2021 Grand Design RV Momentum 351M Fifth Wheel Toy Hauler

well hello there friends clayton phillips again here from woody's rv world in la duke alberta canada and i am excited to shoot one of the newest arrivals to our dealership this is a 2021 grand design rv momentum m-class 351 m i know that's a bit of a tongue twister and uh a lot to say they're in the name but uh this fifth wheel folks this is actually a toy haul or fifth wheel this has been a very special floor plan for grand design it's over the years been refined and made better continuously and i'm really excited to be able to show off a lot of the new features on the the 351m more specifically the content that you would get on any of the m classes depending on how it's ordered of course and we're going to touch in on a lot of the the standard equipment that we're starting to see and it's just little things again grand design one of the things i absolutely love about their company is how they continually refine their product to make it better to challenge the industry to really push the envelope to always come out with the absolutely best built most ruggedly built trailer rv on the market today uh with the absolute most up-to-date feature content look and design features the the uh the decors all of those things folks and and i'm just really excited to be able to to jump into this uh 351 m uh momentum m-class toy hauler this particular fifth wheel folks is 38 feet six inches in length and what i think why this fifth wheel has been very popular over the years is just that the length you know it's a it's a high end very well made luxury toy hauler fifth wheel but under 40 feet you're not having to go to 42 43 triple axel needing a little mini freightliner to pull your fifth wheel um you know up here in canada where a lot of people go out west camping bush camping those sorts of things uh this 38 i know it's i'm saying it's a little bit smaller on the fifth wheel side toy hauler side of things although it's still a big big fifth wheel uh comparatively to a lot of the other luxury fifth wheels uh toy haulers built in the industry this one is on the shorter side and uh you know easy to maneuver it's a tandem axle and just a really really nice package so right up front here we'll jump into it we're going to touch in on a lot of the structure and build features to be a deep video um you'll notice the front cap that grand design puts on their their on this particular fifth wheel and all their their fifth wheels and trailers this is a structure cap this fifth wheel this front cap is got it's a very aggressive looking front cap um and it serves a couple purposes one the look it looks absolutely fantastic but secondly this i call it a structure cap because it's a very structurally rigid front cap and why that's important is you know when you're when you have a 38 foot fifth wheel with a big hole in the back end of your trailer you know you want to have a squarely built trailer and you want that front cap to go on square if it doesn't go on square like a lot of the cheaper front caps in the industry it can knock your trailer out of alignment affect your slide operation effect towability and and you know the ceiling of the trailer if your trailer is binding and flexing too much the seals can give way on your trailer and that's where you can get moisture intrusion so you know having a structure cap uh no different than what they put on all of their other fifth wheels folks really helps the rigidity the tow ability and just the overall you know structure of the trailer long term which is really nice the other thing that you don't see is in behind that front cap actually has a full aluminum steel cage that wraps from sidewall to sidewall roof to floor just really again enhancing the structural rigidity in the front end of the the fifth wheel which is very important the other thing with the front cap folks is fully painted they use an automotive paint it's not a gel coat that you find on a lot of the other products that will fade and discolor over time grand design uses a higher end graphic as well it has a higher uv coating on it it's a 3m graphic comes with a 5 year warranty and then they also have the led strip lights which i don't have turned on at the moment i'm trying to save power for my battery pack when i go inside but there's big strip lights you can see down either side so at night you can really illuminate the front end of the cap really give a really nice cool ambiance and look to your to your trailer the other thing is you've got the docking lights up here as well so if you are hooking up at night you can flip those lights on and just really make hooking up a whole lot easier i optioned in the 5500 watt onan generator on the momentums it is gas now that gasoline generator is tied into your fuel system your fuel system combined is 60 gallons worth of fuel 30 gallons for that generator up front and then another 30 gallons for your fuel station which i'll show you as we get a little further back into the into the trailer here so on the off door side of course you got your propane tank uh just behind this baggage door i closed over top of dual 30 pounds one on each side this is your utility compartment you do have a little bit of access to your pass-through storage here as well but again grand design known for their storage compartments but even the componentry within it nautilus p this has got the p4 utility system so it's all color coded you winterize your trailer through here you bypass your hot water heater through this utility panel here it's very very easy to operate you have your sewer flush right here the other thing noted below is you have a whole house water filtration system so depending on where you're pulling water from you have an unbelievable fresh water capacity with this trailer 155 gallons which is a monster you can head out into the the boonies there and and you know quadding atv and you can be gone for quite some time and be totally off the grid which is super slick but you do get