2023 Morrowind LOOKS SO GOOD | OpenMW | Path of the Incarnate Modlist

now without hearing the music or knowing anything about it I bet a lot of you guys wouldn't be able to tell that this game is over 20 years old I'm actually playing the Elder Scrolls 3 Morrowind and I mean this looks completely gorgeous I mean some things are obviously gonna still look very more windy like this uh armor that I have it's upskilled Believe It or Not compared to vanilla but uh it is very much Morrowind uh how's it going there buddy got a little thing in your head that's cool I mean just look at this water this is actually amazing and the ground textures and everything like that see I killed a little uh kwama forger here and now his corpse is causing the whole ripple effect and the night time also looks really nice let's skip ahead a little bit so I'm playing the path of the Incarnate mod list and so you guys can also get this same exact Morrowind experience I mean look at that look at that you can get the same exact Morrowind experience as I have Rue web check now the authors of this list have done an incredible job and this is a super super stable modded experience too because it's not actually on the Morrowind engine it uses openmw I'm not going to call it open Morrowind because uh you can ride last time I called it that I got yelled at hurt my feelings but I mean everything the lighting looks really nice the atmosphere is nice and uh for example the UI is cleaned up uh the map looks a lot better and I would really recommend this if you've never played Morrowind before uh there are some gameplay tweaks to it but I feel like they're not that big that you wouldn't be able to figure out how to play the game you know see an Imperial Guard here there's actually an approaches Argonian you don't normally see that in Morrowind I think normally they're pretty much all Imperials yes see he's he agrees he agrees yes friend the lighting effects there including from the houses so yeah with uh openmw the engine is a lot more stable it can handle a lot of mods and unlike uh Todd Howard's version of the engine it really does just work so let's go and explore some of the other uh towns just so we can see everything let's go to Bellmore Bellmore is a classic I mean look at that same low price can you take me down to balmora and you can ride you see some weather effects there kind of loud but and weather effect is a little bit loud and you see the wind blowing everything around the other thing is it does have like a directional attack system so when you swing uh it depends on which direction you're walking when you swing I mean look at the ground looks nice it looks better in my opinion than vanilla Oblivion I don't think it looks better maybe than vanilla Skyrim some parts the water does the water unironically does look better than vanilla don't expect to see a ton of stuff but you do have some uh Ash weather effects that happen from time to time you do have um graphical herbalism and when you loot stuff it actually moves away you can tell it's more wind just by the sound effects especially when this guy's walking right behind you to go on yeah a lot of mods in this list here let's let's keep let's keep it rolling let's go to some more uh settlements so we can see everything else right around is that noise [Music] I suppose you're looking for a tablet all right where else can we go um in this is go to Genesis there we go somewhere Ash storm effects oh look at that I'm like uh I'm like a mosquito I'm just drawn to the Pretty Lights I mean as you can see with the textures of this uh end here those look quite nice spit it out or hit the road I'm spitting it out talk too much so I mean here's why I think you guys should play this uh if you're currently on a Skyrim binge and maybe been bored of Skyrim and you don't want to play Oblivion and you've never played more ones I mean Elder Scrolls 6 is gonna be a while let's be honest so I mean I'm just saying especially if you've never damn that looks gorgeous sheesh this looks like an apocalypse oh my God now obviously Morrowind has its Forks you you could I guess uh if you really don't like the uh percent chance hit system you could slap on a mod to get rid of it because you can add stuff to this list at your own discussion I didn't mean to go there at least we get to see some rain but I think Morrowind is is meant for uh to be played with a percent hit system and after you get used to it you get used to it wow this place is so cool get it because uh I love how these guys remind me of the Tuscan Raiders and Morrowind is such a different atmosphere Mormon is such a different atmosphere from the any other Elder Scrolls game really it's so so alien so unique there's so much lore to be discovered I mean lore wise just pure lore-wise it's probably the best Elder Scrolls game if you're talking about specifically story things to discover stuff like that gameplay debatable Graphics obviously debatable but this does help in that aspect go back to uh satanine and from here let's go to Vivek I got Vivek City I mean okay not gonna lie if if those trees weren't mushrooms if they were like normal trees instead you would think that this is oblivion honestly so yeah I mean I don't think it's too graphically intensive either and uh you can tweak a lot of things with uh the openmw engine if you go to the options and even when you're in the uh the launcher in the settings now you can tone down things like field of view draw distance and whatnot if you are struggling with it a little bit I'm on a 3080 TI frames have been solid a dry distance is fairly high it's not maxed out I honestly think it's better not to Max it out because uh vardenfell is pretty small I'm pretty sure it's the smallest map out of all the Elder Scrolls games so if you put the draw distance on too high definitely makes the game feel as small as it is but yeah I mean uh guys go check out a path of the Incarnate on wabajek it's a really good modulus probably now my favorite Morrowind modless I've played them all I like this one a lot I like openmw I've been waiting for an openmw Morrowind uh uh Waba Jack modless for a while now and I'm glad to see they're finally popping out I think for first timers and for people who have played Mormon in the past highly highly recommended uh I did a live stream of this list and we played for a few hours so if you guys um are interested in that make sure to check that out be some more path of the Incarnate gameplay it's uh absolutely stunning I did tweak a few things like I turned off my Crosshair and by default there's a system where um your screen has different effects depending on uh if your health gets low Magica things like that I turned that off picked a few little things here but other than that I'm just playing the stock mod list I haven't added any mods to it you can get the exact same experience very nice looking yes sir oh the other thing I should mention if you guys saw that I leveled up you don't have to worry really about Min maxing your levels in this list you'll level up automatically you don't have to go to sleep or anything like that just play the game just play the game your stats will Auto increase your levels will Auto increase it just makes it that much more fluid like I said there are gameplay changes so if you haven't played Morrowind before I mean um honestly in some regards this makes it easier over there let's go over there I feel like I should maybe wait till uh yeah now we get now we see the full effect look at that what's up guys if you're
