20+ must have sims 4 builds for Oasis Springs | The Sims 4

are you guys tired of the Crusty Dusty Sims 4 base game bills that come with the game I am I know you guys are too I hope this video helps you guys find some new Builders and if you are you definitely need to stick around and watch this video to see a bunch of brand new builds from the gallery I also hope that this video helps you guys discover new amazing Builders as I have as well Sims 4 Builders literally make this community I'm telling you guys right now if we didn't have amazing builders in this game I probably would have stopped playing this game a long time ago but anyways let's go ahead and get into the video I do have a mixture of Base game builds I also have a bunch of community Lots as well as homes so I'm going to be starting a new series where I share build recommendations from each World in The Sims 4 so if you are a builder and you would like me to potentially put your build in one of my videos my next one's going to be Mount karabi so just keep that in mind all you have to do is do # show Savvy that's simmer and I will be checking out those builds that have the hashtag added to them also comment down below as well if you're a builder and you'd like me to check out your Builds on the gallery so more people can find them this took a really long time but I popped down over 20 builds for you guys to discover um that I found and I really hope improves your gameplay and that it just makes your Oasis Springs a little bit more fun I do have one lot in tuming because I could not fit all of the Lots in here first up on the list is this absolutely gorgeous motel and I feel like it fits so well in a Wast of Springs just like all the colors the pool the desert Vibes my sim knows what's up guys she's already coming out here and trying to Lounge but anyways I believe this has nine hotel rooms in here and they're all so colorful and so pretty I can't even describe to you how pretty this is and how like happy this makes me feel I've been in a Sim slump and there's nothing better than finding new Builds on the gallery just to kind of like spice things up again and make you feel excited to play but I love all the tiny details in here of course this is supposed to be like the laundry room the laundry mat of the hotel I also want to mention to I love all like the little bike details out here it's so cute this one's pretty and pink I love all of the different use of the different packs in here too looks like there's probably a little bit of like high school years used in here as well in this room a little bit of mentry modern kind of style it's so cute I definitely feel like this is a place you can come with your Sims and Storyteller if you want I do have this lot set to generic so that way like you don't have to rent it or anything like that you can use the fent lot feature if you want but yeah I mean it's perfect it's so cute and I feel like it fits absolutely perfect in Oasis Springs but here is another room in here this one's a really tiny room too but yeah I just wanted to show you guys how gorgeous this was I almost forgot to mention as well that all of these builds that I found for you guys are all CC free so everything's going to be on the gallery for you guys to search and grab but yeah you don't have to worry about that let's go ahead and move on to our next build but I just want to say this one is absolutely adorable I love all the pastel colors I love how beautiful it is and just like the warm vibes from it I love love that there's so much to do here too for a motel next up on the list is called the Dusty Turf this one is by the Absurd koala this is also another Builder that you guys may have not heard of they're a newer Builder and I think they're on Console so definitely send them lots of love if you guys do check out their builds and you grab them from the gallery so it's really impressive for them to be on Console these are the super beautiful Apartments I feel like they're very luxurious and just very like high class I can definitely see this being in Oasis spring it's kind of like the more like ritzy area so if that's something up your alley I feel like this build would be definitely for you this apartment complex is honestly so cute and it has so many little details in it like right here is a little package at the front door and then right in here is like the inside mailboxes I'm not going to go through all the apartment Lots in here cuz then I would have to go through and like go through every loading screen because of their fent the way it's set up it's very like clean girl aesthetic you know like with the beige and the white so I can definitely see people that love like the aesthetic look loving this specific apartment and then this is a bathroom so again nice and clean love all the neutrals and then this is the living room kitchen area so the kitchen is kind of locked off here so that's kind of nice it's like separated but look how pretty this is and I think this is part of like one of our new stuff packs and I think this is like the um decorator pack that we got but yeah I love the usage of all of the packs in here this is so pretty I love it so much and there's also another room in here so this is more of a like little playroom in here this is super cute for like a little infant there's the bathroom and then also like another like laundry area too so I love all the communal spaces in this apartment they did such a good job but like I said I'm going to have the rest of the lots for you guys to