the last one first one so then if I'm going to reap a future abundant Harvest I have to make sure I'm sowing present abundant good seeds to make sure that I'm the seeds that I'm sowing as thoughts in the garden of my mind are good seeds that's why it's so important to read I have to make sure that the seeds that I'm sowing as words that I'm speaking to the people that I'm communicating with are good seeds you better grow up and get to the point as a man that if you ever get beat you better get beat by somebody that's just that's just purely more talented than you are you better not ever get beat by somebody because you beat yourself you have to take advantage of an opportunity of a lifetime and a lifetime of the opportunity let me tell you something you sit in this room you think you're gonna be 18 for the rest of your life you think you're gonna be 19 for the rest of your life you got an opportunity right now that you won't have five years from now you have an opportunity right now that you'll never have people say why you grind so hard eat I might not be the number one motivational speaker in the world five years from now I gotta get everything I can get right now every book I can write and listen to me my school is being paid for by the athletic department I'm hot right now you want to figure out something that you're doing with your life that's worth not getting drunk and screwing up yeah right because that's fun yeah you want to have something on the other side of that teeter-totter that has some value you bet you bet and so that you can think no no I'm not going to get drunk and screw that up right because you know you might say well why do people drink too much it's like if you like alcohol that's a stupid question yeah right it's like why do people drink too much well because it's great you know it's like okay so why stop well you do stupid things when you're drunk you hurt yourself you compromise your health it's really hard on the people around you you tend to turn into a liar and it screws up your life yeah it's like yeah but it's pretty fun yeah well it is but you need something better than that and what's better isn't being straight and and and and not making mistakes it's like that's all Prohibition in some sense what's better is no you need an adventure man you need to get out there and have something to do yeah and and something worth waking up for and you need that's the substitute for the addiction some of you after this there may not be another opportunity let me tell you what I tell athletes the worst thing in the world is not growing up in poverty the worst thing in the world is growing up in poverty and coming here and getting worshiped and not taking advantage of this and you gotta go back to the hood that's that's the worst thing that could ever happen to a bro traveling and being in hotels and seeing the world and eating like you eating and not taking advantage of this and getting kicked out and going back home to the hood being somebody that they talk about because you were sweet for four years you better not lose this this is an opportunity of a lifetime your grandma counting on you to do the right thing your mama counting on you your cousins your brothers and sisters are counting on you to cash in on this opportunity I want you to chant it out this is it be phenomenal or be forgotten one two three one two