if you do happen to get a little low on on your water and you wanted to pull water from a outside source someplace this will actually filter all of the water going inside your trailer but note gate valves up inside the heated and enclosed area also the low point drains that's what that little valve is right there and you've got a cold low point drain there up inside the heated area as well this is a heated compartment heated pass-through they're not hanging underneath the trailer like you'll find with a lot of other products in the industry so they're just going the extra step the extra mile here's the control panel for your six point hydraulic leveling system on here as well it's got the auto return feature hitch height so it'll memorize where it unhooked from so you just hit hitch height and it'll literally go back to where you unhook from last you're not having to sit there holding the button guessing makes hooking up and unhooking really really easy which is good one thing to note folks is grand design does a wide stance this is a wide body trailer so you've got you know we'll call it eight and a half feet wide on your main body width they actually out mount the leveling system on this so if you look at the placement of the leveling legs on this particular trailer they're kind of angled slightly away to give you a better more stable stance but they're out quite far um a lot of products in the industry folks they mount these legs more inside so they're just not nearly as stable ground design wants a very very stable trailer when you've got the auto leveling system engaged that's when you're walking in inside the trailer the winds blowing up against it those sorts of things it's going to be far far more stable the other thing with the wide body design is your frame rail folks is actually your frame rails are much wider than what you would typically get in a lot of other products in the industry folks so they can insulate between the holding tanks and the frame rails a whole lot better just better insulating the underbelly of your trailer but if you look fully enclosed and heated all the gate valves up inside the heated area um they have their rail tight design and i'll show you that's what this little aluminum strip is so rather than just using a screw and a washer to secure the underbelly to the to the belly of the to the underside of the trailer they run that rail tight design and that really seals in the underbelly to hold the heat in because you've got a 35 000 btu furnace on this trailer you want that heat to be held inside which is which is what you get with a momentum ground design also your floor folks they do a double bat insulation through your entire floor giving you an r45 which is what you get with a regular solitude which is what you get with the regular momentum as well you get that in the m class so far superior r values on this product all around as i mentioned are 40 through your main floor all the way up you have a two and a quarter inch sidewall so you have actually a thicker sidewall than what you get with a lot of other products in the industry which gives you an r11 your roof folks you have an r40 and that if r40 carries down and down your front cap as well um and then the floor of your garage actually is an r40 as well super insulated so you know if you want to do the snowmobiling thing bring the snowmobiles out here this is one of the best insulated toy haulers on the market today so one thing new update for again forgive me this trailer just showed up so you're going to see dirt on the outside of it we've done nothing to this trailer and that's why i like to shoot the videos this week because you get to see grand design at their finest after this trailer's made a 2 000 mile trip you're seeing it before we've put it through our shop so or detailed department um new tires okay so this is actually a 17 and a half inch tire which is really cool as opposed to a 16 inch tire just better clearance you know bigger brakes it's a true trailer tire it's you know not a it's going to handle the weight a whole lot better which is nice it's going to jackknife a whole lot better you're not going to get the tire binding that you would with a trailer that has more of a tread on the outside this outside strip here so very very high end tire 17 and a half inch so again better clearance if you're taking it down the bumpy road you know down the beaten path a little bit to get into your favorite camping space the other thing you get is the morryde cre3000 suspension system it's a new suspension for the momentum which is nice you're seeing it on a lot of the grand design products it allows that wheel to more free flow in the wheel well um you know really great you know reduces the the road vibration and shock up inside the trailer affecting you know your your your cabinetry and your contents and those sorts of things just a really really good well-made product don't be confused it is painted blue there are a lot of products that look similar to the more ride system that are painted blue they're not built by more ride and they're not nearly as good so buyer beware you have a look and do your shopping so one thing i forgot to cue in on on this particular trailer so your unloaded vehicle weight on this particular fifth wheel folks is 14 458 pounds your cargo carrying capacity is 2282 pounds okay the really cool thing with grand design is you're not limited to how much weight you can put in your garage okay some products in the industry they do limit you to a certain poundage of what you can put in your garage just because of that's how they make their floors okay grand design you can take that entire cargo carrying capacity and put it all in the back of your garage which is really really nice like you're not limited again to you know putting only 1500 pounds in your garage you just don't want to exceed the gvwr of the trailer you can put all that weight in your garage so if you've got a car or a super heavy you know side by side or something along those