check out within this I guess I should say the units not the Lots but look at this like look how upscale this looks with the plant and the doors and like the mats like the ways are so pretty I hope you guys have fun with this one in your game definitely let me know if next up on the list is this base game bar it's called the cavern Tavern I love the name it's super cute and this one is by the K creative hopefully I'm saying that correctly when I first read it I read it as cookie cuz I love food but it's cookie creative I believe but yeah let's go ahead and check this one out if you're looking at this build you're probably like you know there's not a lot going on with it but once you guys go inside you'll see what is going on with it it's actually underground which is so cool and that's what I love about it and then it's face game like what I can't believe that this is face game so anyways this is like the little bathroom right over here and I love it like it's so fun and like Innovative I'm just like how do Builders come up with this kind of stuff you know it's just so cool it's like a little underground like little bar um little nightclub it definitely feels is like an exclusive place that only like I don't know maybe the land grabs know about or you know the alos or like something like that but like look how pretty this is you guys I am obsessed with this and we have like a little um bartender that's nice to see that is so good to see okay I know that's random of me to be happy about a bartender but there's been a bug here lately where bartenders have not been showing up in the game I don't know if you guys experienced that but I did but anyways here is the like little teeny like kn Club it's super cute again I feel like it would be like exclusive only um you would have to have like I don't know maybe a membership for this but those are just the Vibes I get from it it could be totally different for you but that's what I get so up here is like a little piano bar section um you definitely would have to have reservations to eat here let me tell you that there's a TV a piano a microphone so your sons can work on their skills a guitar as well definitely meets my expectations for it build I love it so much and I hope you guys do too up next is this modern Eco desert home and it is so cute let me go ahead and show that to you guys and this one is also by The Sims creatives so definitely download it as well and check it out I absolutely love how Lush it is with all the plants the water details and it's just so cute and also just love how modern it is and clean and the architecture it's just really fun like it's not like one big giant box you know and there's a nice big cool I can definitely see like my wealthy Sims living here living their life so when you first walk in you do have a beautiful living room in here I love the color scheme as well it's so simple and pretty very chic and then in here is the kitchen again it's so beautiful and then if we turn around over here we have the fireplace this is such a beautiful build and then over here is the bathroom so just a nice simple bathroom nothing too special going on in there and then we have a kids bathroom out this is a bedroom not a bathroom a k it's bedroom so again nice and simple and then if we pan over here same thing a nice long bedroom they're kind of like weird shaped bedrooms I'm not going to lie but it definitely works for the build and I feel like a kid probably would want to like live in a room like that like kids love like really cool stuff like that so I can definitely see a kid liking that although it's the Sims and not real life and then here is a bedroom here um this is so cute as well I absolutely adore this bedroom I love how simple it is and it's clean clean cut and then here's the bathroom and then over here is another bedroom so you can turn this into a study and just keep it that way or you can make it into a bedroom whatever you want to do just depending on how big your family is yeah I just love this build I just led the way it looked I thought it was really unique and you don't really see a lot of builds like that on The Gallery at least I don't so this one was definitely something a little bit more different from the usual Oasis Springs with the you know retro U minent modern it was nice to kind of see a cool like concrete Lush build next one is from a new summer that I recently found and this build was actually supposed to be for tuming but I thought it also fit really well in oasy Springs this build is just wow it makes me want to just like sit in the Sun and hang out by the pool this build is just so pretty you guys I can't remember my keys today apparently but that's okay you know we're hanging out together cool area this is what really drew me to it look how beautiful this is and with like the details of the stone I just think that's so pretty and again I know not everyone's going to be you know so like obsessed with like Aesthetics or the way like a background or you know the way a build makes them feel that's okay too but when I play The Sims I need to be invested in something I need to make sure the builds fill I don't know just authentic and fun um and not stale cuz otherwise I get kind of bored you know like I want it to be oh the mailbox is in the middle of the house I want it to be fun you know so yeah like if it's not like personalized or has like a theme it just kind of feels boring you know but anyways this um all you have to do is remove that if that bothers you but in here we have a