plant-based non violent foods we want to help you live the experience and express your best self so how you think how you eat what you say or speak what you believe about yourself all these have a lot to do with how you express yourself in the universe what signals you send out what these signals other people pick up about you the energy around you the vibrations that you put out there these things are a little bit scientific mystical spiritual some people call it new-age this is a new age it will tie Jesus into the New Age and what this means this new age is not a devilish word it's not a devilish term Jesus even said I'll be with you to the end of the age it's a eon in greek not the end of the cosmos or the world there is no such thing the end of the ages they're different ages that come along this is an ageless timeless reality in consciousness their physical endings relationships people physically die there's all kinds of things that suggests that there's terminations or terms and terminations or determinations all that makes a lot of sense thanks to those of you who have TiVoed scandal I get a lot of you're telling me that we are competing with scandal I'm glad we can we can archive these programs and you can watch them a little bit later so I'm you're gonna watch Oprah and Lance and by the way hoaxes and people who have falsified things these are the kinds of things that people are going to revolt against and rebel against in 2013 I told you that last week that number suggests both new beginnings and revelation with revel ooh just a shift in consciousness shift in attitude people are rethinking things people re considering what they believe and why they believe it and how those beliefs add to or subtract from the quality of of their lives that's where we are Pearson comm and boy they're coming in the questions are coming in in fact tonight and one one week one night a week or one night a month I'm gonna devote to questions and in one sense every less than their lecture that I give is addressing some issue that with which I am dealing or somebody who writes or Texas or emails or Facebook's and I try to coordinate all that takes a lot of my time and I do a lot of time reading it spent a lot of time reading and meditating and thinking and praying and reconsidering what I believe and why I believe it and why I teach it and why I say it and I'm coming up on my 60th birthday my 60th year on the planet and Here I am rethinking everything sort of rebooting and rebranding myself because I just had this incredible awakening after all my years of preaching Pentecostal truths and the scriptures and pastoring and the bishop in the church and hustle and consecrating bishops and installing pastors and licensing ministers and I still do that but I'm trying to get people to expand their consciousness I like the community that we call faith and the exosphere Act meaning out of Plessis the called out ones even the kiriakos in greek the congregation the gather to the Assemblies that's okay I meet every Sunday here from 2:30 to 4:00 o'clock right here in the Chicagoland area we're changing the location down here closer to the South Loop because we want to have a more diverse and inclusive audience racially and ethnically and culturally and we were meeting way out south and we have a great time out there and will continue go back and forth but most of our meetings will be down here on in South Michigan and we'll tell you more about that as we get closer to it the first Sunday will be February 3rd we'll meet there on Super Bowl Sunday we're gonna have potluck and watch the game after the big screens in there and as well as have a service that morning so anyway I'm just experimenting I want to with regard to ask Carleton at Bishop Pearson comm here's one of the comments that came in this week and I'm gonna read a few and then answer some and see if I can get into this whole idea is it's Jesus good or Jesus God or is Jesus just an enlightened human being in con context to God or in connection with God or his God self think about that let me read one of the little comments I only see the YouTube version of your program where can I view this the live streaming donate and ask you a question well right here on Bishop Pearson com we sent back to that person right here on that on every Thursday night I'm right here from 8:30 to 9:30 Central Standard Time in America it would be wonderful if someone would respond to the comments and post you're receiving Tiffany said that I'm going to spend more time between the blogs and the comments and the post and the Facebook messages and the emails that come in I'm only one person so it's hard to do it all this thing is growing really rapidly and largely and people are becoming by word-of-mouth spreading it it's becoming very interesting but I mean what we're gonna start doing a Q&A once a month just like I'm doing tonight and Tiffany will try to respond more and I've got friends I spent some time here last night with the dr. Shawn McMillan who passes the church what we're gonna be sharing the building here soon he has two masters degrees and a PhD it's a young men and his SPRO courted their late 30s I think of 40s and he's gonna wedding they'll shoot a show with myself kind of lit the camera we're gonna have a conversation about all this he's very very brilliant and he's an intellectual he's a scholar but he's spiritual and he's mystical and I like it we're going to talk about some things that are going to be very intriguing to you and then we're gonna put it up on put it up on the site so you can see it it's gonna be very very interesting we're growing and expanding and expounding I have respect for this man somebody says this is the first time I've ever heard a religious man speak up tolerance of other religions this way and he's a great speaker thank you sir I say the world needs more like him I can appreciate an educated man of God speaking tolerance versus the average high school dropout with the Bible spewing hate any day