rejoicing that's the value of one morning we are the kim family and this is our first time here and uh we've very much enjoyed um the meetings especially the messages but even more just meeting all the wonderful families here and you know it gives us something to aspire to in many cases and we are learning from just all the beautiful families here and we were asked to give their prayer this morning and we wanted to share a family tradition that was introduced to us from a youth from through the influence of a youth member in our church she brought back this song to sing before prayer and it's become kind of a family tradition and it's been especially helpful when the days are busy and sometimes we that the night is getting late and we just want to have a quick vesper we sing a song and we pray and so um all of our family is very nervous up here so excuse us for that and we'd like to kneel and the the song is actually found in your hymnal uh lydia do you remember the number 671. so uh we'll we'd like to sing that with you and if you would like to join us we'd invite you to join us in singing we're not here because we're singing to you we're here for prayer and we're still learning to sing so um um 6 71 so dear lord as we pray take our hearts and minds far [Music] away [Music] is [Music] everywhere our dear heavenly father we thank you for being a wonderful and good god and we thank you that through meetings like this you've shown to us how there are faithful people in your church and as we gather together with a common desire to see the salvation of our families lord we thank you for for encouraging us for showing us the places where we must still grow and for the blessing of fellowship with people of of like-minded values lord we pray your blessing on the speaker and we pray your blessing on the rest of these meetings we pray that your holy spirit would lead and would guide and would be in every interaction for we ask and pray these things in jesus name amen well that was very special to have the kim family lead out in that song in prayer they are part of my local church family so it's very special to have them here a part of the broader church family of christ here at family retreat so anyway i was very appreciative of their prayer and the nice lead-in to the to the prayer through song so thank you kim family this is another fantastic so again i am not going to be up here presenting for very long this is about families communicating together to grow together and i'm just going to be popping questions after i do the intro for to open family discussion again these concepts that we're bringing to you to the famtastic are things that through a survey and requests of other people like you that you wanted talked about at family retreat and so here it is with the topic for today is on depression and anxiety but especially focusing on depression and what a better lead-in than the rondon family who just got up here and most vulnerably shared their whole testimony in summary with us were you blessed but you know what i realized just in watching their family you've been watching them lead out in this family retreat since you got here what have you ever dreamed of the struggles they had behind closed doors but they're not unique they're one of us but look at how they've overcome their challenges that they're willing to lead out in an event like this and they're able to lead out an event like this because they were not bound by those things that threatened to crush the life out of them praise the lord for that so friends they are one of many of us we are all in a position where we can deal with things like they've dealt with and probably many of you sitting in this room have dealt with that already and have suffered silently have suffered quietly and no one knew because depression is a silent killer depression leads to many things that not only destroy can destroy your own life but can really destroy the life of your family and so i'm not here to talk just about depression and anxiety and but i'm here to give you hope that as we open up and talk about these things there is a cure and as the rondon family has already experienced they already talked about some of the points that helped to bring you out of it but we shouldn't be afraid to talk about things like depression it shouldn't be a taboo subject it is something that every single one of us can and probably will have to deal with in our life at some point is that shocking the statistics say that major episodes of depression are now frequently occurring in age 25 and younger minimal or major episodes of depression when you're old and feeble and your life is done no by the age of 25 at least one in four women so you can do the statistics here one in four women will suffer major depression sometime in their life and one out of every eight men and they said that that number can actually be changed because a lot of times men keep it quieter hide it a little bit more so that number is actually probably very minimal but at least one in eight men will also suffer with depression in their lifetime not just mild major depression 99 99 of you will suffer situational depression by the age of 70 simply as a result of all the loss you've experienced in your life now what would you say the number one leading cause of disability is worldwide depression it is the number one leading cause of disability did you ever think about depression as a disability do you know why because just depression not taken care of disables you now there was a estimation done for the united states alone that 90 billion dollars a year are spent simply in treating the the depressed in the offset of their disabilities and their productivity loss just in our country 90 billion dollars a year want to fix the the country's debt let's get rid of depression and we should be able to come up with 90 billion dollars a year to throw out that debt isn't that amazing but it's actually a really sad number now we have a very recent statistic from june of 15 2020 for children there are four million children ages three three to 17. who have diagnosable anxiety so ages 3 now i'd never heard of little kids having depression but we'll talk about why that is so ages 3 to 17 so they haven't