hey what's up everybody i'm rory i'm here to do your virtual walkthrough we'll start at the beginning we've got our 7-way power cord wrapped up here uh basically does your running lights breaks for the trailer also provides 12-volt power for the camper and when it's plugged into your vehicle the vehicle is running also have your breakaway cable make sure that you have that clamped in real nice and tight that way if anything happens it will pull the pin lock the brakes up on the train on the camper all right your docking lights you got your blue leds and then you got two spotlights they switch on and off from here first compartment here is your generator whenever you're running your generator please make sure that you keep the cover on doesn't matter if you leave the door open or closed but you definitely have to make sure you keep the lid on you can start and shut the generator off from inside here or from inside the camper this is your lp tank storage compartment your selector switch is located up top here right now we're utilizing the right hand tank if this happens to turn red then we're just going to simply swap it over to the left side open up the valve on that side and then you'll be ready to go on your second cam all right on the driver's side here we've got our battery compartment also have our leveling system you just simply press the button whatever that you're wanting to do you can retract all your jacks you can auto level you can manually do anything so if you're happen to be dumping your tanks at a dump station you can actually tilt the camper more on the driver's side that way everything will come down come out from the tanks themselves it has automatic shut off so you can just leave it alone over here on your door is where you have a lot of your information on how to use the system so make sure you read that very carefully and get a good understanding of it two group 24 batteries located here they are jumped together generator comes off of this battery but it really doesn't matter because they're looped together as long as your battery disconnect is in the on position you are charging your batteries as long as the generator is running or you're plugged in on your shore power when you shut the power off disconnects all 12 volt power that way it saves your batteries whenever you're not using the camper make sure you always leave the key on when you're using the camper water station here you got your low point drains for your hot and your cold lines also have an outdoor shower has a quick connect type spiral hose we also have a winterizing valve if you're going to be in the state of florida we don't winterize our units so you probably you probably won't use that very much this is also how you'll fill up the winterize up through here uh pay attention to your connections here your valve positions on what you when you're wanting to utilize something city phil you're just basically going to hook your water hose up to here to fill your fresh water tank and also your city water connection when you see tank fill you need to fill your tank we turn the valve simply down that allows the the city water connection to fill the fresh water tank then whenever you're done filling it need to use the 12-volt pump we need to go to normal flow all right biggest things about these guys is the black screen gasket if you do not have a black screen gasket in there i don't care how tight you tighten the water hose you will eventually start creating water pushing water into the camper and creating water damage so always make sure you got good gaskets in here all right black tank flush only true way that you're going to get your black tank clean hook a wall after you hook up and then dump your black tank we're going to hook a water hose up to it turn that water hose on we're going to close the black gate valve which is located at the bottom left-hand corner we make sure we close that i'll watch the tank mono uh level monitor make sure to when it gets to full when it gets to full we're going to come out pull the gate valve let all that water escape once that water level goes down we're going to press it back in leaving the water running the whole time flush that like two or three times then you can just shut your water off disconnect your water hose and you got a very clean black tank gray tank is also located here this is for the bathroom this is for you your front bathroom and this one is for your bathtub and your bathroom sink um pretty much your cable and antenna can or satellite connections are going to be done into here so you'll just simply remove this unscrew this cover you can pull your water hoses up through here and your cable up through there that way you don't have to have your compartment door open all the time all right little access into the front compartment that is your transfer switch for your generator so please be careful whenever you're loading stuff up in here that way you don't go beating up the components on there all right this unit has a instant heat water heater so there is no tank in this basically it just runs off your lp make sure that your switch is turned on even though you turn it on and off from inside the camper you still need to make sure that this switch is in the on position uh nothing else for you to really uh mess with on here it's a tankless water heater so you got endless hot water for when you're taking a shower which is a good feature all right furnace intake and exhaust be careful what you park next to if you have a table set up here this does exhaust hot air it will melt whatever is in front of it also have your generator exhaust pipe here please be careful with it try not to bend it or crush it in any way great tank you literally have to reach your hand up on behind the j wrap and grab on to the frame which is located right here in between this these two fuel lines that is for your kitchen sink drain underneath the slide box here we have your sewer connection you simply