today is my first time hearing him of him it's my way it's my day off so I was reading articles when I found his name glad I did this person just sort of stumble across us and and became interested in I'm so so very very happy I don't mean to sound unkind I know he didn't either but there's a lot of people blowing stuff out there that are not really said anything substantive and there's nothing new in their thinking even some so-called new thought people haven't really had a new thought in 40 years I believe in timeless ageless truths that keep evolving and revolving that to truth is a mystery the real truth itself is mysterious embrace the mystery and love the process and keep growing don't become so certified to verify keep growing keep expanding here's another comment from Carly another amazing and profound video sorry I took so long but I'm finally on the monthly donation Thank You Carly thanks so much Bishop she says Thank You Carly for the monthly donation the the occur you can actually push the button and you have an occurring $10 or $20 or $50 $100 gift that comes in that helps us with what we do and expand it by the way I told you we're planning a trip to the Holy Land who is in 2014 we will visit sacred spots of Jews Muslims and Christians and we'll go up to Haifa to them to the world headquarters of the Baha'i faith which is a very inclusive type religion and we're gonna have dialogues and panels every now you want to just mark that in you'll be in the spring probably March or April of 2014 or probably costs anywhere from sixteen hundred to two thousand dollars for you to go into that'll include hotel and food and a lot of things so just kind of mark that in your brain and start planning and telling your friends about it hope I can get somebody like in India Irie or somebody to join us wouldn't that be great she loves by the way what we teach she told me that herself or emailed it to me she's been following this concept of my journey since 2006 when she heard the NPR program pulled a carve to the side of the road and listened to the entire program she emailed me that herself there's a lot of exciting things that are happening out there and we want to be a part of people are asking for the interview with Bishop bloomer we're sending that to the men in in in London who handles our site and James it's going in the mail tomorrow and he's gonna be able to put it up and some other things some a lot of videos a lot of interviews we're gonna put all these things on the site so you can just spend as much time on there as you want and listen to these archived messages and lectures and then finally this question which leads me into tonight's theme its Jesus good God or simply an enlightened man in touch with his God so was Jesus just an enlightened soul and I don't want to say just because that sort of diminishes it demeans Jesus is my friend and I follow Jesus I love Jesus I love what I know about Jesus what I experience of Christ consciousness here's a question that came recently carlton is jesus in any of this that you are speaking of in this clip I don't know what particular clip they were watching but I unadvertised asked this question I'm not this person say I'm not trying to fight or find just trying to stretch my understanding Thank You Melvin its Jesus in any of this that you are speaking this is an excellent question that leads me into the question I'm going to directly to this comes from somebody named Scott I don't give last names because I don't have permission to do that I hope this letter finds you at a good place of thought and a peaceful moment a good piece of thought and a peaceful moment can you can you have both a good place of thought any peaceful moment when your thoughts are expanding when your thoughts are shifting can you have peace as you evolve because we all are can I have peace of mind in my soul in myself and still think these sort of abstract thoughts and questions they're only abstract and queries because I'm I'm in unfamiliar territory not unfamiliar to my spirit because my spirit connects instantly with these songs but I'm we have to at least 2,000 years of entrenched indoctrination and dogma and religiosity and with many people there are millions that are shifting and shaking think this doesn't make sense to me anymore I don't like it I don't feel it it's not resonating or resounding in my spirit there's something that's rejecting it again 2013 a year of revelation and revolution shifting whether that's Lance Armstrong becoming exposed many people use synthetic performance enhancement mindsets in their religious pursuits religion itself is used I think it's toxic and full of steroids and false falsifications and misunderstandings and misinterpretation that I don't want to sound unkind again but I want to address something and I'm only fruit free to address it because I really believe there's a global shift in religious sensibilities people are rethinking and we want to be a point of identification for many of you who are rethinking things here's the rest of that question I like you says Scott was raised in the Pentecostal movement however I'm reaching points you passed years ago well not that many years ago sir the new thought chapter of my life has taken place over a span of 10 years it's really been about that long that I've actually been speaking out on it but he says I've reached some points that have become very difficult for me and I'm reading this because I think many of you relate to it I would sincerely appreciate your guidance I'm gonna offer the best that I can tonight I've come to a point that I don't know where Jesus fits in the picture anymore and I get a lot of these questions that's why I'm addressing it tonight it seems with every new twist and turn I reach Jesus comes into play as an avatar and fits into roles such as Buddha Krishna Muhammad Confucius etc an avatar is a is a lack of guru dispeller of darkness a in link a mediator somebody that teaches and illumines and brings in truths I'm