You are preparing for a wondrous sleep. Feel the warmth where you lay. The covers
are cosy and your head is on a snug pillow. Your eyes are closing and you
feel the comfort of your bed. Your head is relaxing as it gently
sinks into the soft surface. Your neck and torso loosen as the
ease begins to run through you. Your hips and legs follow in feeling this light
and comfortable sensation. Your mind is shifting into a state of peace. Feel soft energy flowing
around you and through you. Feel how this soft energy slowly
surrounds you in a web of relaxing light. Through this light, relaxing dome that is covering
you, feel how only cosy and light thoughts are permitted to come in and to become part
of your soothing experience. Everything else remains outside of this dome of light. Now think about the love residing inside you. Feel its intensity expand as you
visualise sharing it with another. Remind yourself how you would like to manifest the being who is elevated and is
with you in mind, body and spirit. With these thoughts your energy
begins to gently rise above your body. See it float through the night sky into space. You slowly drift towards a land of dreams. You pass by soft bright energies and cosmic entities
as your light transcends into another universe. Here, the air is fresh, light, with a
sweet aroma of flowers and fauna. It is similar to your own earth’s atmosphere
but feels cleaner and easier to inhale. In your mind’s eye you can
see a field of soft colour. Blue, purple, pink and yellow
all meshing into each other. The place around you is magical
with lots of twinkles of lights. In the expanse before you,
visualise a pinpoint of bright light which stands out from all the
others. It shimmers in the distance. Just as you acknowledge this gleam, its energy begins to drift closer and closer to
you emanating an aura of warmth and affection. Your whole being is starting to illuminate
with a sense of joy and adoration as the energy draws in closer.
The familiarity of the energy is becoming overwhelming. The closeness you feel to it can only mean one
thing. You are encountering the presence of your eternal life partner and soul mate right
here in this beautiful, mystical place. You feel the desire this presence
of energy holds for you. It is focused on you and only
you. Feel it wanting to get close. Feel your own being wanting to entwine with it. Hear a gentle voice emanate from the light - ‘I love you and I have always
loved you and I always will’. A rush of relief and joy in a form of
shivers running through your being. Feel this wonderful experience through gratitude, as you find yourself
enveloped in such closeness to another being. Love flows in waves almost pulsating. To
your person from you and from them to you. Feel the comfort and security
that is second to none. Slowly the light manifests into a physical being
who’s physical presence makes your eyes smile. See your life partner stand before you manifested just as you hoped. From head
to toe - your perfect manifestation. You have always imagined yourself
together as one with this being. In the past, present and future. More than the physical, you feel the overwhelming
connection in your heart to this magnificent soul. Feel your heart pulsate in your chest. Hear the gentle beat. This being, your ultimate love -
knows everything about your being. You are aware that they love
you for each and every aspect. Feel their compassion and understanding for every
emotion and action you have ever experienced. As you look at the physical form
you see the emotion in their eyes, there is nothing but love. The gaze upon you is with an
ethereal devotion and benevolence. Look into their eyes. Feel a soft touch on the side of your face.
With this gentle caress a tingle runs through your entire body which makes you fall slowly
towards a satisfying, content relaxation. Your whole spirit is in a
state of contentment and joy. There’s a wondrous atmosphere surrounding you. All the smells, warmth and
comfort of this magical world are running through every cell of your body. The pinnacle of this experience is in the
knowledge that your soul mate is with you. Your friend, confidante and companion is
radiating an energy of tenderness and passion which meets with all your heart’s desires. ‘It is all for you’ - you hear the soft voice
speak again. ‘I will always be with you. You are safe with me. My heart and soul
are yours and you are my every desire.’ These words resonate with you because
you too feel the same for your soulmate. Again an emotion of bliss and gratitude
shimmering through you, relaxing you further. You both look at each other
with adoration and affection. The intimacy cannot be described by any words. There is a passion in this union
which overrides any other. See your true-love envelope you
in their arms and hold you close. Feel the comfort of the embrace and how
it takes you to another level of passion. The tenderness of the touch is perfect. You lift your head gently. As you do
a gentle kiss is laid upon your lips. The soft warm skin touching your
mouth elevates you to a feeling of intense love and fondness for
your magnificent manifestation. You hear your soulmate whisper: ‘I promise to
meet you in the earthly realm very soon. You’ll recognise me, my love, as I will be
the one who sees you with these eyes’. As you hear the voice sing these words, look up to see the gaze of devotion
you are now become familiar with. This unique look can only be that of
your beloved, companion and true love. Now allow yourself to allow to come back
down from this realm of warmth and light. You can still the presence of your true love, and you will be taking it with you into
your next destination - the realm of dreams. So slumber some more, becoming deeply cosy. Allow for sleep to take hold of you. You are in a state of calm, peace and comfort. The fondness, adoration and affection you’ve just felt is lulling you
toward deep, satisfying of sleep. Intimacy, tenderness and passion are
all experiences you now anticipate. Turn your focus to the warm
embrace of your eternal companion. With the feeling of safety that this feeling
brings, allow yourself to begin to gently fall asleep…
