Namaskar! Namaskar! my friends and welcome back to Kolkata and in today's video guys, I'm taking you with for a special hotel tour not just any hotel we're here at the Novotel which is one of the most luxurious hotels here in the Newtown area of Kolkata so the new town area is like a newer part of the city a lot of like modern buildings nice hotels you'll find over here and I'm excited to take you guys with me to explore this hotel and show you first of all the room that I'm staying in so let's just kind of sneak right outside of the door and we'll start from right out here so we're sitting here right on the fourth floor and let's enter so this is the bathroom right here when you first walk in we've got everything set up we've got Waters to brush the teeth we've got conditioner body lotion hand wash and a couple other things there nice strong water pressure as you can see I integrated a little bit we've got the shower right here I'd say we test it out [Music] oh all right that was a nice little shower there and a toilet here with its own kind of like little cubby right there you got the toilet paper and the bum gun and then let's see what we've got here I think some storage space for all the stuff if you want to do your laundry a nice robe oh I'm definitely going to be wearing that and in Iron right there and then yeah more storage space that is nice I think this door like probably slides like that to close so that's cool and it looks like this is our temperature control let's get that to the right temperature and then when we walk in look at this welcoming welcome home honestly I'm feeling home right now this is incredible the fact that the staff took the time to put a rose here and you use these leaves to write out welcome home is just honestly Next Level that's just going to show you the care they have for individuals that stay here so that's just amazing then right over here we've got a little elephant watching over the bed too cute and we've even got a few sweets we're gonna have to try out all right let's try these things out every video people ask how can so many people travel like this in times like these well all these luxury Travelers know the key is having breaks apart moist chewy it's almost like um I want to see like there's like cinnamon in the yogurt like a vanilla yogurt with cinnamon but that's probably totally off that's so good and then over here we got a little lounger let's check this thing out oh hey there we go honestly I just need a book right here can sit by the window and uh relax and let's see what we got for reviews it is night time that I'm filming this because I just uh entered this room now and I'm starting the video but we've got views of I believe that might be a mall right in front uh for at least from what it looks like out here we've got the pool down there which we're going to show you that definitely in the morning when we wake up a little dining room table and right here a little office space so we've got the uh laptop set up right there a little workstation you know that's my absolute favorite when I'm at a hotel is having a great working space so I can get these videos to you guys even quicker and then right over here we even have a kitchen I don't know if I'm going to be doing any cooking but the fact that I have a kitchen if I do decide to do some cooking is pretty sweeter so we've got the stovetop ventilation and I'm guessing storage space inside all of here so microwave as well and oh even a toaster all right so we've got everything and this is the room tour my friend so really an awesome place and this is just the beginning of it this hotel I've already as you can probably imagine walked around a little bit and explored has so many amenities it has so much life here like I've seen now since I've been here for a little bit like multiple people having weddings over there on the other uh reception area I think on the other side of the hotel and then there's just so much space for activities so just wait till you see what's coming up in this video it's going to be incredible foreign [Music] fast forward to the next morning and we're going to take you with for a hotel tour we are in the fourth floor area and so right down here you get a quick little view of what the hotel is like but we're here in the new town area just so you know and this is like the modern District the most one of the most modern districts in the greater Kolkata City area I mean you can see all the hotel complexes we have people swimming over there we've got looks like a nicer Residential Building there and uh you'll see how big this Novotel is let me just tell you I've stated at quite a few novato's always been a fan of the brand but this is definitely probably the largest and most luxurious Novotel I've ever stayed at so it's cool to be in this place and we're going to be taking you guys with for a tour first off we're gonna go get ourselves a coffee then breakfast and they have some pretty awesome amenities we're going to be checking out so let's do this on ground floor that's where we find everything except the spa and salon which we're going to be going to