questioning the divinity of Jesus and this has been the biggest hurdle for me now remember this young man Scott is from a classical Pentecostal back on a semi fundamentalist Christian Protestant Pentecostal where does Jesus fit in all of this because weird taught us fundamentalist not only to follow Jesus but literally to worship Jesus in fact more people worship Jesus than follow him I think we worship the messenger and forget the message many of not paying attention to the message of Jesus they just sort of dogmatically traditionally historically habitually worship Him as God as if he is a better God than God or better at being God than God now I'm gonna say some pretty touchy things tonight because Jesus has become an idol even to me Paul once said I know no man after the flesh as I once knew Christ but only now after the spirit many people only know Jesus as the mythical fleshly person they don't know Jesus by spirit or in the spirit or a spirit and so they fight for the idol the icon in Greek the idol not the the the the real mystical person and I'll refer to that in my response to him more I'm questioning the divinity of Jesus now this is a Pentecostal guide and this has been the biggest hurdle for me I feel as though I'm betraying him and I need guidance since I came out of a closet a hundred years ago it's my relationship with Jesus has become one of using him for example more than divine connection I've been using him as an example more than divine connection it doesn't have to but this gentleman is is experiencing now when he says come out of the closet I don't know whether that's a reference to being gay or whether that's a reference in conscience that I came out of the closet and said I believe differently than others because it could mean two different things either way you're out brother and we're all out now we're saying okay I've been in the closet of religiosity I've been believing things that I don't know to be true and I'm not accepting some of it anymore and I want to know who Jesus really is what does that mean I heard Minister Farrakhan say to me personally when I asked him what he thought about Jesus he said many of the people teaching about Jesus don't know him you can't really teach Jesus unless you know Jesus so that's little sparrow cons Hank to me the head of the Nation of Islam and he says that many of you who many of you Christians who are preaching Jesus don't know Jesus that that was almost offensive and then he just brilliantly exhorted and expounded on his understanding of Jesus was which was one of the most profound I'd ever heard some people who are not necessarily Christians follow Jesus or follow the Christ principle the Christ person the Christ principle or purpose I should say in ways that Christians have taken for granted and no longer follow so he says please help me with this with love as always thanks this gentleman wants to know so I say thanks Scott I hear your heart hurt in parentheses and hope I also recognize the fear of possibly abandoning Jesus when you enter new thought or expanded consciousness what does Jesus fit Christ consciousness and I'm sort of indulging this now and adding to Christ consciousness with Jesus for us that is us fundamentalist recovering evangelicals or fundamentalist is not something that need to be abandoned moving to maturity as we are honest in Hebrew 13 does not mean that we were abandoning Jesus let me read from Hebrews six one two three I said he was 38 I'm a Hebrew six one two three therefore let us move beyond the elementary teachings about Christ and be taken forward to maturity not laying again the foundation of repentance from accidentally to death and a faith in God instruction about cleansing ZAR right cleansing rights or baptisms the laying on of hands the resurrection of the Dead and eternal judgment and dark forbidding we will do so he is saying the writer he was saying let us move beyond Christian fundamentalism the elementary teachings about Christ and go on the King James says to perfection meaning maturity of spiritual adulthood many Christians don't move into spiritual adulthood they're locked in childish things and childish ways and childish thinking even preachers and pastors and bishops don't go beyond the elementary teachings and the writer of Hebrews suggest that we do exactly that go beyond the elementary teachings moving on to maturity as we are admonished in Hebrews 6 is not an affront to Jesus it's simply an encouragement to grow in more grow in more than past Jesus to just grow in consciousness it is less important to have faith in Jesus as it is to have the faith of Jesus to see Jesus as Jesus saudade he encouraged his disciples Jesus is to follow not worship him Jesus never suggested that anyone should worship him and I'll go to the scripture referring to that in a minute Christianity worships the messenger and all but ignores the message religion is the hem of the garment were the woman that touched the hem of His garment htm' that's what religion is the hem of His garment or sometimes they h ym in the hymn the song about the garment not the h i am to him in the garment the three hymns the hem of the garment the him about the garment and the h IM h''im that's actually wearing the garment many people never pass touching to him because they want to be healed but not necessarily transformed you want to be inspired and informed but not transform there's not enough transformation there's a lot of information and when we go to church on Sundays we get a lot of inspiration but I have not seen in all my years of being a Pentecostal follower of Jesus I've not seen the kind of transformation that translates into the wider community and relates faith to culture in a way that is transformational that changes the culture we have a church on every corner of all the different religions and sometimes we have several churches on the same block that teach various brands of Christianity but very identical brands of Christianity reading the same Bible