connect your sewer hoses on run the sewer other end to your dump station if there's one on your campsite pull all your gate valves open that way to be like plumbing at home if you're boondocking you definitely want to make sure you've got those plugged in all right towards the back of the unit we have a black tank gate valve here once again located up underneath the j-wrap attached to the frame we also have our rear sewer connection located here that is specifically for your black tank in the rear uh all your kits or bathroom sink does drain into that so you'll have to keep that in mind whenever you're trying to conserve tank water space all right fuel this is for your auxiliary for your gas hose for your four-wheelers or whatever gasoline toys that you might have outplaying with you do have a fuel hose here with your handle there is a pump that you need to turn on which is located in here also have a field gauge that will let you know how much fuel is actually in the tank i believe these are probably like 30 gallon tanks 35 gallons but don't quote me on it so you can hit the gauge here you can see the needle rose up just a little bit also to turn the pump on and off and of course whenever you're done with it make sure you close it that way you don't damage it with water this one here is for your generator only so same thing probably about 30-35 gallons fill that up and that provides your generator with fuel to run you have a 25 foot 30 amp 50 or i'm sorry 50 amp power cord this is does come with the unit and it will be located in the hauler whenever it gets delivered to you all right roof roof access we do have a ladder on here you have two safety pins silver located here whenever you pull the ladder down make sure you re-pin it kind of gives the bladder a little more stability um of course whenever you're done with it you just simply pull the pins out and i'll say simply but sometimes you might have to mess with the steps a little bit there we go push it up then we can repin it again put it in the lock position that way it doesn't come vibrating down as you're traveling down the road all right back to the camper you can see we're pretty close up to the building so i can't really get um you can't really get the back door down you've got your rear awning extend it's not fully extended there is a button inside um it's always good to have somebody there to let you know um if you're if you're close to hitting something or when it's fully extended or when it's retract because unfortunately you can't see that while you're pushing the button all right to unlock your door you can unlock heat by key this is an electronic lock here you'll simply stick the key in you'll hear it turn once it turns you'll allow you to pull the gate down there is a 3 000 maximum weight limit on this door so uh just keep that in mind whenever you're trying to load stuff in it's usually a thousand pounds per wheel this also has a rear camera located up there whenever you got the awning in and out you want to have the antenna turned down you don't want to have it sticking straight up when you go to retract that awning in if it's sticking straight up it will get caught into the awning and then you'll damage the antenna on it these are the levelers or stabilizers for whenever you need it into a patio um you'll just simply pull this pin to get the legs to extend then you're going to take that pin and go up to the top hole closest to the door that will keep the the door nice and stable for you and not feel like you're about to pop the cables on it all right outside here we've got the awnings nice white led uh strips for the awnings um if you leave the campsite please roll your awnings in uh you go out to get something to eat or go visit a friend you come back your awnings all mangled up because we had a freak rainstorm come through so anytime you leave the camper make sure you run your awnings in uh these are kind where you do have to press and hold the button until it gets to what position you want then you let go also have to press and hold until it fully retracts back to the air all right uh rear entry here is your traditional trifold steps they just simply fold up and down you do want to keep good lubrication and all your folding joints on here especially here in florida with our salty air they do get rusted and start to swell up fairly quickly so make sure you keep them nice and lubricated uh rear handle just simply snaps in and out all right the side patio on here there's a lot going on whenever you go to set this up so um your steps here you're gonna simply undo this guy here and this guy here that's gonna allow you to pull the handrail out of the steps itself there's a pin located right here this pin will allow the ladder to fold up per se for storage but whenever you have it out this is pretty much how it's going to look and as long as you've got a hole here you'll be able to pin it and then you'll be able to safely walk up and down the steps now the legs on here are adjustable but as you can see i've got some 4x4 blocks because the terrain is kind of definitely not level here so um having some lumber in the unit will help out with situations like this where your your steps are going to be pushed way too far down these are fully extended unfortunately they don't make them much longer than that so just keep that in mind whenever you are setting this up as far as taking it apart you're gonna lift these up here and then we're just going to simply press that down which will allow us to release underneath here there's a little dip you just simply click that in and then that snaps and locks the steps in all right as far as keeping this the uh deck nice and secure and also keeping this side secure we have a pin located here which will take that out and then we'll release this here but when you are putting this together we need to put snap that in and then we need to push our pin all the way through into the hole into the rail that's or into