in just a bit my friends all right so when we first walked down we've got like a hangout area with a foosball little kids area there and then in the lobby area it's a really really wide open area all this lounging spot got a piano out here and then in addition, they have the only bar in Kolkata that's open 24 hours good morning brother so this is the only bar in all of Kolkata that's open 24 hours yeah yeah so one of a kind and uh is there a specific name of the bar and uh so this has been here since Novotel began yes okay that's great and what was the inspiration behind getting a 24-hour bar just to always be able to get a drink yeah that's awesome so literally right now it's the morning guys as you can see I haven't even had my morning coffee but I could order a beer right now if I wanted to that's pretty awesome Daniel but brother I'm gonna be back later for a beer yeah but I gotta wake up first yeah yeah so yeah guys that is the bar over here they've even got a little cigar shop right there so you can load up on some fresh stogies over there get some brew looks like on tap Caldera Calcutta's finest craft yeah we're gonna have to try one of those I don't think I've had a local Brewery yet but yeah really a beautiful hotel here really high ceilings inside and it is a busy Hotel I'll tell you they have a lot of weddings here so pretty much every day that I've been here so far because only some of the time I filmed it I have been seeing so many like really nice sarees and dresses gotta get myself a coffee and then breakfast yeah brother I need to try one of your delicious uh ice lattes if the usual oh you already know brother you already know actually today we'll do uh normal milk yep I did almond last time so great memory brother I think they'll sit up here today so yeah guys basically this is a this is a um a Bangalore coffee chain right yeah yeah from Bangalore yeah blue Tokai coffee roasters so they've got a collaboration right here inside of Novotel and you can get yourself fresh coffees and actually the other night I even had a Mojito here so you can get alcoholic beverages as well so quite a Vibe all right Dhanyavad brother and I'm not a namki Mac nice to meet you thank you very much all right our man has hooked us up with a delicious latte here this is my favorite beverage to have in the morning just something before I had breakfast before I have anything just someone that's going to make these uh this let's put it this way this is a sleepy face not feel so sleepy anymore so we're gonna mix that thing up get that milk right on in there and it tastes just as good as yesterday and it'll taste even better tomorrow good I'm probably gonna have like two or three of these today while I'm shooting the video it's a must really really good coffee very good brother very good coffee done so guys to get a coffee here there's a lot of taxes in Kolkata but you'll pay 250 for the coffee total 309 so it comes out to about 3.50 3.60 and we'll just charge that rate to my room all right now we're gonna do a quick expedited breakfast if we can even find ourselves a table it is uh busy here we can even go to another coffee station there so yeah let's go ahead and Jump Right In and see where we're gonna start out for this breakfast lots of food but lots of customers walking through here we're not gonna do a huge breakfast because I'm going to the massage and I don't want a full belly while I'm getting a deep tissue massage so we're going to try out a couple things I will show you the whole Buffet though a lot of like uh Indian cuisines on this side we have some of my favorite 40 bread right there oh baby that's gonna be delish and yeah we're gonna cruise through here we've got some Paratha breads I think right over there so a couple times and then even more dishes on this side so I'm doing a little tour of this place first so you guys can see what we've got oh we've got chocolate pancakes made like this yeah I think we're gonna need we're gonna need those chocolate pancakes all right let's see if I can find them well it's almost scar brother oh Robbie how can I get myself a set of those pancakes [Music] hey how are you hey you're back here today all right this man's a hard worker I met he got me a beer last night at the bar my knock yeah yes yeah good to see you all right so we got omelettes just moving forward yeah let's get uh let's get an omelette tossed on here brother I'll just take one of those uh right on there yep perfect perfect and then uh let's hear we got we got pancakes coming out all right so that's where the chef station happens our good man's over there uh making a nice thick omelet I get a thin one there because like I said I don't have too much food sausages right in front of my face so they really do have quite a mix of various types of Cuisines for breakfast as you can see here and then we've got like Western favorites we've got Indian favorites and all types of uh stuff that you can find even Mexican bean stew right there so that's quite nice but yeah like I said guys I'm having just a small little breakfast today but I did want to show you guys this we're gonna