10-year-old girl found safe Monday after going missing in Kittitas County Sunday afternoon

A 10 year old girl who was first reported missing Sunday afternon at the Cleveland River Valley ws reunited with her family just ae and a half away from where she s first reported missing. Kittitas deputies first received the call for the missing girl on Sunday afternoon. Deputies say she disappeared near Cathedral Rock trailhead In the northern , Elum River Valley could attest County Search and Rescue was called to begin the search. Since then, searchers from multiple counties from Snohomiso Spokane. Joined in to provide helicopter support and specialists from the Washington State SAR Planning Ut was on site to provide their expertise in planning and lost person behavior. Now when the girl was found, she only had minor injuries. However, Kittitas Sheriff Deputs say that the family is happy to finally have their little girl back in Kittitas County.
