2024 Airstream Atlas 24E | Is This The Nicest Touring Coach Available?

[Music] e hi welcome to air stream of DFW I'm Michaela Evans and I'm here to show you the all new 2024 Airstream Atlas I'm really excited for you guys to see this one it's got the all new E1 package on it we're going to talk about that a little bit show you this really new beautiful Canyon classic interior I'm so excited about it and all the features that an atlas has um one of the most luxurious Mercedes-Benz that Airstream makes so Airstream calls this a class B+ and from what you can see here behind me it's a it's a Mercedes Sprinter van with an expanded body so you're going to see it's a little wider it's a little taller you're going to have this slide out that comes out of the body a little bit so let me show you what kind of outside storage that's going to get you here on this Atlas so here underneath the slide out unlike some other sprinters that you see that you can't access this storage once the slide out is out airst stream's done a really great job making it attached to the slide out so you can actually get under there and reach everything that you need and then as you come back this way you're going to kind of come to your control center of the van this is where your 30 amp plug is going to be you have access to hot and cold water here um so your hookups as well as a outdoor shower with hot and cold water and then also um macior toilet you've got a retractable line here so super e easy to use um really great when you're trying to hook up a campgrounds back here you're going to notice a camera we're going to talk about that a little bit more inside as you see all the safety features that this Mercedes has and we just love this like beautiful branding of the mercedesbenz with the Airstream logo it just looks so so expensive and pretty on the road then back here you're going to have even a little more [Applause] storage and one more storage unit up here on the front near the front door so this van has two awesome features out here you've got an electric powered awning so really easy to use just a push button to have this awning come all the way out and then powered electric steps as well so when you shut the door those steps are going to retract and when you open the door they'll come out for you as well so let's go ahead and check out the inside so you guys check out this luxurious cab inside this Mercedes it is absolutely beautiful you have this huge display um so this infotainment system is going to have a Garin navig system uh Bluetooth of course Apple play everything that you need Mercedes also has an awesome awesome safety Fe feature so when Airstream orders these chassis they're checking every box you guys every single box so anything Mercedes offers Airstream gives it to you standard so you're going to have rear backup Collision assist Lane assist um 360 cameras all the way around so you can and see when a car is coming up behind you and be able to view that all the time through this rear view mirror um camera rearview camera so you've got plenty of drink holders this leather is awesome and comfortable adjustable the seats will swivel all the way to the back so you can sit and eat at a table um so you really have a ton of room to stretch out up here in this cab as you're driving I know it can feel intimidating to drive something thing like this especially a B+ that's a little wider and a little taller like I said but once you drive it it drives like you would expect a Mercedes to drive so comfortably um okay so now I'll show you some of the other features that Airstream adds on so you're already getting this amazing best-in-class Mercedes chassis now Airstream has offered this E1 package and that E1 package is going to kind of give you there's two aspect ects to it so first is going to be the heating system so we are a one fuel source right propane's out the door and now you are running off of that engine diesel so the heating system that will make it warm in here that'll do your heater is a Timber line system and I'll show you the controls for that the other thing is going to be the Volta battery so that volt of battery is a 10 times the power of any other battery um and any other type of van so we're talking about not needing a generator not needing to be plugged in and getting about 8 to 10 hours of AC um I have a little bit more of a detailed video on that E1 package so I really highly encourage you guys to go check that out some great questions and answers about what is all inside that E1 package for sure but you guys check out these luxury controls you've got access to your temperature controls your awning the to slide out everything through this touchcreen then right across from it you can see those controls for the volt of battery is as well as that Timberline system for all of your heating needs there's also going to be a little storage right here underneath it so on this side you're going to have another control so either side of the cabin that you're on you're able to reach that uh adjust the temperature put the slide out out whatever you need to do now this is going to have a Murphy bed option so you sitting out with a couch like this you can see we've got the slide out out now so you've got a ton of walking space when this comes in it's really going to move up about this far but as you're driving you do have two seat belts inside this couch so if you've got kids riding with you grandkids riding with you another couple to go on a road trip they're able to sit here in the back now what you'll do is you put down this couch and will show you guys this Murphy bed but you have a real queen-sized Murphy bed that's got a great Foundation that actually feels like a your real bed at home it's so soft so comfortable then right above me is an electric sunroof um you can close this open it I think there's a DA shade on it so you can just adjust the light as you need here in the galley across you're going to have a Samsung Smart TV that's Smart TV is new for 2024 so easy to stream your favorite um shows this 2024 is already pre-wired for a connect system or for starlink I know everybody wants that starlink right now and you're going to have an easy way to plug that in and get it wired if you want to have internet on the road this TV is powered it does go up and down so you can close it easily with a touch of a button it will go down you're going to have some storage on this side as well as well as a window behind now let's go ahead and go into the kitchen so great kitchen here one of the benefits of that Timberline system and going away from propane is having an induction stove top so super easy to use running off of battery power here you guys is what your stove Top's going to look like tons of storage here in the din net underneath and a big sink for you to use and then always great to have some an extra little space for trash right here inside so you're not having to walk away from the kitchen to throw away trash and of course another control here to use as well now these blinds are going to go up and down you have day Shades and night shades and then a little storage above plates glasses is whatever you need to store now I think what sells this Atlas is definitely this bathroom this is a residential size bathroom so definitely come check that out with me you've got major closet space here a sink with actual countertop room medicine cabinet check out this huge shower so if you are a big guy if you are a tall guy this is the bathroom you want compared to other uh beans this is going to be double that shower so ton of room I think it's beautiful it's got this teak accenting and then of course more even more storage over here so as we come back out of this bathroom you'll see we've got a pantry for all your canned good goods and groceries and then a 6.5 cubic ft fridge with a freezer as well so lots of storage there lots of space and then our last Appliance is our convection microwave so this is going to be a microwave convection oven and air fryer Allin one so we basically have all the amenities of home um I hope you guys like it as much as I do this is definitely the most beautiful color air streams