have a huge dinner tonight so that way we gotta save the appetite and right over here we've got fresh fruits as well starting out with a little cantaloupe there man these look like some interesting shaped grapes I've never seen them shaped like that well I'm sure they're good and that should be the meal and I don't know what this thing is but I'm gonna try one a nice little fried ball to add to the mix and that's a small breakfast but it'll be enough to hold me over oh well I didn't expect to be stopping past the desserts that donut does look good but yeah maybe not this time and then over here no mascara okay so chocolate milkshakes and pineapple juices and we got teas over there uh do you know where I can find a glass brother a glass oh right over here perfect and watermelon juice waiting for me two already ready to go great now we gotta find ourselves a seat sit at no mascara brother how we doing uh can I sit over here please yeah all right perfect oh very nice so these are your recipes yeah they're looking uh fantastic I'm really enjoying it already thank you so much I appreciate it brother all right here we go so let's go ahead and jump right in and try this out so we're doing this uh the Mac way which is turn this right into a nice indian American burrito right there um oh wow making that into a nice little so I guess you could call it a breakfast taco in this case but it goes down smooth you got that nice oily bread here mix it in with the Omelette and the sausage a great start out to the morning getting that healthy breakfast I will say the staff here really really kind and quick to take care of us that we need and the food's staying hot and I will say in a buffet sometimes it's super hard to keep the food all very warm and delicious so is what this little fried balls like I've never actually had it so Let's test it it's almost like an Indian version of a falafel obviously much different than an actual falafel but it reminds me of that because it's like a fried dough ball and it's actually quite spicy on the inside as you can see on the inside it's like chewy but delicious now we've got watermelon juice to wash it down in pineapple that's a nice part whenever I go to a hotel buffet and they have all these fresh juices that's a key part for me very good brother one watermelon done now we've got the pineapple hitting the spot s um no thank you because I'm going to a massage actually so I'm only having a light breakfast okay thank you for letting me know just finished up a nice little expedited breakfast um enough to get something in the stomach but not too much where when I go into this spa treatment I'm gonna be like oh feeling sick you know what I mean so let's head on down we'll leave a tip for our friends here to have and all right here we go time to head down to the spa done your bud okay no problem no problem all right now we are heading down to the lower floor which will bring us directly to the Spa down this way the spa and the gym are both on this lower level so we'll probably make a stop at both we're in a rush because I'm late for my appointment seven minutes late but better late than never right so that actually looks like a salon over here a pool we're going to be testing that out and it looks like even an outdoor pool bar so I will say they've got this place set up for like if you want to throw a party here if you want to have a wedding they've got all the uh amenities for it which is pretty awesome just uh really the definition of luxury oh and you can get some shishas out here I might have to try one of those my friends so we are entering in here oh hello uh yes I'm coming for a massage spa treatment please yes sir sure yeah my name is Mac candy all right let's see what we got for options then so which kind of Massage pressure which one would you say is the most popular popular is like if in your body any pain is there then you can go for deep tissue massage okay and if no pain maybe Bolognese okay stretching pudding is there a little stretching yes okay maybe that's good yeah all right room number phone number Namaste namaste all right so we're going for the massage in here a little area to uh change and get dressed a shower room perfect so yeah this is the shower room inside here this is so awesome just straight luxury we've got rocks on the floor and a big area so I'm gonna change right now three two one and boom we are in the clothing now so we're gonna be hopping right on this massage bed as you can see nice and like dark lit how you want just a little bit of orange light very lightly you got the AC running along with just a very soft music to go into full relaxation so I'm gonna set you guys up for a time lapse and this is an Indian Balinese massage here my friends so we're going to go ahead and enter inside the gym and inside the gym we've got all of the things that you need to work out here we've got machines we've got dumbbell weights on this side and plenty to do like pretty much every type of muscle you could want to do ellipticals on this side as well as a treadmill so overall a uh a great gym I'm gonna do like roughly a 30 minute workout