reached even adulthood yet they haven't even hit 18. we're talking about 4 million children that are suffering with diagnosable anxiety and 2 million that are suffering under the bondage of depression those are staggering numbers and that was just post the pandemic starting so what do you think those levels are now given a year because we've now reached beyond by a year so um we're going to just talk really briefly about the definition of what depression is of major depression okay um it's not just feeling sad momentarily when you're when your loved one passes away or when something bad happens to you we're not talking about sadness we're talking about a depression so we're going to talk about what major depression to the signs to know if you have major depression now i'm going to read nine things if you have five of these things you are majorly depressed if you suffer with these for more than two weeks at a in a period of time okay so again it's not just situational where it happens you're sad you get over it and you can move on we're saying that it lingers for two weeks minimum one deep sadness or emptiness two apathy or loss of interest you're no longer interested in doing things you used to like to do three you become agitated and are slowing down now this one is actually harder to determine yourself because we don't want to admit that we're slowing down or that we're easily agitated so that one will be diagnosed by your family members number four is sleep disturbances you're not able to get consistent good sleep five there's a weight change or appetite changes six unable to concentrate seven fatigue and loss of energy eight a feeling of worthlessness and nine morbid thoughts what are morbid thoughts kind of suicidal right those really dark thoughts that you don't feel like you have worthy more that you're not of value so i ran through those pretty quickly but if you are experiencing five of those things then you are currently in major depression if that's lingered for more than two weeks now some of the negative side effects which we've kind of lightly touched on for depression is that it actually decreases your productivity in a week by five to six hours a week um and i know in some cases it's probably five to six hours a day there's some people that get so severely depressed they don't get out of bed but this is talking about a person who's still up and doing stuff it's still affecting the way that they can cope with life the amount of product productive time that they spend not just the amount of time that they're up but up being productive 80 of people who are experiencing major depression eighty percent are impaired in their daily function of life more than twice as likely to take sick days and they will be seven times more likely to be unemployed and why do you think that is because the atmosphere that's around them because they probably will have a harder time showing up to work on time they're probably going to have lack of concentration and ability to function properly and so that they're going to be the first ones cut because they're not producing so it affects your employment and you are much more likely to physically get sick and to develop other lifelong health issues simply because the state of the mind is so depressed it depresses your immune system and allows sickness and other disabilities to take over your life so is depression something we need to shut our mouth about and stuff down inside and try to cope with or do we need to open it up deal with it and live a restored healthful life heal absolutely so depression untreated like we already heard in the testimony we just heard from the rondon family can quickly lead to suicidal thoughts so i don't know if you caught how quickly mr rondon or dr rhonda excuse me went from um being a health care professional a doctor who was in good standing and providing well for his family to the point of feeling like his life was no of no more value to the point where he was ready to take his life how many weeks do you think that was i mean did you listen to the time frame he was talking about he was talking about when kovid started and when they had the date for when they moved do you know how short of a time he went from feeling like he had it all together to feeling like he couldn't take life anymore it was a matter of weeks if i calculated right and that is how fast it can happen to any of us we can go from feeling normal feeling happy feeling like life is good to having enough things go wrong that we feel like giving up now feelings can't be trusted and praise god he didn't succumb to those feelings praise god he had a family that rallied around him praise god he was willing to open up and tell his family that he needed help because if he hadn't done that he would have been left alone to fight that battle and praise the lord his family was there to fight it with him and he triumphed praise the lord for that and that can be our story as well unfortunately for some people it does not end that way they get into the cycle of depression and it spins them into uncontrollable feelings and emotions of complete and utter worthlessness until their vision is completely obscured and they no longer have a purpose for life a reason to live and they will commit suicide suicide is actually the eighth leading cause of death in the u.s eighth leading cause of death how many car accidents do we have folks how many tragic accidents where it takes lives how many heart attacks how many all these other things that take people by the thousands and maybe even the millions we have a suicide that's the eighth leading cause that means there are huge number staggering number of suicides i'll give you the number eight hundred thousand people a year end their life because of abject hopelessness across the world so to put that in perspective every 40 seconds somebody else is pulling the trigger on their life every 40 seconds and for every person that does that there are 20 people trying and have been saved either by medical intervention or something not working quite like they thought those are staggering numbers that's a serious problem that needs to be dealt with and you know what we as christians are not immune to it we are in those statistics