2023 Xtreme Outdoors Little Guy MyPod XT

hi this is John Gervin the third Auto Sales and RV you know you know they are featured units is this new 2023 mypod XT by extreme Outdoors this unit is perfect for people that don't need a big RV or their tow vehicle has very limited capacity this unit has a tongue weight of about 120 pounds and weighs 840 pounds empty so it's very easy to pull it's also very easy to store in that it's six foot two inches wide from Fender to Fender 11 feet 6 inches long in between five foot two and five foot six in height depending on whether or not you purchase the optional roof rack if you come to the side of the coach you'll see this one again it's finished in bright red with the half body stone garden spray on if you have a port to hook up cable TV this is where you'll hook up your power cord when you have electricity to campsite and then this little Port right here is open for you to add a solar panel an externally mounted solar panel that you can move around that has the controller built into the solar panel itself there are several different brands available and we would be happy to assist you with that if we need to so we come on around you can kind of see on the Windows you've got the sliding about our sliding vents to see in and out and for privacy we've got the roof rack which is a Yakima rack the stone guard goes all the way around the back LED lights LED porch light magnetic door hatch which is really a nice feature you don't have to hook it and have the latch break on you okay so that makes things very easy alloy wheels are standard equipment due to the fact that this coach is so lightweight it is not required to have trailer brakes but you will have to have an RV seven-way receptacle on your tow vehicle that'll allow the operation of your road lights and also charge your battery the my pod may be small but it comes with great and comfortable interior features in your door you have a sliding window with screen which you can use in conjunction with your roof mounted ceiling fan to draw in cool air in the evenings it's a little too warm for that we do have an air conditioning system mounted in here along with the television and entertainment center 110 volt outlets and 12 volt outlets and USB Outlets you also have your converter which does your power and handles your fuses and circuit breakers as well as your switches for the AC cooling fan light dimmer and of course your propane our carbon monoxide detector yeah the LED lights in the ceiling and an LED light below the television your Cabinetry is Hardwood and that cabinet goes all the way through from left to right behind the television you'll also notice below them the little black strips they pull out as little nightstands so if you have a CPAP machine or something like that you've got a place to put it again you can see the blinds here we have a comfortable full width mattress in this coach that's four inches thick you also have your radio speakers of course up there on each side of the cabinet door which is really kind of a cool deal where they cut out around it so you will see that you've got comfort and a lot of space really in a compact coach so call us today at guertin Auto Sales we'll be happy to help you [Music]
