In todayâs video, you will learn in eightÂ
quick steps how to optimize performance,  get more FPS, and fix FPS drops andÂ
stutter in VALORANT on Low-End PC. Hey! What's Up? I am Victor and welcomeÂ
back to another video of this channel! In the first step, I will show youÂ
some settings to make Google Chrome  use less RAM and free up more RAM forÂ
VALORANT, improving FPS and performance. First, open Google Chrome.
Now, click on these three dots in the  upper right corner and then click on âSettingsâ.
After that, select the âPerformanceâ section and  then enable the âMemory Saverâ option.
Now, select the âSystemâ section. And lastly, disable âContinue RunningÂ
Background Apps When Google Chrome is Closedâ. In the second step, you will disable theÂ
fullscreen optimizations in VALORANT,  because this feature can causeÂ
performance issues in some computers. First, open the VALORANT installation folder.
To find the VALORANT installation path,  open the VALORANT settings in the Riot Client.
After that, navigate to âShooterGameâ,  âBinariesâ and âWin64â.
Now, right-click on the  âValorant-Win64-Shippingâ fileÂ
and then click on âPropertiesâ. After that, select the âCompatibilityâ tab andÂ
then check âDisable Fullscreen Optimizationsâ. And lastly, click on âApplyâÂ
and âOKâ to save the change. In the third step, you will set VALORANTÂ
as high priority process, to make Windows  dedicate more performance to the game, gettingÂ
more FPS and fixing FPS drops and stutter. First, download the âHigh Priority - ValorantâÂ
file using the link in the description below. After that, unzip the file onÂ
your desktop using âWinRARâ. Now, right-click on the âHigh Priorityâ file,  click on âShow More OptionsâÂ
and then click on âMergeâ. After that, click on âYesâ and âOKâ toÂ
enable the High Priority in VALORANT. And lastly, if you want to go back to the DefaultÂ
Priority, just merge the âDefault Priorityâ file. In the fourth step, you will preventÂ
Windows Apps from running in background,  to ensure that these apps don't slow down yourÂ
computer and worsen performance in VALORANT. First, press âWindowsâ and âRâ on the Desktop.
In the âOpenâ field, type âgpedit.mscâ  and then click on âOKâ.
After that, navigate to âComputer  Configurationâ, âAdministrative Templatesâ,Â
âWindows Componentsâ and then âApp Privacyâ. Now, double-click on âLet WindowsÂ
Apps Run in The Backgroundâ. Then select the âEnabledâÂ
option in the left upper corner. After that, under âDefault forÂ
All Appsâ, select âForce Denyâ. Lastly, click on âApplyâÂ
and âOKâ to save the change. In the fifth step, I will show you threeÂ
options that you can enable in Windows,  to prevent your system from limiting yourÂ
computer's performance, making you get  the maximum possible performance in VALORANT.
First, search for âGame Modeâ in the Start Menu  and then click on âGame Mode Settingsâ.
After that, make sure that the Game  Mode is enabled, otherwise enable it.
Then, just select this section called âGraphicsâ. In the âSearch This Listâ field, type âVALORANTâ.
After that, click on âVALORANTâ and then  click on âOptionsâ.
Now, select the âHigh  Performanceâ option and then click on âSaveâ.
After that, press the keys âWindowsâ and  âRâ on your desktop.
In the âOpenâ field,  type âpowercfg.cplâ and then click on âOKâ.
Finally, just select Windows High  Performance Power Plan or CPU HighÂ
Performance Power Plan if available. In the sixth step, you will learnÂ
some performance settings on NVIDIAÂ Â Control Panel. And these settings canÂ
increase FPS and performance in VALORANT. First, right-click on Desktop, click on âShowÂ
More Optionsâ and then âNVIDIA Control Panelâ. After that, select theÂ
âManage 3D Settingsâ section. Now, under âAmbient Occlusionâ select âOffâ. In âAnisotropic Filteringâ select âOffâ.
In âAntialiasing - Modeâ select âOffâ. Now scroll down and under âLowÂ
Latency Modeâ select âUltraâ. In âMulti-Frame Sampled AA (MFAA)â select âOffâ.
In âPower Management Modeâ select âPrefer Maximum Performanceâ. In âPreferred Refresh Rateâ select âHighest Availableâ.
In âShader Cache Sizeâ select âUnlimitedâ. In âTexture Filtering -Â
Qualityâ select âPerformanceâ. In âTriple Bufferingâ select âOffâ.
In âVertical Syncâ select âOffâ. And lastly, click on âApplyâÂ
to save all the changes. In the seventh step, you will lowerÂ
the Resolution Quality in VALORANT,  to increase FPS, but making the game blurry.
First, press âWindowsâ and âRâ on the Desktop. In the âOpenâ field, typeÂ
â%LocalAppData%/VALORANTâ and then click on âOKâ. Now navigate to âSavedâ, âConfigâ, then aÂ
folder with some letters and numbers in its  name and lastly the âWindowsâ folder.
After that, right-click on the  âGameUserSettingsâ file, select âOpenÂ
Withâ and then âChoose Another Appâ. Now, select âNotepadâ and then click on âAlwaysâ.
After that, scroll down until you  find the âScalabilityGroupsâ section.
Then, under âResolutionQualityâ, type â75â. And lastly, click on âFileâÂ
and âSaveâ to save the change. In the eighth step, I will show you the bestÂ
graphics settings in VALORANT for Low-End PC. First, open VALORANT.
Now, click on this gear in the upper  right corner and then click on âSettingsâ.
After that, select the âGeneralâ tab. Now, scroll down and under âShow Corpsesâ, âShowÂ
Bloodâ and âShow Bullet Tracersâ select âOffâ. After that, select the âVideoâ tab. Under âDisplay Modeâ, selectÂ
âFullscreenâ and then click on âApplyâ. After that, select the âGraphics Qualityâ tab.
Under âMultithreaded Renderingâ, select âOnâ. And lastly, in all these remainingÂ
options, select âLowâ and âOffâ. And that was the video!