and doing a similar trend Tim Tate of the interpretation of it and there may be I noticed that a lot in Chicago you'll find a church and then a liquor store another Church a liquor store and everybody's drunk one on religion and in toxicity and the other on real spirits why why would a kid interesting so religion is the hem of the garment or sometimes to him hy m in about the garment but rarely to him in the guard the hymn h-i-m is less of a person than a principal which is a fundamental truth of a proposition that serves as the foundation for a system of belief or behavior or perhaps for a particular chain of logic or reasoning paul is recorded have said I know no man after the flesh the mythical you the folklore about you as I once knew Christ Paul said I used to just have this fleshly I saw Jesus as a human Messiah but not as a spiritual avatar as somebody that connected me to Jesus and I asked the question there was a lot of conversation do we need Jesus to protect us from God and I say no Jesus didn't come to does from God or God's wrath but to reconnect us to God in consciousness and protect us from ourselves our misalignments of truth our disharmony of spirit and mind and body Jesus came to remind us of our God cells of how we can evolve in consciousness and being connected with the divine self the god person that we are it's very powerful so from now on we regard no one after the flesh though we once regarded Christ this way Paul said I've had a shift in the way I think about Jesus or the Christ Jesus himself record have said I must go in order for the comforter to come I must go so the Paraclete the nurturer the Holy Spirit the more feminine aspect of God to come jesus said that over 2,000 years ago but christianity refuses to let him go so therefore the comfort or nurturing of a Holy Spirit that we kept that we could have and and and will someday have once release once we release Jesus the real comfort of what we call religion isn't there people are saying this isn't doing it for me I'm not comforted I'm not nurtured I sing the hymns I go to the liturgy I go to the polity I lift my hands I do the things I've always done and for some reason it's it's not say she it's not satisfactory it is not ministering to me I'm not nurtured I'm still angry I'm still hurt I'm still confused I'm still disenchanted my life isn't any better I went to church I got a brief injection and maybe I numb some of my senses for a little bit and but I'm back in the real world and I'm hurting again the anesthesia has worn off religion is not religion is just an anaesthetic it may dead in a little bit of the pain but it's not healing it's not real deliverance it's not real transformation and that's what I'm talking about Jesus also said that he would be with his disciples to the end of the age something we have we have astrologically come to the end of an age he never said end of the cosmos or end of the world as the King James Version mistranslate the Greek translates the Greek as it was also spoken in Aramaic the end of the a Eon the eons there eons of time or ages in time it's almost infinity because we don't know where time began and we don't know where time will ever end or if it does so we're just here in this time continuum that's called Earth experience or humanity life so just like we release parents or grandparents or siblings and other dear to us to transition or to death while continuing to cherish their memory then we can and must release Jesus who according to most interpretations of Scripture has finished his work as he himself announced on the cross it is finished let me go but we held on to him and actually built an entire religion of two billion people around him I don't think Jesus ever intended us to do that study his life study his words his favorite title for himself was not Son of God though I believe he was a son of God is a son of God as I as am I in you or son or daughter of divinity and he said year had is it not written in your law he said to the Jews or the Pharisees actually ye are gods with a small G divinities we are all divinities and when we get in touch with our God self weights up falling following institutional religions it's all right to have connectedness they have coveted with other people it's all right to gather on the Sabbath or on a Sunday or on a Wednesday night or to gather like we are here on Thursday night that all that's fine that's covenant connectedness and we need that as human beings because we are social beings as well as spiritual central and sexual beings we need each other we're attracted to each other we love the connection we like to meet physically in places and spaces on the planet and we'll always do that I love Jesus with all of my heart and continue to follow him in spirit and essence but I know the worship or feel the need to worship Him I no longer feel the need for him to protect me from God but to reconnect me to God in consciousness his primary function which was the same function of other Godman or avatars this is still what I'm saying to this gentleman Scott is in his letter like Krishna or Buddha or Pythagoras from Zeus to Jesus or Jesus God has always had a witness in the earth and humans have always found named or claimed some person usually a man but in some cases in the oldest cultures a female as a manifestation of divinity or perceived released soul and bodily form on earth somebody that's singing to embody God some incarnate divine teacher or guru that word means dispeller of darkness it's what avatars are whether that's the Pope or the priests or the Putin other or the the preacher now there's all these Eastern religious leaders mystics shaman that are coming forth and they're prophetic some are pathetic but many are prophetic and divinely inspired and we listen to them whether that somebody's listens to Deepak Chopra or Wayne Dyer or some people think Tony Robbins is that or Oprah Winfrey or Joel Osteen or or TD jakes the people you see on her her lessons in life or whatever they