lines or whatever you want to take just as long as you don't exceed the cargo carrying capacity the gvwr of the trailer you are good to go okay fuel station jump in on that again like i mentioned you've got the dual fuel fills so that's two separate tanks 30 gallons for your generator 30 gallons for your fuel station real easy they flip up on the back of this flip up storage door here the pump to turn it on and off you've got the gauge to tell you how full your tanks are all sorts of things which is really nice so super clean design all right coming around the back i did option in the patio package this has the ramp door that's really easy to operate it kind of operates like a laptop lid so if you're a smaller person not nearly as strong you don't have that full weight of the door coming down on top of you it is literally supported by these wires making the drop down really really nice and easy that's what this wire does right here okay now again i optioned in the patio package which upgrades your ramp door they laminate a sheet of steel on that door so if you put chairs or things with pointy you know chairs with pointy legs or feet or something it's not going to puncture your door which is nice and then you do get the railing it does come with the the steps that do hook onto the end of the um the ramp the steps have gotten a whole lot better they're much lighter weight they're easier to fold up and down than the first models that have come out and they just hook onto these little tabs here a little grip tape for traction and then your steps will just fold out nice and you've got some stairs that'll take you up onto your your patio this does with the patio package have the electric awning you do have the light at the rear that will illuminate as well just giving you a really nice setup outside if you wanted to set a barbecue up if you're camping on a sandy area or more of a wet area you want to do your barbecuing and entertaining out on your rear patio you can definitely do it the other thing i optioned in folks is the three season garage wall so these doors they slide in the middle these doors on the outside they do fold towards the railing here really opening up the back end of the trailer which is nice and then you have the tempered glass inserts that go up and down so you know you're not if you have people sleeping in your back garage as a secondary bedroom you know you don't have to necessarily fold up that rear patio um you know if it's starting to get a little cold out or windy or that sort of thing it's just a far superior door which is nice so i also optioned in the secondary awning on this particular trailer so this rear awning is 10 feet and then your front awning is 18 feet so you've got a ton of awning space on this trailer up the rear and down the whole side entrance side of your trailer which is really cool and those awnings are fully adjustable as well so a couple of fun facts for you i did talk about the dry weight gvwr cargo carrying capacity your hitch weight on this trailer folks is 2785 pounds fresh water like i mentioned 155 gallons your gray which is two gray tanks combined equals 78 gallons and then you've got a bath and a half on this so you've got a toilet and a sink in the rear giving as well as your your your kitchen and your main bathroom for your black tank 78 gallons as well so tons and tons of holding tank capacity with this and then your hot water heater is a 12 gallon gas electric hot water heater as well so i know i'm kind of standing back here just give you another shot of the trailer here you do have the outdoor entertainment here it does come with the television we did upgrade the the rockford sound system on this so the the stereo on this trailer folks will blow your socks off if you're out in the woods and you really want to turn the music up and have a great time if you're into that sort of thing you've got an unbelievable stereo and subwoofer and whatnot with this particular product also just want to shoot up underneath the slide outs here super clean and smooth no darko woven fabric again those beautiful 17 and a half inch tires you have on this just awesome cooper h-rated tires it does have the dexter axle which gives you the the five-year warranty easy lube hubs you know all of those things you do have the bronze bushing bronze bushings and the wet wet bolts um so you know you can grease those bolts just really helps prolong the life of your your uh you know the tow ability of the trailer and and those bushings on your suspension which is nice so a couple things as we jump into some of the structure grand design they were the first manufacturer to come out with that three year structural warranty i say in all the videos they built the product to support that warranty also they were one of the first manufacturers to come out with full-time live-in use on all of their products so you can make this trailer your house and you're not going to get penciled back on warranty a lot of rv manufacturers folks will cap you at 90 days if they find out that you've been living in your trailer full-time and you've turned it into your house in a lot of cases they'll pencil you back on warranty and you won't get the same coverage grand design won't do that you can make it their house that's why you find a lot of the grand design product on people that have youtube channels that live in their rvs or in grand designs just because they're so well made so fully laminated slide end walls framed in window openings every vertical wall panel in this trailer is fully laminated um they don't use any butyl putty whatsoever they use mylar tape seal they use the silicone cap seals all over the place so they're just using far superior products also your slide boxes are fully laminated the roof is fully laminated you can walk on the tops of their slide outs folks which is really really good so makes it a whole lot easier if you got leaves and branches and that sort of thing and we'll show you when you get up when we get up on top of the roof