13B Turbo Mazda 1300 Coupe *CRAZY POWER IN A SMALL CAR*

all right i'm here back at project performance to do a video on troy the mechanics personal datsun 1300 i don't know there's a coupe i don't know i think they're called a coupe 13mb turbo manual etc etc big power but i do want to show you guys the cars that are around here at the moment we've got david trins 33 gtr there big power 34 gdr here with zed tune guards on it big tes carbon bonnet down here probably one of my favorite 180s going around this is absolute perfection to me anyway when it comes to 180s type x kit not huge wheels etc etc grouse color champagne type x 32 gtr wheels full factory kit tail lights center garnish really nice looking car this is the project performance shopka s15 with a big big turbo on this sr20 they're just waiting for a couple of bits and then back on the dyno this car is going to go very very nice top x this this is exactly my style when it comes to imports like stock kit lowered on nice wheels like period correct stuff nice golf here super over there 32 gtr there va malu in the shop a nice red s13 very nice twin turbo supra 34 gtr 32 gtr evo e30 coupe 33 renault now this actually made really really big power 407 kilowatt how good is the dino room looking now it looks so good in here with all the cars when they're in yeah [Music] [Applause] [Music] anyway steph's going to take me for a drive in troy's car now and scare the absolute out of day when you used to hit the start up it spin the motor but it wouldn't start because when you overshoot it all your ignition turn off while starting it so drew why'd me in a new one but then this gave me hell bro the key wouldn't turn so i had to pull it out and bang it and clean it this is one of the smallest windscreens i've ever seen in my life it's pretty cute it's half of my hand oh logan slip fifth i reckon i'll get it and even just changing it real slowly they're like cracking around here i'll do it anyway holy i reckon i'll do fifth but i don't know if i should do it was like this brakes stock from 1970. they're just they're solid discs skinny solid discs yeah what size these wheels i don't know what it has to do because it doesn't it doesn't do anything like what do you mean it's awesome it is but it isn't because i'd really like to see how fast it actually is are you gonna race this car uh not until i get some breaks all right because you know if it actually hurts dude like if you do the math the car it should trap at least 140 mile an hour at least 135 140 uh and if the brakes fade i'm it's not gonna pull up no so i actually value my safety because let's be honest if i hit a wall man i'm not the front is just there yeah i'm done what boxes in this series five [Music] but they don't shift well at high rpm they hate it if you see all membership clear yeah yeah because it just it just goes like it won't go in or clutches oh i see twin oh you know why i went there you can hear it i know if i use this clutch i can slip it yeah anything australian made they you slip it and they melt they melt together [Music] jesus christ doesn't even have any thing to hold them [Music] she's a nasty boy what's done engine wise turbo it's not airflow turbo is it no it's just what it was but i saw the carrot on the front so drew and david actually bought it for me for doing a bit of work for him yeah uh is a g35 1050 101 and three housing that's a lot of numbers how much power to make 20 on 27 pounds oh yeah i got yes [Music] john just keep going and going and going and i go just max the map sensor out and just whatever 420 on my boost uh 27 jesus christ yeah they reckon you shouldn't run that kind of boost in like a series 4 5 engine [Music] this doesn't actually work you got a turbo timer okay the most dangerous thing in the world it's one of the first things i bought without a turbo car you feel like i don't know wow that wasn't hell like you can't do anything yeah the power's definitely back yeah yeah yeah full disclosure right the cooler pipe i just walked past it and none of us realized it was actually off the hose clamp actually slipped over the bead but because it can't go anywhere the car still had heaps of power was a wedge on something yeah it was like i don't know if you've seen that bait but it's pretty hard yeah but it's it's this you thrash the out of car yeah four years ago just to have a rotary did you buy it as a four-cylinder yeah i actually was really upset with it because i i went to go for a roadie and i was on my way to parody and i'm driving this car and i'm like why is it it's pinging like a loud yeah the thing was almost melted drop the water in oh the car sat in my garage i had mini fix my doors and that's nice look sometimes you don't get around to things this is actually a pp product that you can buy off the site if you head to the facility the motor is built though it's a series five who built it yeah um no i don't know how to build rotors actually i've never actually pulled one apart they look complicated i bought this off one of the drifters eddie yeah the guy who bought my k70 with the siren yeah [Music] wjm i never never heard of him until i bought this and it was brand new sitting at eddie's place it's obviously uh reliable it's not done for years i didn't think 400 kilowatt would be possible i don't think 27 pound would be possible because it's basic as yeah just a it's an extend for dowelled and studded with pts race seals which apparently is like the savior like if you get any sort of detonation it'll sort of it won't stop the motor from blowing up but it won't take out housings and rotors if it does break you know like they actually bend this is the first car first rotor john ever tuned and as you can see man not a problem you jesus christ some people are scared some people are scared to tune rotaries because everyone thinks they're so temperamental we knew yeah we know after doing a lot of research that we know we couldn't go over 10 degrees timing so what we did we stuck with the original map when it was on 98 with um someone else what's it on e85 now it's on ethanol yeah i can smell it so he done all the fueling put the boost in and we stuck with that timing map which it had it's got about nine degrees up at the top that's it what's going on in the frontier that's s13 holy it's actually r31 but the s13 tops the surprise it fits in that little tower they'd be tight yeah bro what diffs in the back uh courier really um stop length and then they use borgwarner axles out of like a commodore yeah they shorten them and then they splined at the 31 i think the stud pattern is 110 so it's factory what about on the front what's the stud pad 110 same all round yeah they're those uh street pro ones yeah i had the mark on them why do i remember this car being so much cleaner it was never quite no i promise you i don't think i've never paid attention then all right i spill ethanol i don't do anything with the car look at the oil on the roof bro for putting it under the hoist ain't going to fix the rust or just leave it when the 180 is done and i'm happy this will maybe get loved maybe i'll sell it i don't know thing is crazy push bike brakes still yeah it's all in about the we'll just get a loops of the brakes the brakes are tiny you can see that clearance day [Music] oh [Music] now the back left-hander hell [Music] um so as i walk through the smoke back to my car thank you very very much troy for scaring the absolute out of me in that car security's here i'm not sure how long this video is going to be but so next day outro for this one as when i was leaving one it got too dark and two my camera died so again thanks troy for taking me in the car that car absolutely scared the out of me but i do trust your driving so thank I dead ass saw this car as I picked up my truck from the mechanic - the car was FRESHLY done - like, paint still fresh, plastic bag covers still on the seats

It was out front of the mechanics, with the owner and another guy chatting about it, I didn't know what it was, I asked if it was an RX3, but was told it was this mad little 1300, great to see it getting some love!