call it whoever you leader is Buddha was not a Buddhist Hindu Muhammad was not Muslim in the religious sense he was influenced greatly by Christianity some aspects of Judaism Jesus wasn't a Christian he was a Jew but the followers of these avatars are these gurus of these great men and women of God dogma ties their teachings and create religions around them and those religions then crippled and sometimes hold people in hostage for centuries or millennia even as Christianity has for the last two millennia 2,000 years so Jesus favorite Allah for himself the son of man not sought God who do people say the son of man is he asked his disciples then he said directly to them who do people say I am there's a difference in what people say about the Son of Man knowing Jesus after the flesh Paul said I no longer view him after the flesh I once saw this I see no man after the flesh or in this carnal place but after spirit as I once saw Christ in the flesh who do people say the Son of Man is and they all said you're John Baptist's or Isaiah or Jeremiah or is he got one of the prophets somebody who used to be here in his day and you remind us of the reincarnation of that person evidently they believed in reincarnation and that human beings fleshly people re in country in flesh and come back you know that's a whole nother discussion it's interesting makes a little bit more sense than eternal damnation in hell I know that but for the last two thousand years Jesus has been the Guru for at least two billion people though were all over he's been the avatar he's been the God person to which many of us has looked for an example of how to discover our God self itself and of course Christians believe he's the savior of the world in the scripture does say that but only Christians and and very few Jews see Jesus as the savior of the world but Christians do and some don't seem as the savior of the world they just see him as they Savior for the world if you happen to stumble across it or find him if you're in Tibet or in some parts of the China or the Far East and you'll never see a Christian evangelist or hear a radio program of course through the internet you can see that stuff more today then you could just ten years ago maybe you might stumble across the quote-unquote gospel and get saved and go to heaven I know over long runs espoused that and I haven't for many years now I'm just saying that's part of the Christian mentality the lingo that's the mint out mentality about being saved and we'll get more into that we might have to even use part of next week so as we go on beyond the elementary teachings of Christ or Christian fundamentalism we grow and expanding consciousness not necessarily forgetting Jesus but recognizing the Christ principle presence and purpose the elevated purpose more than the religion that bears his titles and his functions ever would even want us to the religion does not want you to go beyond it just become business big business institutional business institutional religion organized religion is a multi-billion dollar enterprise I'll call it Christianity incorporated and I don't want to offend any Christians I don't mean to because five that's where you look okay but don't be limited by boom don't be defined by or confined to that mentality break free I still follow Jesus and love Jesus and you know what even though I don't believe in a God that requires blood sacrifices that's quote/unquote Pig and I have to be careful how you use that term it's mythological I don't believe that God would require blood sorry I still like because I'm used to the songs about the blood or the blood of Jesus oh the blood of Jesus oh the blood of Jesus it washes whiter snow I know it was the blood I grew up on those songs it reaches to the highest mountain flows to the lowest Rock aren't your crotch a song the blood I'm not offended by them anymore I just and I can sing them maybe you were tis you may think I'm really crazy but those old hymns hym in to me because they they helped inform my transcendent appreciation and brought me to where I am today so you don't have to throw the baby out with the bathwater I just now don't believe in certain aspects of Christendom lism but I have very Samaras some very precious and sacred memories about the way that fact that I lived out that expression and that experience and I don't apologize for it I'm just not stuck there Immanuel Kant said this and this is pretty brilliant when you're in possession of a belief that cannot be proven you must be responsible for it dr. McKellen said that Macmillan said that to me last night here eating and talking when he quoted a man you come when you're in possession of a belief that cannot be proven and much of Christianity cannot be proven you must be responsible for it and in some ways responsible to it if you possess the belief now there's a difference of what you know and what you believe we believe a lot and no and I mean recall inwardly very little you've heard me say that if you watched any of my lectures we know too much or believe too much I should say and know too little we need to sometimes put our beliefs aside or gained or not recall the knowledge that may transcend in many ways transform your beliefs what is the last time you've had your beliefs and transformed transmute it mutate to become something else I have gone through a metamorphosis spiritually attitudinally psychologically I have had a transmutation if you will of beliefs and I'm not apologizing for it I'm thankful because I feel more relevant and I feel more relative to the planet I can help more people I can see people expend now let me go to the passage now we have about 25 more minutes the young rich man well they we always call the young rich ruler this is important I said are we is Jesus good or God or just an enlightened man the young rich ruler and this is Malthus these are in the three synoptic Gospels Matthew Mook Matthew Mark and Luke it's not in John this particular parable as Jesus started on his way this