computer room this was the living room I love the color scheme in here too with like the blacks and the whites and the Tans it's just very earthy and this is the kitchen so nice and simple I think these are actually base game yeah I think that's base game and this is also a base game counter so I don't think they use too many packs in here which is nice and then up here is a bedroom so I love the color scheme in here the pinks are so pretty and then on this side over here we have looks like high school years was used for this bedroom and the lighting in here is also really really pretty guys look how pretty that is coming in here in this bedroom when you want to live in this room I definitely would and then in here is the bathroom just nice and warm and colorful I love this bathroom it definitely is oasis springs for sure of course it's in taring too that's where it was originally built for but I can just see it being in Oasis Springs let me know if you guys think that too and then on the third floor a lucky child gets to live on the third floor so this is a kids bedroom and they have their own little balcony out here I love all the plants and they get their own private bathroom okay this is definitely a rich family like 100% And then I think that's it for the floors yep that is it but anyways let me know what you guys thought about this build this one is so pretty and again I just love all the different textures going on with this one and yeah it's just a really beautiful build so we looked at a few residential lots I do want to show you guys this water park before we move on to this neighborhood here we've covered this entire neighborhood let's cover this water park and then we can move on to the neighborhood over there okay this water park is absolutely insane you guys it is so cool and obviously we can't use the slide it's just Decor but look at this right here look at that I love how there's like water coming out of it they probably use like a fountain feature but I just can't tell you the amount of detail that probably went into this obviously I didn't build this so I have no idea but just the realism of it with the slides like I'm sure you guys have seen something like this at a real life water park but yeah it's just so fun I mean this lot is so cool like come on you guys you have to admit how cool this lot is here is the little like diving boards over here I almost forgot the word diving boards and I love everything in here how we have the little um floaties coming out in here just looks really cool I love how these like chairs are all like lined and then there's lots of activities over here for your Sims families to do together in the kids and then inside is probably like some food I would assume and probably some showers so yeah over here are the showers and then this is like a little oh we have a spa in here that's super cool so there's a spa up here and this is the area where your Sims can come over here and eat and also there's like a little computer Lounge this is probably like where the owner would work I would assume for storytelling purposes and I think they try to use mostly base game items I can't tell you if everything is base game um because I don't think these diving boards are a base game I think those are with get to work but I don't think this lot Ed a lot of um packs so um I think this will probably be pretty friendly for most of you guys to use there's also a food stall so if your Sims want to grab a bite to eat or whatever they can do that so yeah this lot is so cool and I can't wait to take my Sims here and it feels just like super alive as well like I don't know about you guys but I love seeing all the Sims just coming here and hanging out it just really feels like a super active Park that you would have so much fun out with your Sims families this build here is the desert modern home and this is by velvet B if I say any usernames incorrectly I am sorry I try to do my best but I believe that's supposed to be velvet B um this build was sent to me on Twitter so definitely go give them a follow as well they're also a builder that you may have not heard of I think they're new so definitely like I said go send them some love if you do download they're Build Off The Gallery so this build here is definitely another one of those upscale builds that you would have your wealthy sents live in um I love this one this one is so pretty I love how clean cut it is and I just love all the little details of course it's just so gorgeous and yeah I just feel like this would go really well in Oasis Springs look at all the little butterflies you guys thank you butterflies you're not being paid right now but thank you for being there but yeah this one's so pretty you guys let's go ahead and take a look I do have to uh go into build mode again because nobody lives here once again but that's okay this one is super colorful inside as well I love the color scheme even though it is very much like you know the like beige and neutrals it still has nice color to it which I love I love the orangey feel too it definitely feels very deserty so here's the bathroom obviously and then over here is the living room area and then um this is the dining room kitchen and yeah it's just so cute I love this big long kitchen again definitely a wealthy Sim lives here and this is their little pool in the background and this is their little pool back here in the backyard just nice and simple I love this and this is the patio area I think this is more of like maybe a sunro um living room kind