we are a part of that number and us in this room are also part of it if we'll be honest rondins were honest they have dealt with it in their family and is it because they're not a great family absolutely not it's because depression doesn't come because you're not a good person depression comes because of certain circumstances there's i'm going to give you a whole list of 10 categories of why you can become depressed god actually designed your body to have a phenomenal brain that can handle a lot of stress can handle a lot of unfortunate things but if you get too many things attacking at one time your brain just can't take anymore and it starts to trigger hormones and amino acids and i don't want to get too sophisticated here different things that your your balance and your body goes off and so you actually have no fighting chance against it except that you connect to god's power and you look for the cause medication is not the answer medication can help you short term maybe as something until you can get the help you need but look at the the rondon's daughter she with the encouragement and help of her parents never had to touch medication medication is what she wanted medication is not the answer her life choices and she realized that fundamentally it was her life choice that made or broke her now there's other things and she mentioned some of those and it's right on what i'm going to talk about of things that you can do to help to fight against depression and she to talk about those some of those things and she was able to conquer it she has the tools in her belt now that she can deal with anxiety and they say that anxiety is actually more difficult to deal with than depression but both have very high percentage of total healing through god's natural remedies it's exciting so um let's see i'm going to list the 10 hit categories and i i just want to mention right here because i didn't make up these hit categories on my own i highly recommend dr nedley's program on depression the way out it is a phenomenal program dr nedley has researched depression and anxiety for many years i would probably be safe to say at least a couple decades he's written books he's researched extensively he's a internal medicine doctor i believe and he actually didn't want to continue putting band-aids on he felt like just giving medication for depression was like giving a medication i mean giving the medication was just like putting a band-aid on i wasn't dealing with the root cause and so he actually took it upon himself to research and in that process he was able to find hope for millions of people suffering so praise the lord for his time so there's actually hundreds of causes for depression and anxiety but he narrowed it down to ten categories which i'm just going to quickly list off the first is your frontal lobe and he noticed that there can be a decreased blood flow to the frontal lobe through various things too much screen time can cause it lack of water not drinking and staying hydrated enough can cause our blood to thicken and slow down so that we don't have adequate circulation to our brain of where where we think where we make choices where our decisions happen so frontal lobe the second hit is a lifestyle so something in our lifestyle that's actually working against us and he goes into great detail on each of these which we don't have time to do today but i would encourage if any of you are suffering with any kind of depression it is worth the cost of buying his dvd series and listening to it it is it is a path to healing anyway the third is circadian rhythm hits our bodies are functioning off of a rhythm and we get our bodies out of rhythm by irregular meal times irregular bedtimes screen time the blue light that causes our brain to stay awake when we're supposed to be going to sleep all kinds of things affect our circadian rhythm and when that gets out of whack it can actually lead to very damaging effects in our ability to have control of our emotions okay number four nutrition this is huge just by our diet and um like the rondons were saying potato chips and pop isn't going to cure you you know though we need to have nutritious foods in our body for our body to make nutritious blood to feed our brain and so nutrition is a very big um can be a hit against us if we have poor nutrition five it's toxins you know some people have a lot of toxins in their body from um previous habits of drinking and smoking a lot of those things stay in your body from other drugs we can have toxins from metals toxins from additives in food that are are stored in the fatty cell tissues and everything we have toxins in our body and those can be a strike against us as well number six social and inadequate inadequate ability to cope with grief or anything else so social hits could be um coming from various sources it could be coming from social media but it could also be the loss of a friend it can be somebody that you really liked suddenly is dating somebody else that can be a social hit there's all kinds of ways that social hits can affect you you can have a lack of friends you can feel left out you can feel on the outside of of a friend circle those kind of things can affect you seven is addictions and this is a very broad topic and it's way more than just addictions to bad substances it can be addicted to our cell phones it can be addictions to watching movies it can be addictions to pornography all kinds of things but addictions are actually a very huge hit category in our system that makes the battle fighting against depression much harder and we can have medical conditions and one that i'm just going to mention now is especially for women and i think this is why women tend to have depression more than men at least on this on the statistics is because women have a lot of hormonal changes and sometimes the hormones can get very out of balance and it can simply be that that causes depression and so there are solutions to that too to getting the hormone levels back in balance and then all of a sudden you find out you're not dealing with the dark days that you had before so medical conditions can definitely lend itself and it's not just talking about hormonal imbalances i mean there's people that you