we've dipped too low wait uh we finished the team fight tactics build yesterday uh so it's on its way to ron so i was actually in salt lake city working with liquid house and now i'm here doing this episode getting everything else ready it's it's been absolutely crazy but it's been it's been crazy uh to uh to get everything done but what is going on everybody i heard that we have unlocked uh we have unlocked the one million dollar the one million dollar the one million uh the the the uh build mat giveaway which is actually pretty awesome so it's uh it's pretty awesome the massive yeah that got two really awesome storage solutions the western digital essence 770 we've got a two one terabytes so there's our two one terabytes right there we've also got six uh oh that's not gonna work no crud hey we're gonna hey dark side we're gonna have to order you new ram because i thought this was uh let me hold on let me go see if i can find 32 gigs this is only 16 gigs you need 32 gigs of 1600 3600 megahertz and i thought this is this is only eight it's only 16 total [Music] we got here there we go okay here we go so this should work okay so we're going to be using team t-force here it is right here because he wanted that thing okay so we want team t-force we got 16 gigs we got 32 gigs of team t-force uh this is 3 600 megahertz of memory this should look actually really good as well so there it is right there tom you are gonna have to change it it's a team t-force ddr4 gaming extreme argb so that's the ram that we're gonna be doing at 3 600 megahertz apparently the bots not working aio we're going to be using uh hopefully it has a lga 1700 we have some asatec 1 so i think we're going to be good there anyway so there is our cooling solution right there for our psu we're using the evga 850 g5 so there's our psu and then finally for our gpu 3080 time the msi gaming z trio rtx 3080. so should be a very very nice powerful build and should come out quite nice so there it is right there and then there is our additional cooling so it should be pretty cool pretty cool 30 seconds left and then we'll start the building so yeah should be a good one uh the case is the lienly 0-1 dynamic which is uh the case is the liam leo and one dynamic so thank you for asking filth pig thank you for the resub 23 months i recently purchased the 39ti i have a great deal of problems trying to get it to work with my lg c1 oled what uh way of the halo what is it doing by the way guys uh no it does not the alienly aio does not come with a uh lcd screen you have to do the um you have to do asus makes one yeah obviously nzxt makes one and corsair makes one and they're much much more expensive congratulations to duke uh nathor 13. congratulations duke and nathor so this is today's build which should be super super cool it drops signal and tv goes black have you wave halo make sure that you're using the right display port in the right hdmi port because that can actually have a lot to do with it so i try different cables uh you have to use hdmi yeah so so here that is the build that we're using today that is the build we're doing today and let's get this pulled apart and let's uh pink fail we usually do uh test them before but this one we won't um we uh but sometimes we'll bench them before today we didn't have time so this will not be tested before we put it inside the case now well that's weird okay so let's get our let's check out our galahad aio this is the one with the sl120 fans in it but sometimes like most the time we actually do bench them beforehand but i mean so if there's a problem with the motherboard stuff luckily we have a team here so if something were to go wrong taking it apart and getting it fixed isn't as big of a deal but i would definitely recommend if you're going to be doing a build and you've not done builds as much as i have to definitely test all the parts beforehand okay let's see here question is do we have hopefully we have the lg 1700 or it's a standard aesthetic bracket see we got here so this looks like semi standard so that looks like an oh there it is okay we do have lga 1700 which is great so it did come with 1700. i'm going to see which adapters we want here which i always like to see that we have the right bracket m3 black okay so they're black there's our lga 1700 and this is our okay cool so we got what we need here okay just putting parts away what was that what was his issue i'm trying to say like check uh the one two two three it's pink fail what did pink fail say uh [Music] okay let's get flipped over what was the qvl thing oh oh yeah he's he's absolutely yeah or chaos is absolutely right you need to read the qvl thing for sure and make sure that your board supports it i mean it just depends on what you're doing with it qvl is the qualified vendor the qualified vendor list it's like basically tells you if something's actually compatible especially when you're using that much ram there we go okay okay so we got our but yeah 128 gigs for gaming is a waste that would be a big waste of uh of money okay so now we're gonna do is we're gonna put our little brackets in and then we'll work on our thing work on our case it's kind of right now yeah six 32 gigs is kind of the top end i mean if people really want to go 64 gigs and then you can open more than one google chrome uh bra uh google chrome tab that might be a good reason to do 64 gigs but yeah uh cooler you can use you can use a 1270 you can use a 240 millimeter i o with the 12700k but we i usually we're using a 360 in this one but yeah 32 gigs is the sweet spot yes the ram was above 95. it was 98. 98. 