and as I say in every single video I'm not a fitness trainer or anything I just show you the full experience of the hotel which for me always includes a nice trip to the gym session and then after that we'll be doing a nice little dip in the pool so let's do this [Music] thank you [Music] my friends that was a quick little 30 minute workout to stop here show you the gym just a bit of an upper body one and now it is time to head to the pool cool off this body of it on your bud all right we even got lounge chairs center right here we'll get ourselves a nice towel they got us all set up no mushkar and here it is we are at the pool so let me tell you my friends welcome to the Novotel that's what I call a proper morning a nice breakfast a massage a gym session and then now in the pool I don't think days can get much better than that honestly oh thank you very much getting us all set up then yeah don't you bud all right all right check out this trick here we go and boom there we go we're ready to lay out but actually no we're not because we're going straight in the pool first all right looks like the pool is ready it's about 4.9 feet so pretty shallow but uh that looks quite nice all right we'll hop up here oh yeah oh there we go my friends I dip right in the pool much needed [Music] [Applause] foreign I just realized there's like a staircase that goes right up there we gotta check that out I love that so we've got we've got basically the super modern building and then on top of it it looks like they built a garden so yeah we're definitely gonna check that out oh yeah this is a Vibe my friends this is a vibe Novotel I'm I'm impressed I must say I think I paid 100 no no 80 US dollars per night to stay here and um then they were nice enough to give me an upgrade so probably the room that I'm in is maybe 150 a night don't quote me on that I'm just guessing but yeah for the other room was a bit smaller didn't have the kitchen and everything uh but yeah I mean for for the even the smaller room that I didn't show you guys for like 70 bucks a night really good deal because you just get so much like so many amenities here and that for me is like a big big selling point because you know if you're gonna pay a lot for a hotel first of all you need to make sure you're spending enough time in the hotel to get your money's worth and then second of all and I like to go to the gym when I'm traveling and really if the hotel doesn't have a gym there's no way that I'm going to be very likely to go to just some random gym that I find if I'm only in a city for you know a couple days or a week or something if it's convenient like when it's in a hotel then I'll definitely go to the gym so anyways guys I think it's time to go sit out on the right here oh yeah, My name is Nayab yeah nice to meet you brother and you're from Kolkata yeah great to meet you brother well take care and I'll see you around maybe yeah see you brother thank you man see you all right so we just did a nice day uh exploring by the pool but we have a little rain coming in so gonna head on inside and show you guys a little bit more of the hotel in just a bit so it looks like we're doing some remodeling work right when we walk in and look at that in the last clip you guys saw no haircut now I have a haircut and we are heading over to the Premier Lounge right here so I guess at 6 PM is when they open this place up they've got some snacks and things to nibble on and I'm getting quite hungry so let's check this place out oh thank you so much I really appreciate it Dhanyavad so this is it yeah premium Lounge right here all right this is gonna be the place where I'm gonna go ahead and set the laptop up work for a little bit and relax see right here looks like a spot all right got this all set up looks like we got a nice little bar right here get something to drink there no doubt and some plates of food so what do we got on the menu today okay there's a couple different uh Indian dishes chicken nuggets oh yeah chicken pocoy and pakora vegetable spring rolls and chili fish so this is nice incredible presentation and down here looks like we've got a pool table beers down there and let's check out what's all the way down here looks like this is like a game room down this way foosball and more lounging so this is awesome got the local newspapers right there to read and yeah my friends so this is it there's so many amenities like hidden gems inside this hotel like you walk around and you explore something I've been in the hotel for a couple days now and now it's my first time even knowing that there's a Premier Lounge up here so yeah this is a proper Vibe let's grab ourselves a plate here grab some food [Music] [Music] Hello, brother! How are you I'm fine very good so what do you like to have and drink beer I think a nice ice cold beer brother would be great. [Local language] Oh my God! You know Bengali. A little bit been practicing yeah for how many years and like a week like a week yeah it got really nice yeah all right I think I'll grab that one right where the laptop is brother already all set up and how about you you're from uh Kolkata