know have been greatly injured through car wrecks and all kinds of things that are one of our friends became a quadriplegic after an accident and you know that's a hit it's a hit she can no longer get up and take care of her children it breaks her heart every day she was the one driving it it's mentally a challenge to be able to move past that to forgive herself and to go on knowing that she's handicapped for the rest of her life and that her daughter was killed i mean it's just on every level there is more um to deal with than oh she just can't walk anymore that is a huge hit but by god's grace she has been applying god's principles and she hasn't sunk into depression another number nine hit category is developmental so that is something that is actually out of your control you cannot control how you developed when you were in mama's tummy you can't control what your mom did while you were there but it can be a hit against you you can actually because of your mother's attitudes and all of that or because of what your mother was taking when she had you in her tummy it can affect and give you a hit and there's one other one it's also genetic so it's basically talking about the same kind of things dr nedley goes into it in much more detail but those are two that you cannot change but this is the good news folks so there was ten if you have four operable in your system at one time that is when the brain goes into a dysfunctional cycle that is when depression can take over anyone i don't care how good you are how happy your life was yesterday if four things become active all at one time you can be on the brink of depression isn't that amazing so god made our bodies to be able to sustain a lot of things so if we have developmental hits and we have genetic hits are we bound with depression for the rest of our life absolutely not god designed our brain such that it could overcome multiple hits so the other ones thanks to god are all within our control of making changes so two are not but we have to have at three and they say four you have to have at least four to go into major depression so you can change the other ones so you can be free of depression that's very encouraging so those are the 10 hit categories and then let me just check on time here wow it's really going by fast so we are going to um stop listening to me here very soon but i just want to tell you a couple things that will help you because before you can get dr nedley's program into your hands there's quick things that you can do and you're on the rondon family shared some of those but exercise is very important get out in the fresh air no matter how bad you feel drag yourself out in the sunshine because vitamin d does so much for fighting depression so you get the fresh air the sunshine and while you're out there don't just sit and mope you actually start moving your legs at a vigorous pace walk for one hour in the sunshine listening to the birds tuning into nature and determinedly focused on only thinking about grateful things things you have to be thankful for i'm going to make it a really quick nutshell so you're going to hit several things they're going to help you all in one thing so you're going to get your vitamin d you're going to get your fresh air you're going to get your exercise and you're going to get your grateful thinking four things done at one time to fight against the depression and you'll be amazed it will take about two weeks for you to feel the full effect of just those four things but it will have a not just effect on helping your brain you know your thoughts be happier but it will actually have a chemical effect on your body so give yourself two weeks every day one hour physical exercise in the sunshine deep breathing that's the other thing that fresh air listening to the birds counting your blessings because i can tell you that if you can get out and walk that's already a blessing you have so you need to think like the rondon family set about giving thanks for the littlest of things and it will revolutionize the way you think because a lot of our depression is stemmed in our thought life and we don't realize that the negative thoughts that we think are actually undermining our brain to be able to deal with the stresses and traumas of life so with our thought life under control through grateful thinking exercise and adding some nutrition grind up the flax the walnuts and the chia seeds you already have a head start there i'm not going to tell you all the nutritional things um and then remembering that the greatest help in is the promises of god's word reciting those promises be transformed by the renewing of your mind let the lord and his holy scriptures the pro verses of promise be what you meditate on and it will give you the upper hand in fighting the battle of depression so there is a verse that's in proverbs 23 7 it says as you think in your heart so are you so start in your thought life and from there we move on to figuring out all those other things that can be contributing factors so that we can totally break free of depression now what we're going to do for our discussion part here is have families talk together and i know that some of you have really littles and i think she has a craft project for people that have little kids very young young ones that can quietly occupy with a craft but i want you guys to get real with each other because you may not even realize that someone sitting next to you is actually battling depression every day because they keep it quiet did you know that the young people that i've worked with in ministry who have been have been suffering with depression have never told their parents and some of them that i was counseling with over the phone were on the brink of suicide and their parents never even knew so parents this is a call to you to also tune in to your young people because you may think everything is hunky-dory or you may just think that that sad expression on their faces they're not having a they're having a bad day or um they just have a bad attitude but there could be something much deeper and so again depression is nothing to be taboo about to think that it's a bad thing we need to be open and honest so that we can deal with it in our family