of deal going on up here and then this is a bedroom as well and then over here we have another bedroom so we have two bedrooms and looks like this one is kind of like their like little study area so we have two bedrooms um and a big bathroom as well upstairs so I don't see like any kids living here this is definitely a more like adult maybe Young Adult Family living here um or like however you guys want to portray it but for story purposes I definitely would not think a family would live here so yeah this is super cute I can definitely see like cute little it girl living here that kind of thing this build here is Al by another simmer that I have recently found and they also have really beautiful builds this is by the Sim lore 4 this is a little tiny desert home so let's go check it out this build here was absolutely way too gorgeous to not share on this list oh my gosh it is just so pretty with all the Landscaping the little car right here all like the window details it's so cute so let's go ahead and check it out again I do have to go into Bill mode so this is the back of the house there's a rustic more natural swimming pool which I prefer in real life anyways obviously it's a Sims again but back here is a really fun area I believe this was done with one of the kits that was free for a little while so we have a little Grill some lounge chairs a fireplace a bar out here I think this is like called desert Luxe I think that's the kit that they use the mailboxes keep going inside I don't know what's going on guys just don't mind that keep in mind too this is a tiny house so it will be a little bit smaller with the dimensions and then this is the beautiful kitchen area in the dining room I just love how lived in this feels as well as like clean and simple like it's not like super clutter but also has like nice little tiny details in it and then if we go upstairs here is the one bedroom um so this is super super cute you guys I love this so beautiful and this is the balcony so over here we have a little telescope for your Sims to have fun with and gain some skills and then upstairs is I guess where they can tan and relax this F is particularly unique to me it definitely feels like something you would see like in California or maybe Arizona it is a like outside coffee bar from what The Vibes I got from it um but I love that it's outside and again it's just something that's really unique you don't normally see in the game I've never seen any builders make anything like this before um but it's so cute I love this one so much and this one is a build that does use quite a bit of the packs not a lot but just some and in here is the little coffee bar area I love how colorful this is again I know I'm probably going to say that a lot with a lot of the builds but I do they're really pretty and colorful so um looks like we have um some magazines over here we have a um area you can grab some food um you can make this a restaurant if you wanted to I don't believe this is a restaurant lot um I could be wrong but I don't see a hostess stand just looks like a a cafe area but yeah this is so pretty I love how like upscale and just like how luxurious this looks this is a really beautiful build um highly suggest putting this one in your game but yeah like look how pretty this is with the string lights and the plants I bet their copies are probably like 20 bucks a piece well let's be real probably like $15 a piece random little fun fact I went to this like local hipster um coffee place and I bought a grilled cheese that was $10 you guys a $10 grilled cheese tell me what was that made of tell me just a plain grilled cheese with some spin in it and it was 10 bucks y'all it's crazy out here so yeah I think I'm just going to take my Sims and have fun um and take them to little bougie bars and I don't have to spend that in real life all right let's go ahead and move on to the next one the next up on the list is this super cute bowling alley there is more stuff to do here but this is by Kelly hars she's also another amazing Builder so if you guys have never seen her before definitely check her out she has a lot of incredible builds that I think you guys would absolutely love but let's go ahead and check out the inside so down here Below in the basement I'm going to go ahead and come down here so I don't forget but there is a little photo booth in here a big roller skating rink so this would be really fun for like the family for like a little date honestly all ages could come here and then there's a like little bar area I love the vibe down here with all the colors this is super fun and the little details of like the you know like maybe little maintenance room this is so cute you guys I love how like realistic this looks I love this I don't know if this is supposed to be like Decor um also I love the decor here with like the rocks and the bowling um pins I just think that looks really cool and then here's another little bar area too for your Sims to hang out but yeah all the details in here is so cute I love this and yeah I definitely will be taking my Sims here to come play I'm absolutely going to be using this um but yeah there's so many details in this bill there's also so many things for your Sims to do we have the bar we have pingpong um beer pong whatever you want to call it we have the arcade machine a little gaming machine too bowling um and then down here we have the roller rink and then another bar and the photo booth and obviously yeah so there's so much to do here I highly suggest checking