the side itself now the bottom part here uh another adjustment leg here and also the pad will spin around um to release oh push the pin on the side here located right here we'll simply push that in that will got it locked in there pretty good that will allow to disconnect from here so we're basically going to take this here and we're going to insert it into here and you might have to adjust your leg up that way it will go in nice and smooth but that gives the the decking itself more stability whenever you're uh using it for entertainment as far as getting the gate itself there's a little snap here watch the wheel that snaps that in most all of them are going to do that on the way all the way around so you just simply pull those in and then you'll fold it in until it reaches into the inside of the unit itself same thing for the other side here release the pin and start folding everybody inside um as you can see on the back or on the side patio you got a nice big screen tv out here two entry doors one goes into the hauler section one goes into the kitchen section um you also have your marine grade speakers located up top there if you pressure washing in it just make sure you don't hang out too long uh while you're sweeping bottle with the pressure washer all right throwing in three steps these are our new style uh front entry steps you just simply pick them up have the door all the way open we have wings on the sides here that catches and keeps the steps from falling into the unit and doing so it can mar up the screen door if you do not if you only have the door this far so make sure you keep it all the way out there's no waxes to lock it in it's pretty much on a hydraulic arm these legs do have adjustments on them the silver fins sticking down here these will allow you to push and adjust the steps accordingly whenever you're setting the steps up we need the black section to sit directly on top of the gray threshold if you try to utilize the steps and close the door with it up like that you're going to bend and scratch up the steps itself and the bottom of the door frame so always make sure these are sitting directly on the threshold all right over here we've got our 110 outside receptacle it's got a golf cart you need to charge it up we simply plug it into there this here is called a tank vent the only time you'll see anything to do with that is if something overflows all right inside the front compartment here on the passenger side we've got your vacuum system for the central vac in the unit also have your in command board once again that uh has a circuit board in it and controls a lot of features in the camper so be careful whenever you're packing stuff in here not to beat that up all right this compartment here houses your hydraulic system uh all of your leveling jacks on here are hydraulic so uh everything will be operated from here always keep track of your hydraulic fluid levels right now everything is extended so you can make your mark and then whenever everything's retracted you can make another mark that will help you out with uh you know how much hydraulic fluid that you that you're actually using all right all right the next stop on the tour is getting the unit open everything on here is touch screen so it's your code to get into the unit or the system is one two three four as you can see all the light blue areas are your level your tank levels so your fresh tank is about two-thirds full black one tank which is going to be your this bathroom toilet uh is that full black two is the rear bathroom gray one is for your shower and your bathroom sink and then grade two is for your kitchen sink your kitchen sink has its own tank so doing dishes you don't have to worry about filling up your grade one tank all the way generator like i said you can start your generator from inside and outside simply press back over or home to open your awnings and turn your awning light on lights are off lights are on and then in and out so there's buttons there that you have to make sure you you press and hold all right back your slide outs this does all three of the slide outs in the unit it's just a simple in and out but pay attention and make sure that there's nothing in the way whenever you go to extend those um lights this will allow you to turn on certain features of lights in the camper i even got a night night light theme where they keep certain amount of lights on um you've got your garage lights awning lights all of those are on here uh hitching basically just brings your front jacks only it does not control your rear jacks so if you're trying to hitch up then you can control it from here in case something fails with your outside um panel uh hvac all right bedroom is for the bedroom in here you just simply go through the functions of it until you get what you're looking for this bedroom does not operate the heat alright main living room the vent vent fan which is located right here in the kitchen if you need to open it we'll just simply press that um there it goes start to open and then the vent fan itself you can go to a low speed a medium speed or you can go to a high speed and then of course off you can have a scheduled time for it most people don't even worry about that so we'll just simply close that now and then the ac we can just do fan if we wanted to in high or low uh air conditioner auto mode or you can change to a high or low and in your heat your source is always going to be gas so don't worry about there's nothing that you can do on that you can operate the fan on it leave the fan in the off position this controls the fan and the air conditioner itself if you just hit heat fan off that allows the the blower in the furnace to operate and not the fan in the uh air conditioning unit so when you want to run the heat fan needs to be off and then of course you set your temperature accordingly up and down all right there is no garage ac although it is pre-wired for a garage ac so if you do decide to get