus jesus my lord be reading my lord and lord forever and ever and then it became a better life [Music] jesus i cast because in the beginning god came with a promise to give us beautiful life good life and what else abundant life full of peace joy goodness and people that will surround you who are all honest and true but you know because when you follow jesus you cannot be less than whom he is although we cannot be better than he is meaning to say perfect in jesus we are not loving and kind to jesus we are not but we can be in the level of our being people full of needs in the lord full of filthiness in the heart and mind and so if we remember if we know more or less jesus says love for us disco called or fixed up or complete with the don't sleep properly you're always distracted with a lot of noise and notifications and messages that you cannot talk to a person focus can you disconnect can you disconnect do you have time to get away of your daily life to be alone and and to be alone with the lord this is so important in our life and this is something of course i i know how to pray but in this pandemic i found super necessary to start the day getting away so literally mulan un to sit down in nature so i i started this pandemic living in one place and then transferred a park within the subdivision and so every day around mind with a lot of bad news and negative and away and i go away and that running early in the morning it became my source of energy that became the moment that i really um nourish my soul when i run in the morning i listen to worship songs and that that's that's another beauty added i usually run very early and so usually i'm the only one in the street that too long so i'm alone and and quiet and then after running five kilometers i stopped at the park mini forest and i sit down there alone and this is recharging time this is a me time with god and it's very powerful and it's very important and i learned that doing that prepares me for the for the time i have to go down the mountain there are times when you after they have to jump into your job into your daily doing shaking we have a platform where we pray over patients covet positive patients and uh this is so heavy because see sometimes very emotional yuma caso nasilai uh into beit night you hear a lot of heavy stories but would give me peace and energy to go through the day and prepare talks and celebrate the mass it's this getting away i found this getting away and and finding god and that get in the way that's just beautiful and and very important and necessary and um this is the context for prayer getting away the real prayer begins when you go up so that's a different thing this is us you have to lift up your mind your thoughts your your heart this is a moment to lift them up many times your heart is heavy with problems or uh your heart might be buried down your mind might be very down very nega and therefore uh you you find that you are selling less and less than before because because you are already nega independence and so this is a moment when you have to lift up and this is where prayer begins so this this is the dynamic of prayer you realize that the lord is with you and then you lift up your mind and your heart to him you don't have an upon conversation that's the time when you engage with god that's the time but you need to get away so that you can you can go up so go away first and then go up i i recommend to put every day a moment in your life if i can recommend at the but also mentally and emotionally i i start to disconnect so i can connect with the lord then when i sit down in that park that's a moment of connection with him that's a moment of going up the mountain that's my mountain you need to have your mountain you need to go away and you need a place to go up to him and i hope you have and i hope if you don't have you will be already mentally thinking when and where can you put that moment of prayer that will change totally your life believe me will change totally how you live your day-to-day life the second is uh sabine evangelio then problem strength to you it's for you but if you don't sit down you won't get it you will you will not listen to it but you have to get to it how important in your prayer life is the scripture so the first one is how important is in your daily life get away and back to us or connect with god how important in your life how much time do you have to disconnect yourself notifications and you will really give time to get away no people alone connecting with the lord that's the first part okay but then when you listen to him you're not this happens when you engage with god you you talk to him you listen to him above all you listen to him so do you have time to read the daily readings if you want a suggestion for me best is you get you get every year a bible diary this or anyone there are many you have saint paul you have don bosco you have uh traditions you you get a bible diary if you are familiar and then you have the readings of the day greatest blessing every day you sit down 10-15 minutes you get away you go up you open the scripture you boom you're there you are you're connected you're powerful young charger you are already in the process of charging this is the moment when when jesus will talk to you straight to your problem straight to your dreams straight to your house straight to your when and what to do you will find a ton of inspiration and strength and untouched then your life is falling apart there is a direct connection to ignorance of scripture is ignorance of christ you cannot know and love jesus if you don't listen to his words it's powerful so how much time are you spending in prayer with the scriptures of the day and the readings of the day and you let that talk straight to your heart that's the second talking to moses and elijah and then
