I should have had a song right now and tell you true i wassup GQ sports I'm Chris Paul and these are my essentials yep so this item right here is my lumbar roll so I take it everywhere that I go tell you the truth I should have it on right now I always wear and it literally just goes like this behind my back so when I sit down what it does is it make sure that I keep my posture right they see me with it economy but uh is something that they might say that I do because I'm old but I'm cool with it works for me right here this is by soku needs to be bicycle to deck of cards so I always got a deck of cards with me just in case somebody want to play guts whatever whatever if you want to play aunts whatever card game is I play cards there's not usually a day that goes by that I don't play some normal cards on our team our food it plays is me dinner Schroeder Gallinari Neela got an AR and we play every flight I'm somewhat of a bad flier so the way that I make myself feel like I'm not on the plane is I play Connor got to have a deck of cards this right here is watermelon water I mean you got cherry strawberry all these different flavors it's not this it's regular water I'm always trying to make sure I'm hydrated because as much as we fly in the games that we play day in and day out it's very easy to become dehydrated so like I said this might be an old man thing or whatever but one of my essentials I gotta have it the next item is a book I'm constantly reading always trying to learn this gets me off of my phone at times and I always got some type of book no matter what even sometimes I make it too busy and don't get a chance to read it but I always have it with me for just in case oh you can learn a few things from him his book was I just kidding it's a good read this is my watch case when I'm traveling I'll just bring like four or five with me I feel naked without a watch oh my wife got me this paddock for my birthday two years ago it's awkward not right here was a gift to myself I'm a real big fan and now this AP right here was a gift from a teammate I mean I just always have to have a watch on so I definitely don't leave home without this this this right here this sanctuary right here is like my little heaven right here now I will not go anywhere without these essentials this right here is because my family lives in LA and I'm in Oklahoma and I actually had iPhone 7 up until hi I moved to Oklahoma in like September October because my wife told me that I better have a phone that works so I got a had it so I can face time my crew my iPad cuz I watch shows i watch all the shows that come on and watching Sons of Anarchy right now I get done with that I think it's on to you so this my air pods and always gotta have so this item right here is a hat like a dad hat like I don't leave home without a hat I probably have a hat on right now if if I could but just literally I always gotta got a hat off could I open a hat absolutely I have to turn it backwards I do is crazy cuz fitted used to be a real thing like used to living lives trying to get it fit in but was no about to die now to is you can put any type of messaging on it whether it be your logo whether it be something like be cool be something like that it's just another one expression so the next one that I won't leave home without or do anything without is my necklace I mean it works with my sweater of my auntie sweater right now but sometimes I just always have it tucked in even if you see me shooting in pregame warmups like early before the game I always got this on I don't take this off ever until I'm about to play this now right here represents my family so a lot of people see it and you just see it out but on this I this isn't ours and that's my son this I is allele for my daughter in the middle of the wavy lines that's Aquarius for my wife and at the bottom that's Gemini for my son so put it all together it's my crew this right here is a lapel pin I love to dress up many times lapels are very subtle but like cold and like classy little touches that you can put on your jacket the collection some of them stemmed from a lot of buy antiques from these grandparents yeah it's actually dope because sometimes it can be pins and I mean it could just be like a little pin we've gotten very creative Appel pins that you can put on your jacket this right here became essential within the past year or two and these are slouch socks some people call them aerobic socks or whatever they are but I started wearing them within the past two years a lot more like we did when the hospital was my wife's idea but they just cool socks that I wear with jeans sweatpants I was shorts always keep loose compare freshman's with me I can show you a picture for me play a high school basketball a parody stocks thanks for checking out my essential items GQ thanks for watching