yeah it's a nice city very nice city the city of Joy right yeah yeah that's great that's great yeah I'm really enjoying it you'll do everything work yeah yeah like you'll do you can do anything you will have Hill station over here yeah yeah sea beaches and all the things a little bit of everything yeah yeah and it's easy to get to you know flights all over the country all over the world from Kolkata so yeah yeah it was fantastic yeah let's go with uh you have a local Kolkata beer or local Indian beer so yeah if you like to try kolkata's beer you could go to our bar downstairs yeah okay Budweiser okay then maybe uh maybe I'll do something what do we got like whiskey and Coca-Cola here yes yes yeah I'll do one of those then please I think that looks perfect Dhanyavad thank you and look at this we've got the Coca-Cola and a whiskey right there just a little appetizer before dinner fill that thing right up oh that's looking so good and so many fried food options I want to go straight for the cheese ball though because that just got my name on it right now [Music] um oh that's great that is great basically take a nice bite in that you get a little bit of Spice from those jalapenos I think that's what's in there it's in with the cheese let's see if we can squish it open look at that um [Music] right there I'll tell you that and then we've got some chicken nuggets with I think a little green chutney sauce on there that tastes quite quite good and we do have a veg option in here the spring roll [Music] they say things are always better when they're fried I cannot disagree and then we have over here the pokera chicken toss a little green Chutney on there as well [Music] quite nice too [Music] honestly I could stay here and eat an entire meal here very high quality food up here and I don't know what this thing is it has a very like Bland smell to it it almost tastes like if you took a bunch of spinach toss it in a blender with a potato and maybe some peanuts as well given there's a peanut on top [Music] this is what you'd find I like that [Music] all right so I've been told there's some desserts I must have walked right past them so we've got desserts here yeah and let's see what do you recommend for a good one to try we've got fruit custard and then strawberry white with chocolate in there yeah all right let's check this one out that looks quite delicious all right we've got that oh we even have some cheeses down there quite a few more things chocolate cheesecake vanilla cheesecake no hot cheesecake oh regular cake okay I'm gonna try that one then Dhanyavad that looks perfect thank you so much and your names maybe a little bit yeah Disha nice to meet you [My name is] Mac. Nice to meet you sir thank you very much all right so here we go we're gonna try a little dessert before we even have dinner so this looks fantastic sweet tooth is always hungry let's put it that way all right let's try out the vanilla cake first let's get that thing right there oh breaking a part of it It's like got a really delicious doughy inside oh that's so good it's like cake with whipped cream frosting on top um you could eat a bunch of those I think this is a chocolate strip lost that let's try this all right here we go oh thank you very much spoon will work much much better and let's try it out um very tasty Dhanyavad! I'm loving it thank you so much yeah now nice to meet you too thank you very much so this is very delicious wow so it's like a nice fuse you have like the strawberry mixed in there I'm gonna take a bacon like tastes a very distant flavor of chocolate but it's really a high quality dessert that's for sure my stomach's feeling good let's put it that way stomach's feeling very good very good that's Hindi but yeah. How many languages you know? I don't know too many languages I just know a lot of words in a lot of languages I can speak a little Arabic, little German, little Spanish uh English I'm pretty good at yeah and I'm learning some Hindi, learning some Assamese, learning song uh Bengali yeah whatever whatever placement similar yeah like uh space oh okay yeah it's a hard language yeah yeah perfect thank you leave a tip for our friends there didn't have small change but there was quite a few people that helped me up here so let's head on down namaskar so we're gonna head down to the dinner area it is time to get ourselves something delish to eat so let's do this all right and this is where the dinner spot's gonna be so it is time to have a little dinner time no mascara how's everything never been better yeah oh it's that's too much I only know uh namaskar and when when any Bengali say to you like you're I'm here yeah that means good I am good yeah actually I knew that I just forgot it yeah all right thank you so much good evening all right so we're gonna have ourselves a nice delicious dinner here and the chef I think prepared something special so we're gonna try out oh thank you so much done your bud I know that one don't you bud perfect so oh thank you I really appreciate that so we're gonna get this all set up here uh no I only know a couple basic words I only know how to reply in Hindi