there to show you what's going on up top but just makes it a whole lot easier you're not having you know you can get up there and sweep off the tops of your slide outs so um one thing that i really like is a new update to this step above uh fold in and out step the original models i'll just show you so kind of like the ramp door at the back itself will hold itself there they used to have a pin that you would have to push through so it made adjusting the step right here i used to have a pin that would go through uh it would make it a little harder to adjust the legs on your on your step now you just push this button in here and then that will allow it to slide in and out a whole lot easier making the adjustment of your step that much much easier it's a you know all aluminum step folds in and out really nice real clean so if you don't like the fold in steps and you want the original like the at the rear door here they do the your old schools you know flip in and out step still works real well that's what they put on the rear if you want to have that up front they do still hang the shot the hangers that we would just notch out here underneath the door and put the put the original step in and take this step out if you so choose so but these ones have become super popular so the reason why they don't do the fold in and out steps on the rear garage is because you don't want to step like that folding up inside your garage taking up valuable storage space for a machine or what have you so flush mount frameless windows i did option in the dual pane window on this so it's just way better for you know hot temperatures it's quieter inside of course less chance of condensation building up on the on the inside of your windows all sorts of things there's your pass-through storage compartment right there of course in toy haulers your pass-through source compartment's typically a little smaller than what you get with a conventional fifth wheel but that's because you got a big monster garage in the back so central vac on this one as well battery disconnect switch there's your heat plenum there so this is a heated compartment like i said there's see where that sticker says satellite roof access there's actually a conduit that they engineer to be able to run the wiring for like a satellite dish down into the underbelly to be able to wire up a satellite so much easier the installation time you save a ton of money on the installation with a grand design fifth wheel like this because they give you a porthole access on the roof of the trailer running right down into the underbelly making it so much nicer and easier on the budget to install a satellite dish and i'll show you where that is when i jump up on top water access here on the entry side of your trailer so you can literally hook up a fresh water line spray off your stairs you know if you're camping in an area that you know you get your steps all dirty or what have you you can spray off your steps and fold them up inside your trailer a whole lot easier without bringing all the dirt and grime and all that sort of stuff inside hello so we're gonna uh jump up on the roof of this trailer and i'm gonna show you some of the things going on up top so just stay tuned i'm going to turn it off and we'll flip it back on here just a sec all right friends clayton phillips here from woody's rv world in leduc alberta canada and i'm on the roof of the 351m momentum toy hauler and i'm going to start at the back here and work my way forward one of the things to note going on with covid right now is grand design is discontinued the third ac option that would go right in this vent right here in your garage because there's a condenser shortage and air conditioner shortage in the industry right now they've had to do that unfortunately just so that they have enough acs for all the other products they build but right here at the back in your garage you have a thermostatically controlled max fan uh with rain sensor as well so if you do have people in the rear um if you're dry camping you don't have your acs hooked up or running or what have you and it's hot you know you can have that vent open you know exhausting the air if you want to bring air inside you can definitely do those things a lot of people will add the the secondary cover over top of that now keep in mind i will say they do use the racetrack ductwork system still in their in all of their products which is good so both of your your middle ac and your bedroom ac are connected to the ductwork that does carry back into the garage so if you do want to run both 15 000 btu air conditioners you can providing the cooling capability for the rear garage as well so you don't lose that and with their racetrack ductwork with the baffles they build in all of those things that makes it still the most efficient ac system that you'll find on the market today which is nice moving forward here again in your half bath you have the uh the max fan as well uh which is nice you actually have three max fans on this trailer all set up ready to go one thing grand design does they use the same type of roof construction on all of their products it's a 16 inch on center wood truss with your wood decking your tpo roof membrane by alpha superflex very very good roof double insulation very very good thermal barrier in hot climates very very good thermal barrier in colder climates and why they put it on all their roofs of their trailers because it's the best roof you can put on so why not put it on all the products now one thing you do get with it is this little vent is called an attic vent and that allows your trailer your roof to breathe when you're camping especially you know if it's a little cooler out you know that condensation from you breathing from your cooking from your shower and all of those things you want that moisture to escape when you're you know utilizing your trailer propane heat has moisture in it you want that to escape a lot of products in the industry over the years they put laminated roofs on and