98 bajillion decibels so she uses zero zip uh she's using chrome then okay um there we go so that is in and set up now it's time to strip the case guys time to get the case naked oh okay time to get this case down to its bare necessities it's got the bare necessities the simple bear necessities we want this case to have nothing else on it okay so there is that take our first glass off take our second glass off and we already i already pre-installed the fans because it's like literally like watching paint dry but we put we uh have them as intake in the back so we've already installed six fam i mean three fans okay there we go i'm just going to take this off these this back part off they're not magnetic they actually hold on via little small nubs on the uh in the in the case so i'll show you from the top down here so you see these right here there's little nubs on the case that the glass and stuff slides into and so the the so it slides into these little knobs and there's little nubs on the glass so when it slides down it slides into those so that's where it goes we built we did that build uh we did the 0-1 mini uh on uh when we did the build for uh dreamhack on day two we didn't know one when mini build i know not everybody got to see it but yes we did do a build for that okay so what we're doing right now is just getting these extra bits out grab our top here okay these go into the box and then we have our 011d extras here there we go again uh for ram speeds and stuff like you know people talking about that's tough check the qvl and obviously usually the more expensive the motherboard the better and faster the ram it supports so definitely worth checking the qvl if you're gonna especially if you're starting to get higher end uh ddr4 okay so that is all squared let's put this down case is ready for its motherboard there we go okay guys next build mat giveaway is started we i'm gonna use a little adapter i'm gonna go grab the little adapter for the usb 3.2 because it just looks better on the 0-1-1 so we're going to grab it grab it i think i have them in here i never remember where i put them i have so many of them is it in there noop nope it's not in there guys noop oh here they are okay so these are just uh these are usb 3.2 little adapters hey uh tom can you here is uh we're using this it just makes it look a whole lot nicer so this is for our usb 3.2 so we're just gonna put that right here yeah these type these bend really really tightly so it just ends up looking a whole lot nicer so we're gonna put that pop that through and then we're gonna take our we're gonna get our usbc here usbc that's going to come out down here i just they're it's like way more minimally invasive i think we do that so it looks less invasive we don't want invasive okay so there's usbc then down here hd audio there we go put that right there put it right there son okay then we're going to grab our front panel connectors we'll do these when it's laying down um i'm also going to go over here and grab the sl 120 the adapter for the s of the all the fans and plug in the usb for that already it's just a lot easier if i do that these i do not need i i don't like that it's attached i wish it wasn't attached on this already but it is so you know be sad x-man dropping dropping his bits roby do you need tom i need tom to order those uh usb 3 extensions these right here tom the usb 3 extensions that you ordered me before if you could order those that would be fan which is weird i wonder why the hard drive was here but whatever okay so power goes right there power switch up caddy corner to it then power plus and minus there we go okay so there's our front panel connectors all hooked up so we're good there so we have all of our front panels now connected we've got our usb extension usb 3.2 extension usbc hd audio and then we've got our usb right there now one thing i can do which i'm actually okay with doing really quick is what we're going to do is we're going to go ahead and put the bottom fans in which is always fun but given that all the other fans are in and then all we'll have is to do the top ones because i went ahead and hooked up all the all the cables uh five tom just to replace the ones we already have thank you for all the people contributing to that [Applause] just getting all the putting all the extra stuff from the builds in there i do need these there's one more where is that last there it is okay okay so there's our screws and there's our fans now we're going to be doing a intake on the bottom exhaust on the top with intake on the side as well should give it the best from a cooling standpoint okay so we're just what we're working on right now is just getting all of the fans out of the packaging which the bubble wrap for these is actually kind of annoying but yeah little problem little problem always like the way this looks when it's done though and you know honestly these fans make uh make cable management's so much easier because it's only like three cables okay there we go thank you very much tom okay so what we're gonna do real quick is we're gonna go and put these together which everybody is always like magical so we're just gonna put these like this and these newer ones are actually even easier in terms of that there we go slides in just like that same thing with this one daisy chain this together okay there we go so those are daisy chained i'm gonna grab our cable this is gonna go right here at the end there it is okay and then this is just gonna go down like this yeah they're very cool fans i really really like them and the landcool 3 software is much better than what it used to have with the release of the uh streamer v2s so which we just released a review of okay so let's get these installed which are like just the perfect size for the holes there we go so we already have six of the nine fans installed there we go getting our fans installed real quick just because it's not on the qvl doesn't mean it's not compatible it just means that it's not been tested just as an inside and only intake at the bottom that was recommended by someone in