is Mark chapter 10 verse 17 Jesus started on his way a man ran up to him and fell on his knees before him have you ever done that and and worshiped him have you considered yourself worshiping Jesus you fell down on your face before as Jesus started on his way a man ran up to him and fell on his knees before him hmm should we be worshipping Jesus at all we'll get back to that anyway he said this the man did to Jesus good teacher rabbi good master he asked what must I do to inherit eternal life good master good teacher rabbi rabbi good teacher what must I do how can I live forever how can I avoid death dementia decay or decadence what must I do to inherit eternal life Jesus responds according to the narrative and there eighteen verses why do you call me good you would think he'd first say well accept me as your Lord your personal Lord and Savior confess that I'm gonna be raised from the dead then then you'll have eternal life that's not the first response Jesus gave to that question what must I do to inherit eternal life he said why do you call me good there was none good except God and God alone at that moment Jesus distanced himself from being God with a capital G Yahweh Jehovah the self-existent reality he distanced himself from the concept of being God and mind you nobody at that time of the first century who approached Jesus considered him to be God but a representative of God messianic kkeok the sent one but the jews and you must understand when you read the Bible both old and new Testament the Bible is written by Jews to Jews about a Jewish understanding of divinity or God that's not a denunciation but when you read it read it with that in that context now we all embrace it certain aspects of it different people then excuse me relate to certain aspects it in different ways it's not all the quote unquote Word of God there's some many comets and there if you just read it that you know certainly we're not a god breathe sentiment there just somebody's interpretation the way they perceive God I don't call it the inspired Word of God I call it the inspired Word of man about God some of which is now expired or is irrelevant all right the fiery darts are coming I know just think about what I'm saying because I'm trying to shift you out of the bondage or hostage of religion religious tyranny and make you free in your thinking good teacher he asked what must I do to inherit eternal life why do you call me good jesus answered it's almost as if it's as if he was offended I don't really think he was but he was trying to draw something to this attention he knew that people were starting to defy him and to worship Him because of his teachings and more are because of his miracles that they believed him to be performing great teachers and preachers and leaders tend to be deified or correct they become icons or kana classrooms iconoclasm we literally make eye idols of gods idols of our pastors and of Jesus he didn't want to be your idol he didn't want to protect you from God but to reconnect you to God in conscience he wanted to make you think about your God self and elevate your self awareness and actualize and realize who you are and who you're not that's the way I proceed Jesus good the word he used there if you look in Greek very similar to the one in Hebrew a divorce it describes that which is being good in its character or Constitution it's beneficial in its effect don't call me good don't ascribe to me that title though certainly Jesus knew he was good but this person was saying good master as if he was saying God master and Jesus was shied away from that that's in the scripture those of you who who take any of it seriously or even figuratively God is considered by Jesus as essentially absolutely and consummately good but he didn't see himself that way now remember Jesus is enlightened he is an involved person 2,000 years ago we would think the evolution could be a little bit more intense in 2,000 years that our evolution could even be greater than that of people who were than the Buddha's and the Christians and the Christ of the past similar but Marx for he even said greater works greater experiences greater expressions greater revelations than I have or do shall ye do greater miracles self-expansion self-expression and one sense self-imposing or explosion of knowledge of awareness of intelligence a scholarship of glory I like that I can deal with it and I can still feel the the Trent senses of my good old fashioned Pentecostal roots when I do that ms or Shalom Jesus Yeshua Joshua in Hebrew Yeshua in greek yahushua it means jump it means Jesus are you sure jumpsuit means whose help or salvation safety or safety Jehovah is whose help Jehovah is similar to sa us or Shia Hosanna Yeshua Joshua useless hey-zeus Jesus Jehovah is salvation or salvation or Savior a protector defender all that Matthew 1:21 says she meaning Mary the virtue of your mother would give birth to a son and you are to give him the name Jesus because he will save his people from their offenses the word is Hamet in greek Hammar tha ma r TI offenses not ham are tunnel which means to miss the mark that word is actually more prominently used for sin in the Greek New Testament then hammer till when John has said John babbles behold the lamb of God who taketh away the sin not sins plural the sin that offense of the world whatever that is he's not just talking about little little moral codes and lists and rules and Commandments behold the lamb of God who takes away any offence any cosmetic of it when it says defense of the world he's saying the offence of the cosmos the cosmetic or cosmic offense to itself how the Cosmo house the cosmos offends itself because an of erroneous thinking or error thinking misplaced displaced truth that's sort of a metaphysical way to look at that the Bible both old and new again is a Jewish book so realize that this whole messy any consciousness as we Christians and that's what Christ means Messiah shiok anointed one or sent one that whole concept comes out