okay yeah in a national language yeah yeah you know I'm learning a few words in each uh dialect yeah okay yeah yeah so you're from Kolkata okay it's a great city the city of Joy yeah fantastic well today at night I'm preparing for you perfect I'm looking forward to taste it yeah that's that's incredible I'm looking forward to it it's a pleasure thank you so we met the chef himself he's going to be making us a delicious Bengali dinner tonight and so I gotta make sure I got room in that belly because we had some snacks upstairs and then next we're gonna be having a lot of food I can already tell so get ready for it my friends if you want to see Bengali food here at a five-star hotel let's do it so we've got the uh step one welcome drink here all right and what is it like elastic and and uh tell me a little bit what the ingredients include basically your yogurt yogurt yeah black salt black salt the Bengali traditional lemon oh okay so this sounds fantastic then so I squeezed a little lime on there then yeah dropped a little bit in there let's toss that in right just like that cheers oh that's nice it's like a hybrid of a lassie a milkshake with a little bit of a Zing to it with that lime very nice Daniel Bob thank you that goes down very smooth I will say the yogurt is um not as overpowering as some other like what did I have I had it at another restaurant at a Bengali restaurant like a a very bitter type of Lassie similar to a welcome drink but this one actually it's a quite a bit sweeter it doesn't have that bitter taste and I think it sits much better in my stomach oh we got a lassie mustache right there oh it's very good very good it's like a lassie milkshake lime twist to it yeah yeah it goes down smooth though that's very good and I would say what's the word for good what's the word for delicious like what do you want like the bengaliers like you have to we have a basic for the we love much more for fish items no no the word to say delicious come on this one yeah so so basically to say that this this is tasty or delicious yes all right yeah very sharp Tony Bud thank you all right we're learning slowly but surely another language here not easy to keep up with all the languages but doing my best very nice all right looks like we've got the uh next item arriving here and let's see what we've got coming oh yeah oh yeah I've been them a couple times now making the delish food on the menu all right so what do we have coming out here next brother appetizer yeah all right oh that like deviled eggs here yeah and then what's this one again fish fingers beetroot beetroots poppy seed okay it looks fantastic and this is right perfect and then this is like a honey mustard paste mmm I feel the strong animals yeah yeah that's got a strong smell to it well let's test it out yeah yeah I got like a mustard yeah yeah fantastic beetroot this is obviously yeah Bengali oh it almost has a similar texture of like a pancake yeah yes yes I like that mmm well I'd say we fried items and some more appetizers as you guys probably saw I had a lot of appetizers upstairs but today's a big night so everything is freshly made I think I'm going to start with the deviled egg do that thing it's basically like a hard-boiled egg that's been deep fried dip that in a little honey mustard foreign so there's a very thick layer of the fried breaded outer layer and then that egg just inside ready to be chowed on [Music] that brunch goes down very well um [Music] that thing is freaking delicious I'm gonna need a couple pieces at a time of each that way I don't fill up too quickly and this one oh yeah fried fish stick a nice amount of oil on there [Music] it's got a similar crunch to like a mozzarella stick on the outside but on the inside you've got a nice like light fish flavor nothing too overpowering and then mix that in with the honey mustard there very delicious brother oh you're the Master Chef yeah yeah a pleasure to meet you how are you good very good very good traditional Bengali yeah some of these are your recipes yeah yeah it's all very very delicious I'm impressed so I gotta save room in the stomach then yeah perfect so it's a pleasure to meet you yeah thank you very much all right so these fish sticks are incredible um I think I'm most excited to try this because it's got a very similar like I guess shape to the pancakes here but an interesting texture it looks like on the inside it's almost like you can explain to you exactly what it's like but let's test it out wow that's a unique flavor I think this is the first time I've had this in West Bengal I'm trying to decipher what the flavors are on the outer layer you have like that harder crunch it's so good but I have nothing that I can relate it to [Music] I think it might have I couldn't even guess there's it's always interesting to me when I taste flavors that my taste bud palette if you will actually has no idea what's even related to because it's a flavor that's foreign to me something that I'm just not familiar with here we have the beetroot [Music] thank you I will say they know what they're doing when it comes to Frying stuff because everything