15 objects I wish we had in the sims 4 // Sims 4 gameplay objects

oh hi thanks for watching my video i've been feeling pretty nostalgic lately when it comes to the sims i think it's probably because of the retro sunday series which if you haven't seen yet you should check it out we've been playing through the sims one get a life and the sims one busting out we have a great time but playing through older games has made me notice certain objects in the sims games that never quite made it to the sims 4. so i thought for today's video we should go over 15 objects that were featured in the sims 1 2 or 3 but not in the sims 4. i would love to know if you remember these objects so make sure you let me know in the comments and if you can think of any gameplay objects that i may have missed so let's look back at the objects in the sims games before the sims 4 i wish we could have them in the latest installment the dance sphere the ultimate experience for party-loving sims who hit the club on a friday night watching sims interact with this object is simply mesmerizing and if i remember correctly the failure and success rate of sims staying in the sphere is based on their fitness skill level disappointingly though despite the constant spinning sims don't get dizzy or throw up even if they've had a few beers beforehand the heart hot tub who in the hell does not want to see this baby return the hot tub has become a staple in the sims and for good reason if you played the earlier sims games this was one of your favorite objects too admit it i have no idea why this object was left behind in the dust maybe it was just too sexy but i would love to see it return in the sims 4. speaking of a heart-shaped thing that takes me to the next object on the list the vibromatic love bed another scandalous object that was sure to bring some serious passion to your sims love lives not only could it be used for things that all beds can be used for but it also vibrates while your sims are using it and if your sims get carried away in the romance and end up making more than just a mess this next object is quite handy the generations push chair perhaps one of the more wholesome and cuter objects on this list and so handy too the sims 3 push chair does pretty much what you would expect from a push chair sims can put babies and toddlers in it and stroll around making it possible to take them out of the house and for a nice walk imagine being able to take babies out of the house man those were the days the toy making station not exactly the most iconic object on this list but this one is definitely a personal favorite of mine this object was a workbench for sims to craft and make toys for their little ones or to sell in their own toy store the more you practice the more talent badges you earn which allows your sim to build more complicated toys you start off by making a sir bricks a lot which is just a brick with a face on it no safety concerns there then you progress your way to more complicated toys like the water wiggler next up the sims 3's imaginary friend seeing as we were already talking about kid i may as well bring up one of the more popular objects from the previous games the imaginary friend courtesy of the sims 3 generations pack gifted to infant sims by a distant aunt the imaginary friend starts off as a stuffed toy if you place it inside the little one's crib give it a name and interact with it enough it will come to life when the owner is a child giving your child sim the opportunity to have tea parties with it play with it and even bring it to life completely next up the telescope this is an object that i truly never thought we'd say goodbye to it featured in every sims game up until the sims 4. so imagine my surprise when i saw it wasn't there aside from it being the perfect object to build up the logic skill it was also a sure-fire way to get abducted by aliens in my opinion no backyard is complete without it and even though you can still get abducted by aliens in the sims 4 it's just not the same when you have to send your sims up a huge observatory seriously why do all the objects have to be so big in this game the sims 4 has no chill the photo booth this object is so underrated and i love it the photo booth was a fun addition to the sims 3 courtesy of university i always kind of associated it with teens and students probably because of the type of pictures they could do silly poses and hang them up on the wall just cute guys just cute drum kits several instruments have made their way to the sims 4 but sadly not the drum kit drum kits could be used in the sims 2 for fun and skill building and it was expanded on in the sims 3 late night because in that game sims were able to form a band and perform on stage perhaps drums didn't make it to the sims 4 because they'd have to add a band element to it and they could get away with not doing that for just the microphone or just the guitar but that's not confirmed or anything that's just my guess the kids costume chest first introduced in the sims house party and brought back for the sims 3 generations the sims 3 version was just for kids and offered a range of different costumes for children to change into to engage in imaginative play using the costume chest would rapidly fulfill child sims fun needs and it definitely enhanced family gameplay the junk car this object came from the sims 2 and i want to say it was the hobbies pack it was basically an unfinished car that needed some serious restoration to get it on the road sims would have to invest several hours working on the engine and working on the body before it would be ready for a paint job and to hit the road i played with this object so much when i was younger and playing the sims 2 every day i always played as a teenager desperate for a driving licence but only had enough money to buy this heap and so they had to restore it before they could learn to drive the camcorder featured in the sims 3 generations the camcorder was an object that could be used to record pretty much anything once a video was filmed it can be played on the tv for the whole family to enjoy this was such a sweet idea and a perfect feature for family gameplay why not send your two elder sims on a trip down memory lane and relive the joy of watching their wedding video and even their kids first birthday the nectar maker perhaps the idea of sims making their own wine was too mature for the sims 4 but i do miss being able to craft a decent bottle of nectar in the sims 3. a feature you would probably know about if you had the world of adventures expansion pack in fairness you do instead have mixology in the sims 4 but i personally prefer the process of making wine than using the mixology bar and speaking of traveling to different worlds we have vacation souvenirs i just really love the idea of having objects that you can get only from certain vacation worlds i've mentioned before that i do like having vacation worlds in the sims 4 but sadly there isn't much there that can't be done anywhere else and sometimes it feels like there really isn't much reason to send my sims on a trip of course holiday souvenirs aren't the only reason why i would send sims in older games on vacation but there is generally more to do in older games and being able to bring home a souvenir themed to the world they went to is just an added bonus and finally we have the kissing booth featured in the sims 3 spring festival the kissing booth is a quick way for sims to get their love fix and for stand hosts to make a couple of simoleons honestly i don't really know why i like this object so much i just find the idea of it quite charming and quite retro for some reason even though it's in the sims 3 it really reminds me of the sims 1. the sims 1 i think was the quirkiest of all the sims games and it had quite a cheeky sense of humor to it and i think the kissing booths are pretty cheeky so it gives me retro sims vibes for some reason and that's why i love it so there are 15 objects i would love to see make a comeback whether it be in the sims 4 or the sims 5 i'd just like to see them again they brought so much joy to my sims gameplay but i'm more interested to know what you think do you agree with my picks if you got to choose 15 objects to make a comeback which objects would you choose i'd love to know and of course there are objects from the sims 4 that we didn't have in previous games that i couldn't play without now and maybe i'll make a video in the future highlighting the objects we only got in the sims 4. but for now that's it from