of our Jewish backgrounds now John 1:29 Jesus the Lamb of God the next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said look the Lamb of God who takes away the hamartia of the world okay that is a Jewish way of believing in atonement but it really is an English at one men reconnecting man to God or to man's God self or God reality or God experience a god expression or God experimentation if you will Jesus reminded us of our divine cells that was part of his mission and his message but we just have a superficial understanding we know the history of Christ but not the mystery of Christ now watch this first Timothy 4:10 for this reason we labor and strive that we have put our hope in the Living God who is the savior of all men and especially of those who believe as a saviour not just for but of all men and especially of those who believe I'm talking from Christian lingo now okay this is Scripture and Christian and all that stuff there's another part of me that thinks as well this Christian deal is all men are saved all humans are but there's a special relationship especially with those who believe of course most Christians that I have encountered don't really believe that the world is saved they think everybody's going to hell and I'm jumping back and forth out of my Christian lingo and my Christian fundamentalist mentality and the Bible literal interpretation then back over to this expanded consciousness which doesn't deify Jesus any more than a deifies any other person who's made in the image and likeness of divinity or creation or gone I know this is expanding okay it's not stuck into a rut or tradition it is expanding and evolving and sometimes revolving nothing new Under the Sun just fresh awareness of this this is the Renaissance that we're going through if you're saved what do you say from God the wrath of God the devil say from your sins say from hell etc or perhaps you're just saved from your misguided selves are our misplaced and displaced souls where do we get this hell thing from and why are we so devoted to it the vulgarity and the obscene or obscenities of eternal damnation yes I want to attack that thought and because I think it's misplace I think it's a terrible error Oh Gnaeus thought that God the the virtuous benevolent reality that some people call God what create this horrible place if you're going if you're saved from your sins and saved from God by God now that's very telling it's just imagination we're saved from God by God because God can't control its wrath without killing somebody from his own son to all the other people that have died as martyrs for the sake of Christ he is our example so somebody's got to crucify us he did say take up your cross which is a crux there's a lot of other different there's different expressions of the cross or definitions or interpretations of the cross but this this this hand me down and out and I might mind you other God persons are a vataj from myths robbed Horus to Dionysius and Greek mythology there's a lot of other so-called messiahs who were born of virgin mary's and some of them were crucified or executed and then they were supposed to risen from the dead there were teachers and healers and they had 12 disciples Christianity seems to have borrowed a lot of that I know that's carroty here but you wouldn't know it unless you study let me get back to the text Jesus then says to this man after he corrected about calling him God please ask how can I obtain eternal life Jesus did not say accept me as your Lord and Savior he's talking to a Jew from Jewish mentalities Jesus says you know the commandments do not murder do not commit adultery do not steal do not give false testimony do not defraud honor your father and mother he's talking about the 10 commandments teacher the same man says a young rich ruler he decode all these I have kept since I was a boy I'm a good Jew I keep the commandments but I don't feel like I have eternal life I'm a rule man I'm into the doctrine I'm into the dog by amending the rules the rituals he says that to Jesus I think Jesus was playing with his mind fell over here then Jesus looked at him and loved him because he realized this young man meant well and hoped well but was struggling the young rich ruler what can i how can I live forever and have all this and not rich rulers want to live forever because your ruler and you're rich how can I keep all my money forever how can I live my royal life forever how can I be flush and flush with money and and in luxury and royalty I don't want to die my life is too good I don't want to die so how can I live forever jesus said well first of all I'm not good nobody's good but God so you're into stuff you're not really into God you're into the hem of His garment and to him about the garment but you're not into him the real Christ presents the real Christ principle the real Christ person so don't call me good only God is good well so let's just keep the commandments he's playing with him hime keep all the commandments man I go to church every Sunday I don't smoke I don't drink not on 1st on a loss I don't cuss I'm a good man I'm a deacon I'm an elder um I'm a prince I'm a king I got my stuff together I'm blessed and highly favored hmm Jesus says watch this one thing you lack he said go sell everything you have and give to the poor and you will have treasure in heaven what at this the man's Fell's face fell he went away sad because he had great wealth this whole encounter was about this man wanting to keep his wealth forever not his worth he didn't know that he knew the price of everything and the value of nothing he wanted as well I got all this stuff how can I obtain eternal life because I don't want to lose any of this I don't want to die I want to stay wealthy well keep the commandment not the religious stuff down but what's gonna guarantee that I stay wealthy all my life sell what you have he told himself all that you have to Zacchaeus the tax collector he said sell half of what you have and give to the poor