on here that's fried they say things taste better like that and I can agree um since I'm guessing they're making a very large meal and eating some of it and then just gotta save some room in the stomach all right so this is it yeah done your bud dog wow all right that looks fantastic [Music] thank you oh yeah this is the full meal then yeah on your bud presentation 12 out of 10. thank you that looks fantastic gentlemen all right so I need a very quick explanation on what each one of these are basically yeah this is basically means vegetables all right it's called turkey yeah cheesecake it's called okay potato potato [Music] so we got a little bit of everything rice this is uh brinjal fat yes bread okay is that like a fish okay fantastic so this is a big meal looks incredible thank you so much all right I really appreciate it thank you all right so as you guys can see this is it this is a massive meal all right so here we go we're about to Jump Right In and this is my favorite bread I just want to mention for those of you guys who have been watching all my videos you already know that this is my favorite bread so we are going to start with what's going to be the lucky winner you know what not to complicate things we're just going to go in order so we're going to start on this side grab a nice scoopful [Music] it's done all right so the first one was kind of like a I'm not gonna remember all the names he said but I can't tell you the flavors this one's not a spicy one I almost got a sweeter flavor to it with some sort of like I don't know like a fruit or like the equivalent to the texture of an apple but in the form of a vegetable and then this one right there that one looks fantastic smells like some good veggies mixed into there and let's test it out oh I like that surprisingly also not spicy I think we need to get creative with the next one you should have had a little note card next to you so I can remember the name for each but this one is toss that thing right on top there and here we go makes that straight in with the rice this one's got like a I'm trying to think what the type of relatable food I can say for this one it's quite nice A little it's I feel like as we go around it's going to slightly get more and more spicy but this one's nice it's uh kind of like some sort of breaded not meat but like breaded cooked in some sort of I don't know that's a hard one that's a hard one for me too then the next thing we're gonna get here is one of these okay so this is the potatoes we're gonna slice up this potato right in half just like that so we've got it ready to eat and we'll also grab some of the hard chips here grab a mix of that and then as we've learned use the thumb to slide it in [Music] well I can tell you I know what a potato is so I can explain that one to you this one is a is a well-cooked potato almost to I would say five steps before you reach that like creamy mashed potato it's like a softer potato cooked to the right amount and mixes in with those like Indian flavors and the crunchy spices it up a bit I will say while I love this bread certain items just go much better when you have a bit of the crunch mixed into there hmm [Music] delish I'll tell you that and then we are going to move over to this one here chicken inside of there and we'll get some rice mixed up in there mix that in with the potatoes and um oh that chicken is fantastic and the chicken is definitely a bit more spicy so this reminds me sometimes I'm still building on my spice tolerance here spicy but good it's got a much stronger aftertaste let's put it that way when it comes to the spices but overall a very uh well cooked pizza chicken almost Falls right off the bone there and I'm impressed and now we're moving on to this one uh brother one question what's this one called mutton okay so this is the chicken yeah chicken there mutton and then this one the name yeah yeah I knew it so I was thinking it was paneer I was like this is something if you guys remember last year's Vlog Series where I will ate paneer for every single meal and I knew that that flavor tasted familiar very delicious brother so here we go we're gonna be trying out the mutton next and let's uh break a piece off and I think we've got uh no bone in here but we shall check [Music] amount of fat on that mutton right there and it just Blends nicely in there with that rice okay that's a uh let's put it this way Heavenly moment for the taste buds that is really really flavorful actually you know we're just gonna dump this mutton right onto the plate there get things moving to the mutton and that'll get us just mixed in here a very young well made piece of mutton right here we got a good chew it doesn't take too much work to bite right through this thing all right mix that in with a bit of rice right there [Music] I love it as you can see the proof we're using the hands here thank you and next up what are we gonna mix in now we've got the fish inside this leaf and all that fish is just loaded with some of that honey butter or that mustard paste not honey some of that mustard paste right on the fish oh that thing is smoking hot I