so we can be restored that's what we're here for to be fully restored into the image of god body mind and soul so here is your first question okay where did i put my first question okay yes so take it just a few minutes i hope that you wrote down the categories if not i'm just going to remind you and i want you to ask your family talk amongst yourselves what hit categories do we have in our life now i'm going to be really honest with you if you don't have any hit categories then you aren't being honest because every single one of us has at least one or two strikes against us when you go through dr nedley's program you actually have a like i don't remember how many question tests to take to see how many hit categories you have and i had at least two or three so we're all in this together so be open be vulnerable again the hit categories are to the frontal lobe lifestyle circadian rhythm nutrition toxins social inadequate coping with grief addictions and when you're talking about this kids i want you to be open with your parents about how much time you're actually spending on your devices social media gaming or movies all of it it all affects you and if you are spending any more than a couple hours a week on or some of these things outside well i shouldn't say a couple hours but if you're spending a lot of time the statistic recently for people on their devices is like six hours a day i think and that's not for productive work that's just getting on the devices to do social media or to do gaming or whatever else and it's probably even worse than that but you need to be honest because if it's an excessive amount it is an addiction and it will strike against you so then we have the medical conditions and we have developmental and genetic so you have just a few minutes to pull together write down the hit categories in your family and for each of you it could be different you could have several different family members that have some of the same and some that are different so i want you to try to diagnose self-diagnose your family of what hit categories you have your time is going now nice is that good you know okay manager my so so so so so figure out some of your family's hit categories you think you got ted so um i want you to raise your hand if you don't have any hit categories in your family good i'm not alone anymore right we all have hit categories now um one more thing i wanted to mention was that um when we're suffering with depression and actually things that can help lead up to it is a distorted thinking pattern i'm going to give you a quick example because our next question is going to be talking about how we exhibit the signs of depression in our family okay so um listen to this what they said made me so angry what was wrong with that statement it was somebody else's fault that i got angry if they hadn't done that to me or said that i would have been a saint but because they did that i was i am angry now i want to tell you something there is that's thinking actually that person was what they said may have been wrong and what they said may have tempted you to feel angry but it was your own choice to get angry and a lot of our dysfunction comes because we do not accept responsibility for ourselves so someone can get angry at us and we say i got angry back because you made me get angry because of the way you treated me and that's the human natural heart but that's actually not biblical jesus did not respond to his accusers and the ones that nailed him to the cross or justify any action based off of somebody else he was completely pure and perfect because of his choice and god is calling us as christians not to be bound by someone else's actions causing us to do something but we take ownership of our own choices you know what i didn't like what they said but it was me that chose to get all up in a tizzy about it and you know what i don't want to be like soaring my blood pressure through the roof because of my anger i'm only hurting myself and my family so i'm actually going to make a choice to not allow that person to ruin my life and then that is you taking charge of your situation and your life and your health because your choices will affect your health proverbs one of my favorite verses a merry heart is good like medicine but a broken spirit will dry up your bones and did you know that depressed people literally do not have the same production of red blood cells and where red blood cells produced in the marrow of your bone and so solomon was wise beyond he's his kingship in that he actually knew what doctors should know about where red blood cells are made right in the bone in the mar of the bone and he said that when we have a down cast spirit we are drying out our bones and medicine has now proved that so in this next question of how you're going to talk with your family i want you to be open and honest about how your hit categories have affected you in your relations with your family okay so you've diagnosed your hit categories now talk about how that has affected the way you're acting and yeah so we'll stop with that you have just a few minutes to be open and honest with each other about why you're acting certain ways based off of your hit categories and then we'll do our final question oh [Music] okay talk about how the hit categories are affecting you in the way that you're currently treating your family so our last question is how are we going to go from here by taking ownership of our choices and the way we respond how are we going to go from here to correct our thinking patterns or to correct the way we talk another really big one is minoring in the minoring in the majors and majoring in the minors or you make big issues out of little things and you blow past big things that should be taken care of that's another thing in depression um and one other one other thing is using um absolute words you always do this i'm never gonna be i'm never gonna make it i always do this i kno i can never get it and we tell ourselves an untruth because we use absolute words and basically handicap ourselves from being able to attain god's potential that i can do all things through christ because he's always there to help me so we want to tell ourselves the truth not use