out this bowling alley and putting in your game as well on the list is the modern Motel Apartments this one is also by Honey May Sims again she's just an amazing Builder so there might be a few Builders here and there that a few of them made it on the list more than once just cuz they're so good and yeah we need to check them out these apartments are so pretty I definitely think that maybe without the palm trees this would also fit really good in Evergreen Harbor obviously this is an oasis Springs video but I do think that it could fit well in maybe like another world or two but let's go ahead and check it out so again these are Apartments so you will have to use the different units um to actually use these I love this like little community area in here where we have the pool in the center the little chairs and the string lights this Bel is so pretty I can definitely tell that she took a lot of time to work on this and here is the like Lounge area where you would like check in as well as eat and back here is like the little kitchen area I love how everything is just set up and then back here is like a little dining area and then in here is a little yoga room where your sents can come hang out and do some yoga get their nails done if you want them to and then in here is a spa so hello for the spa this is such a pretty setup I love this so much and then back over here are obviously the like motel rooms which this should be like I don't even know like a motel I feel like this should be a hotel cuz it's so nice but like yeah look how pretty this is you guys like all the colors this is so pretty I love this and then back over here here is the assist Motel Apartments I mean if yall wanted to turn this into Apartments you could I mean most apartment complexes most of them not all of them have um like a community I can't even think of what they're called I used to work in property management and for some reason I'm blinking but um some of them have a clubhouse I think that's what they're called and would have like a community pool so I mean if you wanted to make this a generic lot you can and have your Sims live here if you want with the residential pack or you could just use this for the generic um you know option and use this as like a hotel that your Sims come and visit but yeah I just love the layout of this it's so beautiful and just yeah everything is so cute in here and all the furniture pieces are really like nicely like put together everything just feels like very modern I love the style especially the color scheme this pink and black looks so good together guys so cute next up on the list is this Diner bowling lot by this user here I will have all of the builds with the creators names that you guys can search on the gallery in the description box below so just an FYI I don't think I mentioned that before but they will be on my patreon I'll have the post Linked In the description you guys can grab it there this lot is so adorable you guys I love all the realism on it with um the like little sign out here we have some cars that are debug items the benches like little postal thing over here here this is such a cute little lot and let's go ahead and go inside so I can show you what it looks like looks like my sim is already bowling because she's having that much fun in here so again it's a diner so your SS can come out here on like a little date if they want to um and come hang out and then if you go downstairs there is going to be the bowling area which is so cute I love how it's downstairs and it kind of is like out of the way all these popups are going to drive me crazy see okay so my sim is demonstrating the bowling pack for us she's so cute over there and then we have a little like cards activity game we have the um beer pong again a little bar um your s can grab some drinks while they're here as well as play some games so yeah this lot is perfect for the whole family again a date night um something just really fun for all of your Sims ages to do which I love even your Elder Sims can come here and have some fun as we know Elder Sims are completely forgotten about so it's nice for them to have some activities to do too next up is the Oasis Springs Mall this one you guys are going to be like oh my God like you guys are going to flip out about this one just like I did this is base game only and it is so cool like I said this is base game but I highly suggest having this as a generic lot or maybe I don't know a cafe whatever you guys want to do or I don't know Cafe are part of the lot trait but yeah I would suggest this as having this as like just generic for your base game if you're going to put this and you have base game but other than that like if you don't it doesn't matter so this is supposed to be kind of like a food stall and remember this is base game like I mentioned this lot um but I love the creativity they did with this and like adding all of the counters the bar here ovens here where your sins can come here and like cook obviously you know you would kind of think it would be more for the bar people but yeah this is supposed to be a food stall as well and like look at the creativity with this they Ed like half walls here decorated it with the kitchen stuff it's just so good I I can't get over how good this is this slot does have a lot of items in here so just keep that in mind if it's a little heavy on your game just go ahead and delete some items if you need to but this is supposed to be like a shopping center over here supposed to be a um I believe they said