level 11. hi my name is guava today I'm going to be your home fitness trainer for the day here are 10 things you shouldn't do during a home workout don't do push-ups apparently if you do a push-up you're basically pushing the Earth let's try it out that means you're going to be the strongest person in the whole entire Earth right here we go one [Music] hello I'm sorry hello breaking news um for Uranus oh my goodness there's nothing I could do no wait we gotta check this out oh my gosh that really is Uranus ow don't make your own treadmill hi fitness trainer here again let's say you want to run inside but you don't have a treadmill well you do have some dish soap and some water so just throw some water on the floor like that and then to dish soap and just be like this and instead of using your dish soap for your dirty dishes you got to make your own dirty dishes you make sure it's in front of the oven so you can grab something to hold just in case you fall and break your neck once you go here you can go faster and faster until you get to the point where you can just keep running and then you lose a lot of calories and then you do what's that oh my God you can also use your floor as a swimming pool check this out I just want to go outside I don't want to go inside don't forget to stretch so the next thing we're gonna do is stretches okay you don't want to stretch too early in your workout because zero will be more prone to injuries if you do you don't want to stretch cold now that we're warmed up it's time to stretch all right and all right I think I stretched way too early here but it's okay I still have legs for our legs all you want to do is lift up your right leg like this don't do yoga incorrectly we're gonna do some yoga okay yoga is pretty simple all you you want to do is you want to go down slowly okay and then when you go back up you want to go up slowly so you get all that tension if you're comfortable enough you can do one hand okay and then what you're doing put one hand you can do no hands and then when you're done with no hands you can do you could do a lot more if you want don't do towel pull-ups hey wait what's that you don't have a pull-up bar you can use well I'm pretty sure you have a towel and a door okay grab your door put your towel on your door like this and then you could do your own pull-up see if you want it if you want it don't do high jumps hey guys coach here if you want to test how high you can jump a good way to do it is by Red Cups okay this is level one now here we go let's see how far I can get level one
