20+ year old tractor looking like new for under $125. Can it be done?

everybody here going to try and see if we can clean up to 89 40 here's before hasn't been cleaned up in a while and hit me that has the Case IH Magnum of this series knows that the paint is basically junk so we're gonna clean it up you know to get pressure wash see if we can get step number one done set you up here and [Music] buddy day two here yesterday washed the tractor up now this tractor was built in 1997 so it's a Tony two year old tractor not terrible but everything is all original on it but what we're gonna do is try and waxer up today or rejuvenate the paint I guess we're not really waxing we're gonna rejuvenate it then we're gonna wax it but I've had really good luck with this malko so I'm just gonna throw it on here real quick show you how it's done and then I'll cut away I'll play up for that the thing will be shining like new not sure how well this shows up but I've done the hood the top of the hood these panels here and I just put the side skirts on anything underneath this case IH logo here have not been done you can definitely see the difference here's the back here more elbow grease almost done here it is all shined up looking just like this tractor now funny what a little bit of pressure washing and elbow grease will get you what I used was I used some malko rejuvenator wax applicator pad and two microfiber cloth the final step in the process after you use that rejuvenator is you have to apply a wax the otherwise that pain is just gonna fade again here in the next couple years so you need to wax tough need to wax it almost every year to keep things looking nice so we're gonna use some of the slick mist I've shaken it up your supposed to shake it good for a while and then you just spray it on get microfiber towel wipe it back off and you're good to go some of you may be wondering what we used on this tractor to make it look so good what we used here is some big deal car care equipment wash and the snow cannon or snow gun I put about a quarter of the way a product in here fill the rest up with water and then you hook it to your pressure washer pressure washer that I use is just a cold water gas powered pressure washer this fill right here a quarter of the way up has done two tractors it sells on the internet I believe this bundle for eighty dollars and then after that we use the malko rejuvenator it's $25 on the internet give or take depending on where you get it from you can also get it from your local malko dealer or anybody like that i've had this bottle for probably three or four years if not more i've only used half of it so you're not using a lot of product this is gonna last a long time there and then I use this lucas oil slick mist as a final wax it's worked on great on the 89 30 for the last couple of years keeps things looking nice and it's pretty easy to apply I used about ten of these microfiber towels you can get them two for 88 cents so five dollars in towels I just throw them away when we're done that's just easier that way so four hundred one hundred twenty-five dollars we got this tractor looking like brand-new almost better than showroom straight from the factory and just took a little bit of work actually took a lot of work not terrible but it took some elbow grease took some time but I'd say it's worth it so if any of you guys like what you see here if you could like comment and subscribe and share with one person I'd greatly appreciate it thanks for watching and have a good one