a anime um store in here and then this is like the um main entrance in here which looks so cool and then this is like a little um food court area where your sents can grab some food this is going to be really nice for those of you that only have base game because there's so many things in this lot this might be a little overwhelming for some of you guys but if it's something that you're excited about you know or can use in your game feel free to do so but this is cool this is supposed to be an Apple store which I thought was really really neat next up is this absolutely gorgeous Mexican restaurant that I figured all of you guys would absolutely love and have to have in your game just like me when I found this I was like it's so beautiful and so colorful and just so Lively with all of the string lights and the plants it's just so pretty so let's go ahead and check this one out this fits absolutely perfect in Oasis Springs in my opinion so let's go ahead and check out the inside and I just absolutely love the warmth in here it's just so cute we have a little um host up front and then back over here is the like little restaurant area I love all the colors in here and then if we go back over here this is the kitchen area so again nice and pretty and colorful my sim is I guess deciding to help and then over here there's actually an outside bar area which looks super cool my favorite restaurants to go in OAS Springs to date so this is an oasis Springs lounge and again I love the style of it I adore all of the palm trees and all the plants and just how pretty it is this is such a gorgeous gorgeous lot let's go ahead and go inside and not waste any more time so when you first walk in there is a little Lounge area I can definitely see some people using this like in their LPS um for like little date nights that kind of thing here's Like the quote unquote like hostess stand over here and then over here is like the little bar area and then we have some darts that you can play over here and there's even a little pool too which I think is really cool and there's another like little B area as well back here but yeah I mean I could just tell like a lot of thought and details went into this build you can just tell that they really wanted to make this fun and for there to be like activities as well so then up here is like a little music area so your SS can come up here and hang out this is definitely like a luxurious like little date night area that you would go to and then here's like some music for your SS to like come eat up here and listen to some music I can see the storytelling already private area I guess here is a little hookah bar um you can do uh some other things in here if you want and if you have the basemental mod um you guys can do what you want though and then over here is a little dining area as well so your sents can come out here and eat but yeah I can definitely see um some of my friends that do LPS for sure using this lot so next up on the list is this Oasis Springs duplex home and this is by similo I think that's how you pronounce again it's going to be linked in my little patreon post but it is a home and this one here I liked because it was more of a like realistic home that's a little bit older that would be in Oasis Springs has more of like the Retro vibe that like the mid-century modern does with the main Oasis so let's go and check that one out so here's the house it's so cute you guys I love how this is set up right here I know that's funny but I think it's supposed to be you know how Vans and cars they have you know stuff on top of their car I feel like that's what was intended with debug items but again I love all like the little cute tiny details with this lot it's so pretty and yeah it just feels like a cute little realistic home that you would see in Oasis Springs and maybe even a new Crest too but here is the backyard again it's supposed to be two homes together like a duplex or a town home so it is two levels split um in half and or I should say two homes split in half not levels that's would be an apartment but here's the backyard lots of fun stuff to do I love The Vibes of them it's just very chill and just super fun out here and I love that there is like little activities too for your SS to do but let's go ahead and check out the inside so we can get a feel for it okay so they're split up in half like this so the staircases are where they are split but here is the front so these are pretty small town homes but I like it cuz it's like a nice little starter property you can decide to make these um a residential rental if you want or you can just put two homes two households in here if you want and then upstairs we have like an artist it looks like or someone that really loves music that kind of thing definitely um feels like a young adult I love The Vibes of this only one bedroom in here and then on this side we have a cat lover it looks like which looks super cute and then we have one bedroom downstairs I just love like the lived in feel in here and all the colors super fun and then there's a bathroom back here it looks like yep a bathroom and then if we go upstairs let's see what's going on up here it's like a kids bedroom and then this is like their like little office up here so yeah this one has a little bit more rooms I thought this was a really cute house next up next up on the list is going to be this base game house I can't wait to show you guys this one too it's very modern this house is so beautiful I love the color scheme with the black and