2015 Duramax Straight pipe and delete

what's up guys uh today we're gonna be straight piping and deleting a 2015 duramax we've got the cat delete the dpf delete and the muffler delete this is the truck here it's a all stock 2015 duramax customer's truck so we're gonna do a before start up and then after [Music] first things first we're gonna take off these three bolts in the top flange on the down pipe and once we get that loose we're gonna start removing all of our our def injector and let's get started [Music] [Music] [Music] so we got the the dpf filter most of the way out i got all the sensors undone and unplugged this is the uh the pipe that'll be taking its place so we're getting there now we just gotta drop the transmission crossmember and get the get the cat out and the downpipe so we'll get started on that [Music] all right guys so we got the down pipe and the cat off now we uh we ended up dropping the crossmember uh just to get the the whole downpipe everything out as one piece that we wouldn't have to cut anything um that's our three bolts that go on our downpipe there we're about to start bolting the new one up and throwing it back together [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so you got the whole exhaust put on let's take a look underneath all the delete pipe back up to the downpipe got it all finished up all right so uh we got the exhaust all put on there's what's left now we're loading in a tune with efi live should be down here in about six minutes so once we get it uh all flashed in then we'll do a first start up [Music] foreign ready for a test run [Music] still pretty yep [Music] [Music] still pretty quiet yeah not bad no drone really just slightly louder than stock from what i can tell nice clean tune it's just got pretty much uh slightly better than stock about 30-40 horsepower [Applause] just a little tiny puff sounds good runs good what's up guys uh we got the truck all done exhaust is on uh the tune is loaded in she's running good ready for the customer to pick up um that'll be it for this video we have a cummins coming up we're doing a cummins uh tune tomorrow so stay tuned for that one but uh we'll see you later like comment subscribe and share thank you later
