2020 DRV Mobile Suite 40KSSB4

hello my name is Ken rice I worked with RVs for less in Knoxville Tennessee when I spent a few minutes with you this afternoon talking about a 40 K ssb4 mobile suite the RV mobile suite it is a 2020 this is a new unit but the color on the unit is a great occasion so you have the black the green and the charcoal again as of all mobile sweets and elite sweets we have an anti-tip paint on the front end as we come down the door side of the unit we have the vanity slot you have a 18 to 20 foot awning depending on the floor plan that comes standard with the in it and then we have a patio awning down that patio awning that we add to all of our stock units that is an option and as we go to the front door you will see the more ride lift step that is an option from the RV we have actually added this one because it still currently has the fold-out steps but you can get that from DRV so again as we're we're saying we are in a D or B mobile suite 40k ssb4 so as we enter inside we're going to be entering into the kitchen area so as we come into the end and we are in a dear be mobile sweet 20 2014 4 the interior colors on this unit is mocha cherry so it is a dark cherry wood it is actual cherry wood hardwood cherry and then we have the linen furniture and the mica decor so again as we come into the door we enter into the kitchen area we're right in front of the refrigerator so we have a French refrigerator double refrigerator door and then lower freeze there is a icemaker in the bottom portion of the freezer there is a water dispenser on the inside of the left door and as we continue on to my left we enter into the dining room area so we have a dinette buffet table some of the table actually pulls out the depth of the buffet plus it has a leaf in it to make a true seating for four so we have two freestanding chairs and then we have two folding chairs decor matching and the closet and we have three overhead cabinets above the dining room table one thing dear B does very well they've been doing since oh for building full-time units so they do storage very very well this unit is also built with hardwood balances mobile Suites come standard with a material balance but this is an upgrade from the elite week we can bring that hardwood balance down we typically do that as we continue on we will come to the hutch area so this is a huts you can have the 110 outlet back there so you can use this as you know put your coffee pot there a toaster oven slow cooker whatever you would want there and you have to pull out more and a door with an adjustable shelf in the bottom and all drawers in the DRV that can be our soft clothes some of those as we continue on into the living-room area we can't see the overhead cabinet so we see the hardwood balanced you have a day/night blind MCB roller blinds so the black line is your day blind it blocks out the UV rays the night blind is your solid white blind it blocks out all the light and then we have a theater seat this is your visa seating this is Franklin so we have our Thomas paint we have a theater seat we have power recliners heat massage and cup holder warmers in this unit the armrest does raise up for remote storage or whatever you'd like to put in there and as we continue on to the back of the unit we will see a sofa so this is a sleeper sofa cushions pullout it does make a queen-size bed and then you have the mocha cherry tables at the end of the sofa full 60-inch window in the back again you will see the hardwood balances 12 volt sconce lights lots of overhead storage when they straight line the room years ago we got large overhead storage with the center once then you have the frosted glass and it is a lit panel so do get lots and lots of storage in the RV no the floor plan as we continue around we see a 55 inch Smart TV with a sound bar and then again in your overhead cabinet you have your air antenna control unit here Winegard raiser dome antenna and then a blu-ray and DVD player and then your left cabinet door you have your subwoofer that works in conjunction with your cell bar and the right side is just open storage below the TV you actually have a pullout drawer so pencil storage we call it a pencil drawer in my house that's be a junk drawer electric fireplace crystals can change colors you have three different colors on your crystals the fireplace is rated at 400 square feet which is larger than the unit that we're currently in but it will not gravitate all the way to the bedroom but it will heat the kitchen dining room area very nicely and then again on the sides you have storage on both sides on the right hand side you have a shelf left-hand side open storage as we continue left then we're coming back into the kitchen area so you have adjustable shelves in your pantry overhead pantry then you have an appliance garage that has a pullout tray so I'll just pull out tray you can again put toaster oven small coffee pots there is a 110 outlet in the back so if you need to plug something up whatever you're using works well there and then three large capacity drawers and again drawers are soft clothes as we continue on we have a period on three burner range-top with a fury on gas oven the oven again lights off of the knob so you don't have to get down and light the pilot light the digital display tells you the temperature in the oven then we have a full convection microwave whirlpool microwave so this full convection [Music] so we have some hidden controls there once you hit the button to open the controls up this is where your convection settings would be and as we come around we can see the capacity of the microwave and then of course you have the racks that go in you have the standing rack and then the shelf rack and then the glass tray that would be used during the microwave operation and then all the arby's comes standard with a dishwasher so you have a Fisher count dishwasher this is a very efficient dishwasher he uses 1.5 gallons of water per cycle that's less water than it would take you to wash the dishes by hand again we have lots of storage overhead then we have a large stainless steel sink you have a large side and a small side so if you have kettles or whenever you're trying to wash then you have a large side for that and this being a 2020 in it we can our price on this particular unit is 105 9 that's the selling price on this unit the MSRP on this is about 161 nine we have a center island you'll notice our center island is clear our sink is in the slide-out so it leaves our center island clear for prep area and then you have four different drawers in your out so this is all gives you tons of prep room in this particular island then as we come back around into the where the entry door is then we can step up into the hallway going into the bedroom bathroom area and as we enter into the hallway then our bathroom will be on the right again this is a single sink configuration we have a macerator toilet the floor plan dictates a macerator toilet because the toilet is not directly over the black tank so we have to transfer that over so there's a push button you have a light and heavy flush then the macerator pump will engage and then pump over to your black tank 42s shower of pre-filed faucet and a medicine cabinet the flooring in this is aged asphalt as we enter the hall area we have to buy folding doors and in the by folding doors this is where we washer/dryer prep so you have a side by side RV size washer and dryer you have your hookups for your washer run right dryer would go on the left and then you have cabinet inside for your laundry detergent your fabric softener that kind of thing if you did not put a washer dryer in then you do have a bar that you can use for closet area hanging closet or if you wanted to use a combo unit then you could have the combo under the cabinet still use the right side for hanging as we enter into the bedroom again this is a king bed as an RV King 76 by 80 RV King all dear beast comes standard with a king bed you can option in a queen bed if you did a queen bed in this particular floor plan you would also get a 7-inch nightstand under the window it would be a shelf nightstand beginning you see your overhead cabinets over your bed and again at Arby's for less we give a Bible and it crawls away with every unit newer used we offer a Bible and across as hold the Arby's we have storage under the bed so you have 200 pound shocks that lift your bed and here's your folding chairs that would match the decor for the chairs in the kitchen you can transport them in the closet or under the bed wherever would be suitable for your needs it does come standard with a select comfort mattress that is a hybrid interest so we have inner spring and then with a four inch memory foam topper bed topper on that you can upgrade to a Sleep Number bed in her vanity slide this pick reunion comes center with a vanity slot you have your dresser you have a six drawer dresser and then overhead you have a 32 inch TV and in the right-hand side of the TV then you have your DVD player this is a standard DVD player not a blu-ray a standard DVD player for the bedroom and then on the left side then you have storage space [Music] as we continue on around into the bedroom then you see your cedar walk-in closet on the right-hand side of the closet you will have a safe that is an option that's not standard but that is an option we have dearly build those in all their stock units two drawer chest and then a hanging bar so this has been a 2020 DRV mobile
