And so, we unpacked the cylinder block liners, we installed rubber seals in special holes in the cylinder block, these holes were previously cleaned, we put rubber seals on the cylinder block liners , we clean the drainage holes in the cylinder block with air, we lubricate - if you don’t lubricate - it won’t go , we install liners in the cylinder block, we turn the block over cylinders unscrew the yokes again, blow everything with air , install the crankshaft liners, lubricate the seats , install the crankshaft into the cylinder block, install the yokes in place, lubricate the bolt heads, tighten the bolts - without clamping them with a torque wrench, clamp the bolts with a given force, tighten the pistons , prepare the pistons for installation in the cylinder block, install the piston rings. install the liners in the connecting rods lubricate the cylinders before installing the pistons install the piston lubricate all the tools that we use in this and other videos are sold in our store. Many subscribers know him) Cheerful guy) we tighten the bolts without clamping them , we tighten the bolts with the necessary force with a torque wrench , we increase the force, we put marks , we stretch the bolts to the required number of degrees , it’s not an easy task) we open the new heat exchanger , we put the seals on the new one, since there were shavings in the old one, we install the heat exchanger in place installed the fuel pipe, prepare the oil pan for installation, lubricate the oil pump and install it , install the engine oil intake, install the oil pan, take out the spare parts after washing , install the seals and install the fuel rail , install the thermostat housing , install the tubes, the intake manifold , the spacer cover of the cylinder head covers , tighten the bolts , the bracket for the axis of the rocker arms, the jumpers that push valves , we install the remaining axles of the pushers of the rocker arms, which came from another city , we install the exhaust manifold with the turbine, the pushers , the air compressor, the starter , the body from the fuel filter the fuel filter the hydraulic booster pump we install and connect the tubes the thermostat fuel actuators the tube we install the electronic engine control unit the engine cooling pump the exhaust brake control valve we connect all the tubes the generator installed the engine rollers, the belt tensioner we install the engine belt the centrifuge filter we prepare and install the fuel injectors we install clamps fuel injectors install rocker arms now it is necessary to adjust the valves install viscous coupling valve covers with impeller installed breather oil filter clutch install the clutch disc using a special guide shaft install the clutch basket ready) remember where we started ... and here is the result! fully assembled Scania DC12 engine, then install it on the car and make the first start after repair very quickly install the engine on the car install the gearbox on our channel there is a video in which we repair the Scania gearbox - if you are interested, come in and watch the battery charged. The fuel system in this car is HPi, there is no fuel pumping, so when the fuel runs out, this car is difficult to start. Am I right?