one it'll be a pretty simple installation and we'll go home and well you can do a quick thing where you can turn on all your interior lights that are on the in command system um all the lights that are on right now they are simply on by switch um all of your exterior lights and your security lights which are gonna be lights at your rear and the lights on the side of the unit all right uh if you do happen to have any more questions you can just simply give joe a call say that you need a little more education on it so there's your control panel you can change the code to get into the system if you do happen to change the code to get into it please let us know whenever you drop the camper off for uh for service all right two light switches up top here one is going to be for the light in this area and then the other one's going to be for your pendant lights that are over your little island in the kitchen all right this is for the insta insta tankless water heater as long as that red light is on that indicates that you have power so you can just simply press that you can set the temperature of the water that you want coming out on here you can set it to 124 that's as high as it's going to let you go is 124 degrees so you can adjust the temperature cooler if you'd like if you'd rather read celsius then fahrenheit you just simply press that and that tells you what your water temperature will be in celsius other than that it's just make sure you've got water in the unit and it will produce hot water and unlimited all right we'll go to the bedroom all right here on the sides we have a wireless battery charger on both sides of the bed so no usb charge ports you just simply lay your phone on there and that will charge your cell phone battery do have 110 outlets located in here also these lights have a silver button so they're not on the in command system so you will have to make sure you shut those off all right air conditioner here this is tied into the main air conditioning system but you can open up these veins here to allow air just to dump inside the bedroom here if not you can keep it closed up and that will help out the other air conditioner especially during the summer time when it's a good hundred and something degrees outside uh campers have a hard time trying to keep the air conditioning just off of one unit so having both of them running at the same time it's going to give you a lot more um cooling than utilizing one all right king size bed also have storage up underneath the bed you see you've got your outdoor table there you also have a hand crank then a hand crank is for the spare tire that is located at the back of the unit underneath it um whenever you're transporting this make sure everything's you know folded up stowed away properly that way it don't go beating things up and causing damage all right this is called the board slide this is where you put your claws in two drawers have the mirror door mirror closet door i also have a smoke detector a carbon monoxide detector located in the bedroom it's kind of very important so life safety is always important in a camper down here at the bottom that is your vent register that is where your heat comes out of the ones in the ceiling these are specifically for air conditioners only new types of vent in these campers so um be interesting to see how well they put out air this is just a sensor for temperature you'll have it in the main little hallway there uh one in here and maybe one at the back of the hall this little switch here is kind of like a uh like a three-way switch it comes from the in command board so you can actually just shut your bedroom lights off when you have all of your lights turned on that's basically all that that is all right tv which is already mounted as you can see he's got a pretty good picture we have our travel strap here make sure that you have this tv strapped in whenever you're traveling there are remotes for all four of your tv so uh and everybody works your cable and tv tv antenna connection or if you decide to get a satellite you'll make your connection take just simply unsnap that from here and then screw it onto that one and that will give you allow you to utilize your antenna or uh sorry satellite all right bathroom door once again travel strap whenever you're transporting make sure that this door stays open all right bathroom here nice good sized shower you have a travel lock for your shower doors these are glass they will break so whenever you're transporting make sure that you have that in the locked position um nice bathroom nice shower head also has a skylight in it for for you tall fellas um other than that uh got your toilet here which is also a porcelain toilet bowl it's not a plastic one so you don't feel like you're gonna break it whenever you lean over the white you also have your foot pedal which is basically gonna flush the toilet bathroom sink you got a big nice big size medicine cabinet also i have a switch located over here which does accent lighting around the medicine cabinet give it a little bit more light also have a gfi receptacle located there that gfi receptacle if any of your outside or receptacles by water are not working you need to come check your gfi out make sure that is not tripped all right got storage in the bathroom you don't have a whole lot underneath the sink there there is plumbing there so please be careful whenever you're packing stuff into there don't damage the plumbing or cut it or anything like that because as soon as you put water to the system you're gonna have water drink pretty much the whole time you're out and about all right little tiny linen closet in in the bathroom here not a whole lot but you can store a few towels and uh you know all your bathing accessories all right two switches located here one is for the light the other one is for your exhaust stand um unless you have vent toppers on here if you go to leave the camper like your awning you need to uh run this