what is going on guys there's waffle here and welcome to bug snacks i i i genuinely don't really know what to expect with this game it looks so weird and like it done it looks like a complete and utter joke there's like food things like a strawberry with eyes there's these weird creatures this game came from the makers of octodad so you can already tell there's going to be a lot of strangeness in this game like i don't even know how to introduce it to you guys i'll just let the game kind of introduce itself i suppose so let's just jump into a new game going to slot number one and let's just jump into bug snacks oh it looks like we're commanding a ship here for some flying ship is this yep we're in like some flying ship there's a map an island i guess it's this island oh what in the oh i ketchup not like we're going needle for these shishka bugs though it's not like they get how do i uh scan that a bush that smaller bug snacks can hide and larger bug stacks will bounce off and scare away whatever's inside ooh so if we get a larger bug snacks to come over here and we can make it bounce off of it and then it'll scare out whatever's inside so maybe we hit it with ketchup and the bun here it seems like it maybe goes between these two bushes right here so it might be a good idea to put it there and we'll get another thing a ketchup oh overshot that whoops we'll go back to the thing we'll activate it here in just a bit once the bunger goes over there's the whole thing is covered in ketchup there's like ketchup fumes coming out oh here we go there we go we got one we got one nice we got a shish kebab i assume you can only catch one critter at a time yeah we have a a backpack down there look at that it's six slots and shish kebab just took down one slot so we'd catch five more critters it looks like on the bottom left so that's good to know let's grab some more of these uh ketchup things there you go literal bottles of ketchup growing on this can i please down this trap because it seems like a great area to get out on ketchup there you go 20 of them i got maxed out ketchup now nice all right let's go feed these two shish kebabs to the guy feed and there we go that thing actually you know it's like got a mushroom it's got like almost a strawberry it's got like a tomato head there and there's even like a toothpick in the middle of it too that's good eating all right last bit of business let's get revenge on those bunkers they're too wily for your trap but if you can get them all woozy and vulnerable you can scoop them right up with this net all right let's go catch ourselves some bungers oh another shishka bug what in the world you got bug night oh i could catch it whenever it's uh vulnerable now where's the bug net at seems stunned right now it looks like that that shish kebab got covered in ketchup got the bunger thing to attack it okay i don't even have to like grab it i just need to go near it and then it gives me the option to get it with a net right there that's good so i assume we have to do the same thing with this bunger maybe get two bungers next to each other oh wait hold on we have another yeah so we might need to get two bunkers and we can lure this one over there perhaps oh that didn't work it's like is that gonna work come on come here come here bunga i can't catch him like this i might as well try and lure him here here we go here we go then uh we'll hit one of them with ketchup boom nice and then we'll get it with the net nice we got the bunger all right that plan worked out really well all right let's go feed us to when she went out hunting so that's how you became a mayor i mean i wasn't really in charge nobody took me seriously but as long as lisbert came back with bug snacks everything was fine so what happened to snacksburg one day liz brook went out hunting and she didn't come back i tried to step up and keep everybody calm technically i was in charge right but that didn't last long why didn't it last that was a big fight and then an earthquake and then everybody decided they'd be better off alone they couldn't even keep us together for one day i honestly don't know what lizbert saw in me well i think we're done here [Music] sorry buddy i didn't want to bum you out liz burt might be gone but you're here now nobody listened to me but but you you're pretty good at stuff and well nobody hates you yet you can catch bug snacks and bring everybody back to snacksburg once they're here you can do some more interviews and figure out what happened to lisbert where should i start you should find gramble on the beach if we get his ranch going again that'll be a big help you could also go back and talk to befica i guess anyway i'll be here if you need any advice all right good luck buddy all right the big story did you know you've caught several requests active you can check your quests in the journal and pin the one you want to have up here on the corner yeah okay yeah we read that earlier let's confirm that all right there we go yeah i guess we can go back to bifika but yeah that explains why she had her own cave there randomly so that's cool oh lighting a fire in the rain this is crazy like i guess it's possible but man it's probably going to go out who knows that's pretty cool i guess we have a little bit of a start here with bug snacks we're getting introduced to the mystery of elizabeth's whatever her name was being like missing or whatever the the main explorer person that invited us here i guess she's gone therefore oh and stay look at that there's still no fall damage and yeah oh i guess they were making this house and didn't finish it so that sucks uh but yeah everyone left that town so well we need to go catch a bunch of bug snacks to get them on a good side to bring them back to town and oh a bunch of cacti you're blocking this path i bet that cactus guy is probably going to be able to unblock that perhaps ooh i know yeah we could worry about that maybe in the future the mill house and there's a bridge here that can go down it looks like yeah it looks like there's a lot of different paths you can take here let's look at the map how do i open up the map guys there's no quick thing to open up the map uh yeah there's a lot of space around here still that we can explore to find all these different characters and stuff like that but we're going to be doing that next time because i'm like we're already around the 40 minute mark right now so might as well end it right here and then we'll pick up where we left off next episode so thank
