It is easy to chop if you use a potato peeler. 35g Green onion taking a walk. Cut the belly. It makes it easier to cut into small pieces. Sausages (My sausage is short so I need 1.2 for each roll). Make some slits on the front and back. Medium heat. Cooking oil. Sizzling. sizzling. Delicious smell. 4 Cute eggs. ‘Oh, I'm left alone’. 1/2 tsp of Salt. Pepper. Put cabbage, carrot and green onion. Low heat. Cooking oil. A ladleful of cabbage mixture in a heated pan. Spread it thinly. Cheese and sausages. My sausage is short :( so I cooked one more sausage. Place the end at the bottom to attach it well. It is delicious so I need one more. Put cheese and sausages. And roll it. You can skip the sausages and add cheese only. You can add spam or other kinds of ham instead of sausages. You can change cheese and vegetables according to your taste. It looks more chubby than previous one...??! Move it around and shape it. Place it nicely on a plate. Beautiful! Let it cool a little. And cut into small size. Wow! It looks delicious!. Yum. Yum. Yummy cabbage omelette roll!. You can eat it with ketchup.