down we need to close this if you're out and about having dinner with somebody or something you come back it's rained you've done water logged your bathroom so always make sure you keep those closed another storage cabinet in the bathroom so all right get some time all right we do have the grate here over the sink do have a nice stainless deep stainless steel sink bowl it looks dirty right now we're going to get at the detail here shortly so it'll be nice and clean whenever it comes to you kitchen sink this has a nice spray stream on here to do your dishes with also hot and cold water make sure you pull out to turn the water on all right keys for the unit uh you'll figure those out you've got one set for each entry door and then another black set for your rear door you have a different style of compartment key on here the 751 is basically going to be for the fuel station out there but your r01s those are going to be for your front compartment doors so they say r001 on there and then um as far as your other keys there are codes on them this one here is a 351 that one is for your rear door and then of course your entry doors are going to have 306 and 308 but you'll you'll figure those out all right light underneath here doesn't turn on by anything but the switch in the middle and here we have your the head unit for your backup camera um it's just a simple snap on to your base snap it on your windshield plug it into a cigarette lighter in the vehicle and your bluetooth turn your headlights on your vehicle and these two will link up like bluetooth also have all your manuals located in here all right underneath the sink we've got a trash can located there we have a little sponge tray uh sponge tray located also all the remotes for here you've got four remotes you got four tvs you also have a remote for your fireplace and a remote for the stereo so all of those are located down in the in the top drawer in the kitchen all right a little tiny door but big access whenever you get inside of there microwave this is your convict confection microwave um if you've never used one before please read your instructions on how to utilize it that way you don't blow it up or hurt anybody else or yourself all right stove top up here we do have accent lighting if you just go to number one that just simply accents the your knobs on here if we go to number two that turns on the oven light itself um this is a nice deep size oven so you can actually cook your ham or something like that in here top burners here all four of the burning apparatuses use one spark igniter so you don't need a grill lighter to light none of this stuff up you just use the sparker to light the oven off we're going to go flame to the arrow one of the safety features on this now is whenever the valve is on it will have a red indicator on it when it indicates red it means that you are pushing lp into the camper so uh when you see that and you're not ready to light that off you want to shut that off and allow it to air out before you hit that spark igniter um if not you'll have a nice blue uh big poof hit you in the face whenever you're done with it this is a glass top so make sure that you protect it if you're going to put something on it also i have a nice big storage drawer here all right on the front here of the island we have your central back system you just take that kit that's located in the front compartment you'll simply slide that over connect your hose connect all the other opponents to it and then turn the vacuum on [Applause] all right the living area here you got a nice floor recliner um seat in here which has vibrate also turn on your action lighting and it also has heat options so you gotta uh your back is sore simply stretch out in the recliner turn the heat and the vibration on and uh get yourself nice and relaxed way longer than detergent light switch for your main lights and then there's a light switch for the accent lighting over the camper all right pull down shades these are just a simple uh uh pull down and lock shades for me whenever you're transporting make sure you have all those up that way they're not getting beat up sloshing around and uh could possibly tear up uh any of your windows that have screens in them they are gonna open if they don't have a screen in it it's not gonna open all right uh loft area for the kids that like to like to hide you've got a nice long ladder to get up uh get up on top of there just room for storage for like a tv and stuff like that up there um entertainment got a nice big electric fireplace yes that fireplace really does put heat out you can control it from the pad on the fireplace itself or with the fireplace remote stereo this is does have a remote for it but you got zones one two and three jacksonville uh what they call speakers so you're gonna have inside main outside speakers and then for the garage speaker so you'll be able to turn turn them all on or turn selective ones all right uh switch here for the tv accent lighting to protest climates over here oh and over there too this is another three-way switch so if you have all of your lights turned on on the main screen there you can simply shut them on and off on here dozens of other countries including states you got multiple ways of turning lights on or conserving power whenever you are uh boondocking the juice all right this is a a little pantry it's not very big not very deep anyways also have our power station located here this houses all of your 110 breakers and all of your 12 volt fuses so you're going to need to get some 10s 15s and 30s just to have for backups just in case something happens if one of these fuses do pop there's gonna be a led light that's gonna emit saying i'm the one that's popped that way you're not sitting there with needle noses going yep nope that's not it that's not it um but there'll be a light that pops up and you're gonna be able to find the phone fuse immediately all right 110 breakers these do go in the middle