can barely lift it up with my fingers yeah let's try that piece out um that is very good that's basically the main difference between the other Pizza fish we had and this one is the other one obviously we have that fried layer on it this one is just doused and honey mustard because I keep saying honey mustard this one is doused in the mustard taste and look at this thing though it breaks apart no knife required and that thing just Falls off the other component of it and let me tell you this is probably enough food I feel like to feed like two people right now especially if you've had appetizers so they really took care of me but I don't know how on Earth I'm gonna finish all of this so we're gonna set this one aside for now make a little more room on the plate and we are going to guys I made it through a lot but I definitely did not make it through all of it I blame the appetizers feel it all lodging up right here in the stomach I ate probably 10 more bites than my body could probably handle but I was like you know they prepared such an incredible meal that I needed to force a few extra bites down but it was freaking incredible so delicious so uh Pizza brought us in Missouri yeah thank you very much wow that is a lot of dessert too Bengali meals per person are large yeah yes this is like a yogurt base yes [Music] and this is Malay it's called National Life and is that like sugar on top cheese on top I'm not sugar it's like Marcus like this one is okay very nice so this should be the first one I try then yeah sure thank you so much here we go you've heard it all we've got four different desserts just when we thought the belly was full I realized we're just getting started so let's try this one out first my first thoughts are I think I've had this dessert in maybe a different shape because it's got that almost like similar to like a powdered sugar if powdered sugar had a bit more like bonding in terms of like it's stuck together like this and maybe more moisture in it that's what it's like kind of breaks apart in your mouth and it's nice it's almost got like a a lychee flavor to it if you know that flavor that I'm talking about or referencing and this right here kind of hard to break apart it looks like maybe a similar composition but maybe a bit more on the bread side on the inside I have no idea what to expect with this one when you bite into it it almost has like a squeak texture to it but it's got like um the juices or the oils whatever it's cooked in when you take a bite it almost acts like a sponge when you ring the sponge Out and it just fills up your mouth with all these juices so it's quite a nice one too [Music] this one is just straight oh I just build all right we're just gonna grab this thing out like this move it over here I'll test it out [Music] that one if you imagine like a dough ball [Music] that's been partially cooked not cooked where it's crispy not cooked where it's fried just like very basically cooked and then it's submerged in some sort of like sugar water sugar oil base something like that and I think inside there's even some sort of like nut Maybe yeah that's good they're very rich in flavor it tastes very sugary and then we've got the yogurt-based one this is traditional Bengali I've had it a few times now now this one is it is a good dessert but personally my stomach doesn't always uh react very well to Yogurt so whenever it comes to yogurt-based things I just keep it very basic let's put it that way wow so this is my third time trying this uh this specific dessert this one was the most powerful almost where it like woke me up but it's good it's like almost like a cinnamon sugar type of that's not a great of interpretation but the closest thing I could even think of that came to my head is like a cinnamon sugar type of yogurt flavor to it it's good but personally not my favorite high quality though no doubt it's just meal thank you so much I really enjoyed it and let's put it this way that was a massive meal I could have shared that with my fiance really good I'm feeling great and uh very fresh and some of these recipes you came up with yourself all right well it's quite impressive so guys come see him if you want to get some delicious food here at the Novato Hotel how long you been working here anyway four years all right that's incredible so yeah he will treat you to breakfast lunch and dinner or you do mainly dinner breakfast lunch and dinner all meals all right perfect thank you so much brother I really appreciate it looking forward all right we'll leave our friends and uh let's put it this way I'm quite full but it was amazing and we just fast forwarded to the morning my friends today is checkout day but an incredible experience here at the Novotel the only place I didn't get to show you is the courtyard but luckily where my room's placed you can actually see so I haven't really figured out what people use it for sometimes I just see some of the guests like hanging out walking up here maybe it's a good spot for like you know some sort of wedding events or ceremonies like that it looks like they've even got a bar set up there but uh yeah an