absolute words that negate what god can do in our life or negate it in somebody else's life you always do this you never do this let's be truthful let's think about what we're actually saying and like the romans were saying the hopelessness that came over him he felt like he was not good enough that he was worthless that he was never going to pull out of this it was just a dark tunnel but his family helped him through that now we want to talk about in your own families how can you help each other come through the pitfalls that you have because we all have pitfalls we don't always handle situations right so now knowing things that feed depression how can we help each other to starve depression in our families and feed health and hope and happiness so you have a few minutes just to discuss how you go from here oh uh so so i'm so okay did you all have a chance to talk a little bit about how you want to go from here now i just want to encourage you friends this is just the beginning to change habits takes time to change the course of our families and the dynamics that interact together takes times don't be discouraged if you fail get back up and keep working together but now that the whole family is more aware of things you can all encourage and help each other in the process of overcoming categories that are in our families to make our families more full of hope and happiness instead of clouds and depression now it's very true like the rhondans were saying actually that they reached out for their daughter beyond their family for someone who could truly help her to get more answers than what they had and i just want to encourage all of you that if there is someone in your family who is suffering with the true major depression like we talked about it isn't something to brush under the carpet and hope it'll get better that's how suicide happens that's why the suicide rate is so high because while you think you're working with your kid or you're helping them or you're helping your spouse they may be shutting down inside and at one point at which they will not tell anyone they will hit their breaking point and that'll be it and then we'll wish that something had been done quickly aggressively intentionally sooner that's the regret of every parent that i've ever heard related to depression suicide and wenatchee alone there's been more suicides this year than there's been for quite a while in the young age range because of all kinds of things that have been brought on partly by the covid and everything but also because um it's just it's becoming a worse and more evil and more bizarre world that we're living in that young people are are not even able to even talk to their parents sometimes about what's really going on with their friends through devices and all these things i've heard some things that have been coming out in the valley in wenatchee and it's crazy and parents never knew they didn't realize until their child killed themselves and then people came forward and talked about probably why they died why they felt that desperate to kill themselves so parents i just encourage you to really connect with your kids help them to open up not every kid is going to be as the same in the way that they communicate with you but every kid needs to have a connection with you and needs to be drawn out and i always appreciated how my parents drew me out because my brother and sister never lost for words and i was the one that sometimes didn't have anything to say or was just letting them talk and my parents be like let's give your sister a chance i can still remember sitting at the table remember that emily but anyway i mean sometimes my dad would just take me on a walk and say so what's on your heart today how is everything and i said good well what does good mean well and what does that mean well tell me about this and he would drag it all out and it was wonderful because i wanted to tell everything but i didn't know how to start and that may be your kid so i just want to encourage you keep the lines of communication open and when they open up a little and there's someone struggling make sure that they're helped all the way to healing that there is no trace of depression left in your family god wants us to prosper and be in health and he doesn't want us to suffer under the oppression of a sin-sick world we can be free we can be restored and we can be reunited in heaven with everything that's perfect if we can connect now so i would like to leave you the web address for dr nedley because i really feel like he has excellent resources and people who can truly help and if you have a pen and want to write it down it's nedley health.com so um he's a great resource n e d l e y health dot com again n e d l e y health dot com there's there's hope there's healing and there's complete restoration in god's ways and i just want you to all tap into that and be fully healed fully healthy fully happy and god's great abundant love so let's just close the prayer and then we will move on to the next phase of maybe getting our exercise and some sunshine and some fresh air and drink water all those things that fight against depression let's pray [Music] heavenly father we thank you that you are god who wants us to prosper and be in health we thank you that you have the answers in your word that we need to claim and believe your promises most of all we need to stick close to you because you are the one that can help us rise above temptation you're the one that can give us victory over our addictions you're the one that can give us strength to keep our tongue from saying words that we don't want to say and it's only in you that we have power to overcome so we pray that we will never neglect the most important thing which is connecting with you trusting in you and your promises but also lord in this process of making sure our families are healthy happy and full of life that we will not neglect to keep in tune and keep in touch with each other um through through life that we can make sure that our loved ones are safe and that they are feeling loved and connected and that we can live very productive and beautiful lives to welcome your soon return so we pray that you'll help us to this end in jesus name amen now shirt