the Grays in here it's definitely more of a cleancut like minimalist home this one is face game again so keep that in mind but yeah let's go ahead and check out the inside so you guys can see what it looks like so when you first walk in this is like the little living room area in here so super luxurious especially for base game and I love the modern feel in here with the counters definitely very sleek and here's the kitchen area so pretty you guys I love the lighting too Oasis Springs does not fail on the lighting it always has the prettiest lighting and then in here is a bedroom oh my God look at that lighting you guys that is so beautiful that is blinding almost but anyways here's a bedroom in here um and then also another bedroom it's not cluttered by any means nice clean cut and simple so your Sims can move around and yeah there's lots of activities on this lot too in this house so we have gym equipment over here we have um our makeshift like yoga area which is really cute we have some painting right here and then in the back of the yard we have a telescope we have a kids climbing thingy majigger and then over here we have a hot tub some plants but yeah this is super cute really well detailed for base game and I think they did such an excellent job on this I had to show you guys this one um it doesn't really feel like base game I mean it is base game obviously but it doesn't feel like it's super base game so anyways let me know if you guys like this one as well and if you're going to be putting it in your game this one is by softy The Sims this is a newer Builder that I recently discovered as well this is a gas station trailer park it's supposed to be inspired by um Johnny Zess so this one is really unique as well this gas station is so cute it definitely reminds me of a um little truck stop gas station like a nicer newer one and then back over here is where the um residential area would be so this is supposed to be us like home I guess and over here we have this like little area over here this is where you would go inside to get into the build so in here we have the bedroom area so it's supposed to be set up like an R&V but this is what the inside looks like so you have everything you need it's equipped with everything sleeping eating pooping inside over here is a like little Lounge area so I love that this is again supposed to be for Johnny zest but if you want to put any other s um feel free to do so but here is the comedy stand here the microphone some music all set up and then back over here is a little tent too if you want to use that um and then a little area where you can sell some items too you can also set this up as a residential rental so your sim isn't paying for this entire like lot and taxes for like the you know gas station and then over here is a little laundry Center over here and then a like little makeshift shopping area I love the details of this it's so so good I love love when simmers do this it just H makes me so happy cuz it's so cute and then in here is just little um area for like you know the worker whatever um but yeah this is such a cute little convenience shop I love this so much this one is a karaoke bar by Miss FAA it is so cute and I had to put this in here because we need more things for our Sims to do and The Sims can get boring we know this so it's really important to have lots that your s can actually do fun things that and are aesthetically pleasing this is one that is all of those things this is a karaoke bar in Oasis Springs it was built for Oasis Springs and let me just show you guys how cute it is how warm and beautiful it is I love the color scheme in here this is definitely like growing together chairs and stuff like that over here is the like little music karaoke area which is so cute you guys and then over here is the bar where your Sims can hang out and chill mingle meet new Sims to like wreck um relationships it's a great time and then upstairs let's check this out together up here is a little hookah bar area you can play some games as well over here also um there is the darts for your Sims to play so yeah just lots of things for your Sims to do which I always try to look for so you have three oh sorry you have four karaoke rooms to hang out and have fun I love it this is such a cute place it is so adorable here's another beautiful modern home to go and await of Springs I know you guys will absolutely love it's it's so cute it has a little pool out here I might be missing the front door for that pack but I believe the front door should go here and then here's the kitchen area and then this is the pretty living room area and then if we go upstairs there's enough room for a family here this is another bedroom as well could be for a parent whatever you want it to be or two sims living here together but yeah this is so pretty even the bathroom like look how pretty this is you guys so gorgeous just want to mention your Sims can swim in here if you want them to but anyways I hope you guys enjoyed this house let's move on to our very last one that I want to show you guys I actually did showcase this in a previous save file video that I did it's an 80s themed save file this is by Kev the Builder he's an amazing Builder and this is supposed to be an 80s theme Yacht Club so or sorry Country Club not Yacht Club however this definitely still applies to Oasis spring so even though it is supposed to be 80s theme it still works well like now for modern times but this build is so pretty you guys you have to put it in your game anyways