they just don't breathe like you would with a grand design roof so again r40 through here that's the vent for your for a black tank again you've got the dual 15 000 btu air conditioners as i move forward uh it's pre-prepped for the jaboni for the juboni pre-preps but you can add in it's all pre-wired so if you want to add a bunch of solar panels up on the roof of this trailer you can easily hook it up right there and that wiring goes right down into the underbelly just like the conduit for if you want to hook up a satellite dish that sort of thing again vent for your bathroom skylight above for your shower bedroom ac here's the conduit access for your satellite dish and again you've got the air 360 plus wineguard tv antenna so it's it's gateway capable so it's an aftermarket thing that you would get through let's say our accessories department and you can basically turn that that tv antenna into a wi-fi receiver and connect your cell phone plan to it so no matter where you're at you can stream onto your roku tvs you know your youtube your netflix all those things the technology nowadays on the trailers is absolutely fantastic um and again sorry i missed it uh full walk-on slide box it's a bit of a jump there so i'm not going to do it holding on to a camera last thing i want is to hook a foot and go down but yeah full walk-on slide boxes you know easy you can sweep off the tops of your slide-outs all those sorts of things just so that you don't get those little branches and leaves piling into your seals all sorts of things so again ground design very very structurally sound trailer and they're doing uh most things right which is which is nice and why you should invest in a grand design trailer here at woody's rv i'm gonna jump down and we're gonna head inside just one moment all right we are going to head inside and i'm going to start at the rear of the trailer and head up into the garage um on the 351 m this particular trailer has a 11 foot garage okay now one of the things i optioned in in this this garage folks is the happy jack bed system now this upper bed is a full queen size bed it is in the pinned up position if you want to convert the rollover sofas which you've got one here one here they mean roll over because this back rest literally rolls over and will meet in the middle with that one making a queen size bed here at this height that upper bed this metal plate here is where that upper bed stops and so you'll have a queen-size bed here as well does come with a ladder so if you've got grandkids kids you know just guests coming out for the weekend and you want to give them some you know extra sleeping you've got two full queen size beds in the rear which is nice again grand design our value is r40 in the garage floor of this fifth wheel which is really really nice so this is a fully heated garage for your guests it's going to be super comfortable for them which is nice great big windows again thermal insulated windows and then you do get the half bath here in the rear as well so again if you're you know quadding atving for the day you come back muddy you want to you know use the toilet use the sink you got the vanity here as well beautiful goes up to that max fan right there as well in the the bathroom here but good good bathroom for the guests that sort of thing if you want to do the full-time live-in thing but you want to have a washer dryer in your garage you can hook up a combo unit here you can do a stackable unit you can do all those sorts of things which is good so tcl tv that tv is on a pivot this arm will swing that tv down and it'll hang kind of right here so you know if you're into tailgating and hanging out it does come with a table that will fit this exact rectangle here to fill in if you want to play cards entertain you do get the carpet here that you can roll out in the garage as well just really transforming this into a really nice rear bonus room rumpus room bedroom whatever the case is so um come out onto the patio here one thing they do add in onto all of their toy haulers is the dovetail and so this there's a transition point right here further back just underneath the the folding stairs that transitions down to the garage to the patio so when you have your patio down into the ramp position if you have a harley that's a little lower to the ground or what have you the transition point to get inside uh just makes it a whole lot easier from uh you know you're not going to bottom out that sort of thing these doors swing out nice and wide there as well so you do get a patio light there also which is cool so rear garage again eight and a half feet wide depending on how big if you've got two quads a lot of times you can get your quads sitting side by side four feet wide you know you've typically got a few inches on each side or a couple inches to be able to park both those machines in perfect for a side by side a golf cart you know that sort of thing so and remember you can put all of your cargo carrying capacity right into the into the rear of this uh this particular toy hauler and that's the case for all the grand design toy haulers whatever your cargo carrying capacity is you can put it all into your garage this the floor is that strong there's no seams it's a one-piece floor uh very very well made so um now coming into your living area here i did option in the pebble interior so this is the pebble colored couch it's a new color uh they used to have java and oakley i believe they still have java lots of changes going on right now but this is the new pebble interior all four of these recline out and you do get the heat massage on the outside seats which is nice but check out the size of the windows in this folks huge huge you can't get bigger windows in this fifth wheel toy hauler slide like right in the slide out you can't get bigger windows why in a grand design trailer they put the structure in the side wall to support big windows okay uh also the height of the slide box is huge like you're like six foot eight or something to the