Zacchaeus oh no I'll give it all the way so notice how the different scenarios are if you know anything about these texts it's the man's attachment to his wealth not to his worth spiritually you could be the most religious person and enjoy prosperity and still not be connected with your soul have you gone to village and certainly you gone to village and certainly is you gone to village I'm certainly certain that certainly certainly law a lot of people have good religion and they're blessed and highly favored they got money but they don't have themselves they got position their bishops and potentates and Pope's and priests and events and apostles and everybody's got a title Reverend but there's no transformation this guy was not transformed jesus said if you want to experience heaven detach yourself from the definition and the definitive connection you have to your wealth material wealth and we all like it but when you are taxed and defined by it then you're confined to it you have no self wealth worth outside of the wealth he's saying transcend all of that and get into who you really are inwardly not religiously but relationally some people have more relationship with the song him hym in and the hem of the garment the religion and the wealth but not really contact with the divinity that's that's this is so important we're not safe from God by God Jesus didn't come to save us from God but for God and from ourselves we preach the gospel about Christ rather than the gospel Christ we should not be preaching a religion about Jesus but the religion of Jesus which was not Judaism or Christianity but love of God and of each other love the Lord your God with all your heart soul and you love your neighbor as yourself that was the religion of Jesus we must move beyond having faith in Jesus to having the faith of Jesus there was Mithra the rest read divinity of covenant an oath born December 25th to a virgin thousands of years before Jesus hundreds of these horas thousands of years before Jesus son of God of Egypt was born December 25th supposedly history says to a virgin Dionysius was the Greek god of the grape harvest winemaking and NY born of a virgin December 25th killed and resurrected after three days at this ancient Fraggle Roman God born of a virgin December 25th supposedly crucified a resurrected after three days all these mythological deities or God men sons of God predate Jesus and Christianity by thousands of years it almost appears we borrowed emulations from ancient mythological religions to create our own God man and I'm not saying that's all bad but I think we have gotten locked into a devotion that is misdirected your devotion should be to God in you and as you loving of the self love your neighbor nearby as you love yourself Buddha simply means awaken one or enlightened one the legend has it that on the night his that he was conceived his name was Siddhartha his mother was a queen she dreamed that that a white elephant with six white tusks entered her right side and ten months later Siddhartha or Buddha was born not to male and females sexual intercourse but that a white elephant with six white house remember Buddha was a Hindu Siddhartha was Buddha just means and Jesus was a Buddha he was enlightened one or an awakened one so was Horace and mithra and Krishna and Yeshua Buddha Krishna you know all these odds Mithra these were enlightened ones and the people gathered around them and apparently according to the history written and documentation about them they did miracles they were mystics and teachers and they were powerful and they were spiritual and they had disciples or pupils students twelve all of them according to the Bhagavata Purana krishna was born without sexual union but by divine mental transmission from the minor of us I think as Vasudeva into the womb of Devaki which is his mother so when it comes to religion most are set in their ways and do not like to discuss the opinions theories and ideas of other faiths it's it's it's just not politically correct to do what I'm doing some businesses even have strict policies regarding the discussion of religion and the workplace so we're touching this a very delicate sensitive areas and it's it's important and powerful that we're doing this because it's it's gonna make a huge difference a very very very very special difference and the way we think and the way we act and the way we believe and the way we receive and the way we express ourselves I've got a stop I didn't want to but there's a lot we can say about this and I'm gonna say more something's tapping something students something's touching have a major rethink you can be like Jesus was an unlikely person in touch with your God 7 open up your mind in your spirit open up your attitude rethink some things you don't need to worship Jesus anymore you need to worship your soul but if you do worship Jesus worship yourself your God self embrace who you are well my son loves himself my son is loving me but not some respects himself he's loving his father love you ask your questions Jesus said I'll be with you to the end of the age can you let him go he said I'm already replaced by the comforter the Holy Spirit what if there's a new invasion of the Holy Spirit or the presence of divinity on the earth in a more nurturing and pronounced rather than denounced way just think about it let me hear from you tonight please go to the donate button and donate 10 2000 we trees in the garden indivisible ISM Christianity Judaism Islam surest reasons there's a new truth in our mostly how many clusion is I wrap my arms about everything and everybody and I have conversations with make it smooth with agnostics gay people straight people by sexual trisexual then trying to have sex again can I love everybody and I enjoy the fellowship and the Covenant and the connection what about being unequally yoked with an unbeliever I'm not yoked up with people who don't believe that everybody has a place as intrinsically God and intrinsically good the way that Jesus