for trip position shut them off lift them back on if it goes back into a trip position bring it into me let me find out what's going on with it or whoever your local rv dealer is if you're not in the jacksonville area all right over here we'll get to the fridge and then we'll get to the uh to the rear i have a fire extinguisher located at the front here uh also have a smoke detector located at the bedroom area uh that is on a nine volt battery so we need to make sure that that's in good condition uh just by pressing it all right down here we have our lp detector this is located into the 12 volt system um if you hear a chirp occasional chirp coming from it you might want to check your battery voltage if your battery voltage gets below a certain level that thing will chirp like a smoke detector with a bad backup battery all right refrigerator here uh you have your travel lock which is this guy right here whenever you're traveling you don't want these doors to come flying open so you don't have uh have to screw that into it but upper portion is gonna be the refrigerator so you got a lot of room in that guy and bottom portion is going to be the freezer section so uh definitely have enough space to keep food in in the unit all right cabinets also have the blinds if you don't have them locked into the bottom feet down here make sure you pull them up whenever you are traveling with it if not you'll have some broken or bent up blinds also have storage down below and once again two switches one's gonna be for the main light over here the other one's gonna be for the accent lighting over this the uh slide box itself all right we need to get out to the hauler now all right here in the hauler section we have your uh adjustable uh couches right now they're in the down position as if you were having a golf cart or a four-wheeler in you also have the top bunk located up there if you would like to bring the top bunk down these silver key rings with the pin that goes all the way through we need to raise this all the way the couches all the way up until they make contact when they make contact then you can pull those pins on all four corners you do not want to pull them out right now while the couches are down if you do you're gonna it's gonna fall on your head and uh possibly knock some sense into uh here we have these steps for the rear patio um they're pretty self-explanatory and once you get the patio door down you get your uh patio gates sprawled out you'll see where how everything connects it's pretty simple your handrail on these just simply slide in and out there's no bolts to bolt them down or anything like that you just simply send them in whenever you're setting the steps up please take them out that way you're not beating yourself up or uh doing any kind of other damage and then there's a little safety lock on here that will keep the steps locked into the the cage itself that way it doesn't come loose or feel like it's going to bend on you over here we have a hideaway basically it's just a metal compartment so you can put big heavy tools in there or ropes or anything like that it is a metal storage compartment located underneath here so you can utilize that for stuff that you don't want sliding around back back here fire safety we have a fire extinguisher for your gasoline stuff four wheelers dirt bikes anything that utilizes uh gasoline washer and dryer connection this is designed for a ventless dryer so if you get a dryer that's got a vent you're pretty much just going to be venting in here to the hauler itself you've got your hot and cold water connection also have your plugs for it once in here 110 here really doesn't matter which one that you plug into but normally the one that's single by itself is the one that you utilize for that you wash your drain you'll just simply pull that cap off and then you can set your drain hose into there as far as what tank it'll go to it will be going to your kitchen sink tank all right bathroom back here uh once again you got a porcelain toilet um just a little bit of storage in here you don't have a whole lot of storage for stuff so this is not a medicine cabinet it's basically just a mirror stuck on the wall got switches up here because that guy is pretty high up especially for short people so uh having uh vent toppers put on the top of all these vent covers are going to be a good idea for you that way you're not having to utilize a ladder a lot all right patio doors to get outside these do have a lock on them you just simply press down on this one the other side is opposite so you're going to press up on that one but press unlock this will get let us come outside here this does have a maximum capacity of 1500 pounds can't go over 1500 pounds so basically about 10 people can fit on here now if you forget here is your warning form if you decide to use this for a ramp the maximum capacity for in the ramp position is three thousand pounds but you're not going to be using this for a ramp but they uh put the warnings on there anyways all right outside tv here once again you do have a travel strap on it so make sure that you uh have it latched up whenever you go to travel and especially whenever you're closing everything up you don't want to have it sticking out and then you go closing the door you don't scratch the screen up on it um your u-bolts or a u-clips here make sure these are all uh screwed in properly like they're supposed to be make sure you just do a good safety check on everything before you start having people on here and uh that way you don't have any accidents or anything like that um roof inspections keep up with your roof inspections twice a year get a uh have bring it in and let somebody do an inspection on it that way if there is any water damage it can get or any voids in the ceiling it can get caught before it does create water damage have any questions like i said just give joe a call and he'll come and get me and we'll get you figured out and answered
