[Music] so in this video we going to have a look on how to ma this effect so for this I'm going to use this short uh which is downloaded from pexels.com I'll put the link in the description down below so let's begin okay so first we need to open up after effects then we're going to uh import that footage that I just shown and go ahead to the directory and select the file grab it to a new com and then now uh here we need to track it so in order to track you need to have a Tracker if you don't have come to window and turn on tracker and you will find it here so now we don't want to track motion but track camera and it will start tracking so come to advance and click details analysis to get better results and it was start analyzing so let's wait for it so it's solving the camera now it might take a while so okay okay so now solving is done we can see we have so many trackers if you turn on these render track points then you will have uh trackers while playing the video so as you can see it's totally accurate so we need to select some of the tracker for the final uh tracking so let's just come to the first Fram and see how it looks like so now uh in order to uh see it uh you need to grab uh this laser tool by holding uh left click and then moving it around to select multiple uh points and yeah I think it's not perfectly selected so select this and click right click can create solid and camera so now we will have this so turn off this for now because we want to see is it direct well or not so as you can see the plan is uh stick to the ground and this is what we want so let's play it yeah it's perfect perfectly working and uh now we need to export this data to blender so in order to export it you need to have a tool uh so I will put the link in the description you need to uh install the script file for after effect I will put the link in the description download it and install it in after effect so now if you installed it then and now what you need to do you need to come to After Effects again and uh you will be able to export this data for blender so come to file select everything in the timeline and then come to files uh come to scripts and Export composition data to Json so click it and now you need to select a location where you want to save that file so I love that location let's just uh save it give it a name and hit save so I'm going to grab it to here and hit sa okay so hit export and the data will be exported now it's time to import this data into blender in order to do that I will put the link in the description for the Aron uh because uh you will be required to uh get this addon and uh uh you will be able to import the J Json file so if you install this uh in order to install it uh come to edit uh because you have to manually install this add-on uh yeah preferences addons and uh search for after effect and you will find this one here okay so come to file import and you will get after effect composition uh go to the location where you Saed it and yeah it's here so import it so now as you can see we got that file and uh yeah we need we don't need that uh plan in the front so select it and hit X to delete this one because we don't need it now select the camera uh let me just select the camera and come to uh the let me just let me just rotate it a little bit come to camera view and uh come to camera settings scroll down uh tick on the background image change it to movie CP and open the clip that I given the link in the description and you would have this clip so now increase the opacity something like this and uh yeah if you play it it's not pretty perfect because uh in after effect the timeline starts from uh zero but in blender it start from one so select the uh 3D tracker and grab it to one so let's just grab it to one yeah it will be perfect so now play the video and as you can see it's perfectly track you can now add any kind of object into it which will be tracked perfectly so now select the uh empty and hit shift Ace cursor to select Ed so now if you add any object into there it will be stick into the ground it will not move uh so I'm going to add a monkey for now scale it up slightly make sure that the object stays on the surface of the plant if you move it up then it will feel like it's floating in the air and it doesn't look realistic so I'm just going to rotate it on an x-axis to perfectly align with the plan slightly rotated and grab it on z-axis okay so come to camera view if we not play it it's perfectly tracked as you can see so now we can add any kind of object into these and it will be looking realistic yeah perfect so uh I think this is not enough so we need to have uh character if you like we can add a character from miimo so come to miimo if you have an account login if you don't have then sign up for free but I have account so let's click login and login into my account so okay I I am I'm login to my account so now these are different characters we're going to select this boy character it will be loaded here if it's loaded then we can come up to animations and we can add animation into our character so it's loaded right now uh let to load texture and now come to animations you can select any kind of Animation but in my case I'm going to select dance and uh yeah it might take a while it depends on internet so I'm going to select one of the animation so going to select that one and this animation will be applied to the character just click it and it will be applied to the character as you can see it's applied so now you can just hit a download to get this file into blender uh as you can see it's perfect and we we need to hit download here don't change anything just hit download it's preparing for download just for a moment okay it's downloading this asset so okay let started downloading it so it's now downloaded let's get back to blender and come to so delete this monkey for now I'm going to hit file import and uh import fbx so uh let's see the file name if it's okay so it's Breck dance okay I'm going to import this file so come up to your blender and search for Brick dance and it will be imported so it's not in a perfect position we need to grab it to the plan so let's just first check that our animation works fine yeah I'm going to make the ending frame to one six because animation ends there so animation works so hit shift a selection to cursor and these will be sna into the cursor so it's pretty small you need to make it bigger according to the footage and I think this is perfect and uh yeah if we play it it's perfectly working scale it slightly yeah it's working perfectly so now we have to add some elements uh that is uh important so if I go to render viw you can see there's nothing happening so first we need an hdri so we don't have a special hdri for the scene what I have done that I have uh took a screenshot of the footage then use this screenshot as a background so we will have the same lighting for the character so come to file manager come to the video that we have loaded and open it uh stop it and then hit uh Windows shift and S to take a screenshot and then and then come to World click it and environment texture hit open and head up to the uh image that we have just captured come to pictures and then screenshots and then select the image that we just captured so here we go if you go render view so we can see that uh it's not hidden so come to render setting file and hit transparent to hide this one for now so we want shadows in our scene but in Eevee you can you can't make shadows for the character because you will have that plan but we can change the render to Cycles to get Shadows on the floor for the character so I'm going to add a plan scale it up go to x-axis rotate it slightly something like this and now we can scale it up so get to camera view and scale it accordingly okay so now uh first we need to change the render engine into cycles and then come to object properties scroll down and come to visibility and turn on Shadow catcher and now the character will cast shadow Shadows uh for now uh we're going to just it slightly and uh yeah we can hide the plan the tracking plan because we don't need it anymore so let's just hide it in the vport and also in the final render because we don't need any more need just don't delete it okay so we got the file come to camera settings and yeah everything is perfect I think just turn off everything to see your viewp put perfectly so if you play it as you can see it's perfectly casting shadows and lighting for now we can hide this one because we just want to see it okay yeah I think it's fine and we can move on with that one but we can do another setting as well uh select uh the Armature and just grab it on an xaxis we will have more space for the character to remove yeah it's working perfectly you can add any kind of character or object or something else by tracking like that and it's totally perfect yeah okay so change the device to GPU compute and come to render and if I turn on the plan we will have shadows okay so now uh let's just uh go to compositing before going to compositing we need to render an image uh yeah I think samples are a lot so come to solid View and change the samples number to 100 or something because we want we just want to render it faster to show you how to do this okay so I'm going to hit shift a and uh first I will render one image I rendered it and come to compositing hit use nodes and then get a output of Vier nodee just plug it into that and uh hit shift a uh add a movie clip so I'm just going to grab it to here okay shift a search for movie clip and select the footage that we imported into blender and now uh I think I need an alpha over nodee search for it and connect it to here grab the image and plug it into the image uh I think invert it something like this and you will have a perfect background with the foreground without messing with other settings so you can plug this image into the composite also and that's it so we got the final result so thanks for watching