top of the slide out box so you get super tall windows again grand design isn't holding back in terms of cost they're really trying to bring the outside in like i'm almost six feet tall with my shoes on and i can look straight out those windows and see outside i think we've got a guest there ready to come on in this toy hauler to have a look at it but again people that are super tall can literally stand here and look out these windows and just really enjoy the scenery which is nice okay again entertainment system here you do get the fireplace 5000 btu heater which is cool you don't have to have your furnace necessarily running to produce heat but 40 000 btus of heating capability behind your roku tv you do have the pantry which is nice so tons of storage i really like the island they do do the flip up extension on it which is nice and it does come with a couple of bar stools that you can set there as well i really like the two-tone cabinetry it's kind of got like a farmhouse lighter gray color blended with a slighter brown color but really tall storage which is nice probably some plumbing oh that's the storage in from behind your bathroom right there you've got a storage box in your bathroom that's that's why that's all closed off there but extra storage on this side for extra goodies you got the hutch all of that like the hardware is real nice we got the gas light looking pendant lighting with ceiling feature 18 cubic foot gas electric norcold refrigerator biggest gas absorption fridge in the industry and then you've got the new insignia oven as well beautiful beautiful residential inspired oven like check out the size of this thing it's huge absolutely monstrous window as well behind your oven and then stainless steel microwave so this does have the one control system on it i do like the position it's they put it by the entrance door which makes it a little easier they used to put it up in behind here which made it a little more difficult to access so when all your slide outs are fully retracted you can jump in on here like what's really cool about this is i can literally turn all of the lights off in one shot this operates this is the brain of the trailer you can do your awnings your generator your hvac your leveling your monitor panel your lighting your slide outs everything is controlled through here you can also download an app to your phone that you can control all of those things through your phone connecting bluetooth to your one control system on this particular trailer which is absolutely fantastic so again central vac no carpet they've tried to eliminate a lot of the carpet inside the trailers nowadays coming up into your bathroom here i like like like what they've done they've added a little extra counter space here on this uh cabinetry for your kitchen or so for your for your bathroom and then you've got the nice vanity above uh the shower it's got a new texture new design to it well if that the camera picks that up or not but it's got kind of like a waterfall look to it but check out the shower head in here beautiful it'll actually shoot water out straight out at you and then from above and then you got the hand held there too beautiful like i can't like for your home i don't know what that would cost but that's absolutely beautiful um shower head there and then here's that storage i was talking about that goes into your hutch above into your kitchen area but you do get a little extra storage in your bathroom which is nice so encore shower surround beautiful one-piece fiberglass skylight above absolutely fantastic and then coming up into your bedroom now you can option in a king size bed in the m class if it's got the north south bed like this because it's a wardrobe slide and you still have to have room for that slide to come in and out the king size does eat up the space on this side of the bed so just be aware if you're ordering a king size in an m-class with the north-south bed you will be giving that up that's the same for the g-class as well but this is a full residential queen-size bed a regular mattress topper from anywhere will fit it if it's 60 wide by 80 long is nice your fitted sheets go around it a whole lot better what i really like about the north south bed is the amount of storage that you get up underneath the bed as well so if you're into full-time live-in use you know you can pack a lot of gear underneath your your bed here so they do have the stu the stools here the legs and the table for your living area the legs for the the table in your garage area and again the stools for your island your flip up island extension bar area the thing i really like about the north south bed being that this is a wide body fifth wheel is you actually get some really nice nightstands on either side of your bed you got the 110 plug usb connection the light switches a nice padded headboard all the storage above beautiful design that they've done with this this fifth wheel has always had a nice look to it and again like i mentioned before there's no carpet on the where you're walking around on your floor which is nice and then back here on the wall if you so choose there's a backer location you can easily hang a television a little uh extra storage unit there but you do get the wardrobe they're integrated a bedroom like this is going to be a little warmer too typically when your bed goes out um you know coldest part of your trailer is typically around your slide-out area having your bed in the front cap of the trailer where it's the most insulated with your 35 000 btu furnace going you're going to be have a little bit warmer bedroom as well so nice big window these little windows on either side here better a new touch they just added that and they do crank out to give you that cross ventilation up here in the front for people that like to have that so secondary air conditioner thermostat there you get that even temperature rating all the way through so again folks my name is clayton phillips i'm with woody's rv world in la duke alberta canada
