are 10 discontinued fast food items you can still order. The yummy Enchirito from Taco Bell What do you get when you combine two Mexican
classics – an enchilada and a burrito? An ‘Enchirito’, of course! Taco Bell’s
Enchirito is nothing but a soft flour tortilla filled to the seams with beans, beef, onions,
and cheese, and drowned in a lip-smacking red sauce with more melted cheese and olives
on top. This supremely perfect mash-up of a burrito and an enchilada was a Taco Bell
bestseller for many decades. The Enchirito was said to have been the invention of a young
Taco Bell employee from the 1960s. It was first introduced to customers as early as
1968 and was present on the menu in its original form until 1993. After disappearing for a
few years, it came back in 1999 in a slightly altered version, only to vanish again in 2013.
But so popular is the Enchirito that it often pops up on the menu with a different name,
like Smothered Burritos. Taco Bell employees maintain that the Enchirito is one of the
most popular secret menu items ordered by customers in the know! Even though it is no
longer ‘officially’ available on the Taco Bell menu, if you catch an employee in a good
mood and ask nicely, they might actually make one for you! Or you could get a somewhat similar
version of it made to order. Simply ask the employee at the counter for a Smothered Burrito
with beef, red sauce and onions, but without any sour cream. And voila! Your Enchirito
is ready! To get an even more accurate version of the original Enchirito, you could order
a Burrito Supreme with extra cheese and beef filling, minus the tomatoes and lettuce. Next,
ask them to pour the red sauce and melt two extra sides of cheese on top of the burrito.

burger Introduced by McDonald’s to compete with
Burger King’s Whopper sandwich, the Big N’ Tasty was a very popular item on the
menu for quite some time. Though officially discontinued from the U.S. menus of McDonald’s,
many versions of the Big N’ Tasty are still available at international McDonald’s outlets
like those in Sweden, Norway, Latvia, Greece, etc. It was first introduced in 1997 at the
California outlets of McDonald’s and marketed across the U.S. in 2000. It was also a flagship
item of the famous McDonald’s Dollar Menu in 2002. Many stars and celebrities like Kobe
Bryant and Cedric the Entertainer featured in advertisements for the Big N’ Tasty.
Abruptly though, it was taken off the Dollar Menu in 2003 and replaced with the Double
Cheeseburger. It was available on the regular menu until January 1, 2011, after which, it
was completely discontinued. It does reappear on the McDonald’s menus time and again,

But if it’s not available at an outlet near you, there’s an easy hack for it! Just order
a Quarter Pounder with cheese, but without any ketchup or mustard. Ask for mayonnaise,
pickles, tomato, onions, and lettuce on the side. All you need now is the delicious Big
Tasty sauce. Since the flavor profile of the Big Mac special sauce is quite similar to
the Big Tasty sauce, it is quite simple to doctor it up and convert it into the Big Tasty
sauce. Just ask the staff for some Big Mac special sauce and BBQ sauce on the side. Mix
the two together to create the magical smoky flavored Big Tasty sauce. Assemble everything

on the menus of Burger King in the summer of 2012, and surprisingly, it was a smash
hit with customers. People really enjoyed the unusual combination of sweet ice cream
sundae with crunchy savory bacon on top. Despite its heavy calorie count, the Bacon Sundae
had soon become a favorite with bacon lovers everywhere. At first, Burger King introduced
the Bacon Sundae only in Nashville, Tennessee, and later rolled it out across the country.
But almost always, the Bacon Sundae was a seasonal or limited-time offering. If you
are a fan of this discontinued item or even a first-timer, there’s some good news for
you! Though discontinued, you can still order a variant of the Bacon Sundae from the Burger
King menu. You could order either the chocolate fudge sundae with caramel topping on the side,

Taco its fiery reputation. The Volcano Taco was introduced in late 2008 to customers at
select locations in North America. Owing to its unique red taco shell, the wildly popular
Lava Sauce, and other taco toppings like ground beef and lettuce, the Volcano Taco soon became
a customer favorite. In 2009, it earned a place on the permanent menu of Taco Bell.
But along came the Fiery Doritos Locos Taco in 2013 and bumped off the Volcano Taco from
the menu. Even though it is a discontinued item, there’s a secret hack to ordering
the Volcano Taco. Order a Fiery Doritos Locos Taco and a side of nacho cheese. Make your
own Lava Sauce by mixing in two to three packets of Taco Bell’s Fire Sauce into the nacho

from your own version of the Volcano Taco will be the red shell, but the taste is completely

cream on top – that’s what IHOP’s Cinn-A-Stack pancakes were; absolutely drool-worthy! These

this discontinued menu item. All it needs is some creative menu hacking and a kind soul
in the kitchen! To get started, order a regular stack of buttermilk pancakes and ask for it
to be topped with some cream cheese frosting (which is still used in other IHOP menu items).

(which is used for Cinnamon Swirl French Toast and Mexican Churro pancakes). Add a scoop
of whipped cream and you are ready to dig into your Cinn-A-Stack pancakes! The deep-fried Pickle-O's from Sonic Is there anything more comforting than a deep-fried
snack that hits just the right spot between crispy on the outside and juicy and tender
on the inside? One such amazing snack at the popular fast food chain, Sonic, is the Pickle-O’s.
With a catchy name like Pickle-O’s, these little fried chips of dill pickle deliciousness
were a hit with customers, especially in the deep South of the U.S. Though formally discontinued
at other outlets, insiders say that if you squint and look, they might still be available
on the menus of select Sonic outlets, particularly in the Southern U.S. What are Pickle-O’s?
They are nothing but pieces of dill pickles dipped in batter and deep-fried to achieve

more customers than the million or more that it already has. If you are a Starbucks fan,
you are sure to have been overjoyed at the prospect of enjoying yet another novelty drink
from your favorite coffee shop. But it can be equally disappointing when that new favorite
drink of yours is taken off the menu without any explanation. One such example is the Salted
Caramel Mocha Frappuccino. While the name itself is a mouthful, this delicious drink
was again a limited-time holiday season offering. It was a delectable blend of coffee, milk,

was one of the items available on the very first menus of Taco Bell and was well-liked

items on the menu of any fast food restaurant would be the Frings from Jack in the Box.
Frings are simply a combination of fries and onion rings served in the same box or bag,
and can be enjoyed with a variety of dipping sauces like ketchup, mayonnaise or mustard.
They were first added to the Jack in the Box menu in 1979 but discontinued soon after in
the early 1980s. While the general public did not seem to care much for them, some customers

even a Twitter handle dedicated to it! The Spicy Chicken Biscuit consisted of a spicy
chicken fillet placed inside a buttery flaky biscuit. While the spicy version of this innovative
breakfast item is available only across 44 cities in the U.S., the non-spicy version