your community um so if you were going to do i would not do i would do intake top and bottom with side exhaust those so we're in the middle of retesting we're in the middle of retesting all of the um all of the uh configurations but in our previous testing from that that was the highest the highest um the best responding because you get direct cold air to the gpu you get direct cold air to the cpu um because you're pulling colder air from the top and you're exhausting everything out of the side so if you want the ideal one that's what the ideal one has been so intake intake exhaust um but sometimes i get people who ask for certain things that's what i'll do yeah always i prefer more intake as well but you want to get the cold air from the top is better we've always noticed that we're in the middle of doing a test right now which will be out tomorrow uh which will be out early next week um which we're just finishing up the testing on that about intake versus exhaust intake blows air in yes but i'm glad i caught that because it's like wait a minute these aren't right and i knew that was weird because like i was like when i built this case so much i built this case so much that i was like why did this why did the uh the um um why did the uh cable work out that way it usually doesn't and now i know why because i had them backwards okay so we're just going to fix this real quick so i'm just putting the stickers on this there you go and these stickers are just to make the build look better there we go just putting our stickers on our fans okay so let's run this again there we go luckily doing these fans is actually pretty fast actually i think i'm just going to switch this to the ideal situation instead of doing what we're doing before so i'm gonna flip these side fans around too you're gonna see all the fans done even though i spent all that time doing those fans i'm just gonna go ahead and switch them back there we it's go quick fix yeah it makes it makes the fans look nicer versus having the ugly ones and that way you can place them the right way i also like that corsair with their ml 120 elites made that change so then the fans look great both ways if depending on where you live depending on where you live we have noticed much high much better cpu temps from having intake in the front so which means you're going to be doing for intake in the front than doing um then doing uh exhaust out of the front the only thing that's hard is that a lot of paint like you have to the the part that's tough is that you're not getting the best static pressure but pulling cold air from the top is always better because you're pulling cold air directly across the fence versus blowing warm air from inside the case across the radiator and we're literally in the middle of testing doing a test that shows the differences between all of those configurations now with the um with the corsair 5000d yeah the fans are the daisy chain ones texas uh the sticker you were saying that the sticker mod actually comes with the fans they do that on purpose so it's not really a sticker mod they come that way yeah it's nice it's that's what you want right like that's how i think it's great that fame that the fan manufacturer does that like that's where it's that's how it should be um there we go just pulling this through okay there's that okay we're gonna do this is gonna go like this and we're just getting the case prepped here i really hope oh we're 10 away guys 10 away from that 1600 in hd yes it can uh if you want something you don't have to get the d15 the meeks project you can do the u12a which is smaller and actually does a better job of cooling the d15 and then you have better ram clearance and it looks a little bit better if you don't want something so big just as an fyi there we go i think i might do that off of this side instead farger 10 and there it is 1600 the top and then we're gonna be exhausting everything out of the side that way the gpu and the cpu get direct cold air flow from outside of the case so you get fresh air for both components let's go ahead and put our aio together now had to do it for your 400 badge wow i didn't know they had badges for that too oh wow okay here we go okay so i don't need what do i need out of this i don't need a whole lot out of this i think all i need now is this and this everything else i don't need might need the splitter i have to see power i might need we'll see everything else looks like it's kind of the diffused look to it yeah i think it came out yeah that's the one thing that's really nice about those fans is that the rgb isn't overly powerful powerful on the sl120s and so it's more accent more accent than anything else ever dial in those water block torque specs under load we do well i mean we do a lot of we do a lot of uh of settings when we go through testing so it just depends yeah the ram the ram came out really good and it's it's it's a fun it's a different looking ram which is nice um and i like the cycles right and it's just like i like the rgb it's almost like it's oled screen a little bit which is actually kind of cool it is weird that one is off sync from the other ones but you know that's just the way it works sometimes it looks really good it does it looks really good lee lee fans the these fans are some of the best in terms of the um high static pressure and just performance they obviously if you go to the al120 fans which is more more rgb then you actually see a reduction in the overall performance but that's one thing that's really nice about these fans is they look good and they also perform very well the best rgb uh high static pressure fans though are the ml 120 elites from corsair right now but these are much much easier to manage and control so 339 guys we need at least 20 more to do the giveaway would love to get um i would love to get you guys to
