the ground tilling is the breaking up of old ground in preparation for something new and fresh to be planted in its place tilling is simply the digging stirring and overturning of things that don't belong proverbs 28 13 says he that covereth his sins shall not prosper but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy there's no way that we will see a harvest if we try to plant on top of ground that has not first been prepared roots of doubt depression and anxiety are anxiously awaiting to sprout up along with our blessing so they can overtake what god has in store for us if there's going to be a harvest we first have to rid ourselves of the things that don't belong so as we pray tonight let's ask god to empty us and to ready us for something new join me as we pray jesus i love you i'm thankful for who you are and what you do god i know that in order to receive something this week a youthful fire revival i must first rid myself of the things that don't fall god purged me purged me with his of god created me a clean heart oh god and renew a right spirit within me god i want to see things this week i want to see miracle signs and wonders god we want to see holy ghost filled people throughout this place but god we absolutely would remove doubt that you would remove depression anxiety fear it does not belong in your house it does not belong on this ground and god we we're starting to lace the groundwork for the glory to be to be filled up in this place in the midst of those moments god is beginning to turn situations around he's beginning to allow such uh solutions to come into problems and answers to questions that you walked into this house in before god is beginning to meet that need can we get the lord and this praise team another good hand clap of that he's here and he's going to preach preach the house down this week and i'm just thankful for this man of god i'm thankful for his ministry and i know he's he's got a word from the lord he's going to obey the lord and again let's get behind him and i want to go ahead at this moment start of this revival thank our pastor our leadership and all those again for the work that they've put into this and i going we make it what it is amen and the lord gives the increase i'm thankful for all the work and all the dedication that's been placed and put before it and again i'm just so thankful to be a one of you i sure do love and appreciate this church and the leadership of this church and i want to give them honor and say thank you so much older brother mayo it's so good to see you and your family love and appreciate you aren't you thankful for your pastor here tonight amen and then of course brother brent may oh god bless you and their uh their family and their little baby boy he wasn't here the last time i was here but he's here now and so i honor you and your family and of course my friend brother hunter gibson uh doing a great job leading the youth here at this great church let's give all the leadership a big hand praise god and i am anticipating what god's going to do over the next few nights i'll go ahead and tell you i'm not here just to preach you some good messages and then leave but i'm here to see god do something in the lives of young people and i'm here to see god do something in the lives of some moms and some dads and even some elders that are in this room here today if you're here god has something for your life and you ought to go ahead and make up your mind right now i'm not leaving this revival the same way that i came i said i'm not leaving this revival the same way that i came [Music] but i want to leave with a touch from god amen genesis chapter 32 verse number 24 again thank you so much for having me and i look forward to what god's going to do over the next few nights and genesis 32 and verse number 24 and jacob was left alone everybody say alone and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day and when he saw that he prevailed not against him he touched the hollow of his thigh and the hollow of jacob's thigh was out of joint as he wrestled with him and he said let me go for the day breaketh and he said i will not let thee go except thou bless me and he said unto him what is thy name and he said jacob and he said thy name shall be called no more jacob but israel for as a prince has thou power with god and with men and has prevailed. i want to look at verse 24 one more time in this god moment that jacob had the bible said that jacob was left alone jacob was left alone because there are some experiences with god that you do not get until you embrace seasons of loneliness and i believe the holy ghost wants to help every person in this room because we all deal with it at some point in our lives we deal with loneliness and god wants to help us with that everybody say leave me alone come on say leave me alone there are some things and some people you might have to say leave me alone to in order to embrace the season that god has you in so that you can become everything god has destined for you to become in those seasons of loneliness would you lay your bibles down all over the house and would you just lift your hands and lift your voice one more time if i could have a little help with these monitors lift your hands and lift your voices all over the house god we love you we thank you jesus for your presence for your power for your touch god we thank you for the anointing of the holy ghost and god i pray that you would wrap your arms around somebody in this room under the sound of my voice that's dealing with loneliness god wrap your arms around them and let them know that this is a gift that this season is not punishment that this is not something that they did wrong god but that this is a season that you have ordained for their life so that you can draw them closer to you and hey this is an apostolic church can we lift our voices i'm asking you to pray right now i know this is a youth revival but i'm preaching to everybody in this room right now i need some elders to lift your voice because god can minister to you right now i need some moms and dads to help me right now come on lift your voice all over the house hallelujah jesus we're not moving any further until i feel liberty to move further we're apostolic we're apostolic would you just lift your voice and pray in the holy ghost i want you to pray in the spirit until you feel liberty in this room right now the atmosphere has got to be prepared for the word of the lord to go forth we're setting precedent for thursday and friday right now we're setting a precedent for the next two nights right now let's start off with an atmosphere where the supernatural can be released hallelujah jesus hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah let's put our hands together all over the house thank you jesus hallelujah jesus would you just shout hallelujah all over the house come on shout it one more time hallelujah jesus amen god bless you you can be seated leave me alone i have often asked god not to give me anything if i can't handle it because before god ever blesses me with a gift i want to be sure that my character can keep me where that gift carries me and i have often coupled that request with asking god to keep me in the process as long as it takes for me to become the man that i'm supposed to become because old wineskins can't hold new wine if new wine is mixed with old wineskins then the vessel is destroyed i don't want to be gifted at the expense of being lost and that's the case with many giants of scripture the ministry was built before the man was built and it ended with them losing their soul so the vessel has to be prepared to maintain what it's trusted with that's why there is a process we have to endure in order to be everything that god has destined us to be adam and eve are prime examples of success too soon because they bypassed the process they never had to grow into their greatness and it should serve as a warning to us tonight that the first overnight success was the first to fall into sin god created adam and eve and brought them into this world as adults and the process from infancy to childhood to adolescence and adulthood was a process that they never had to endure and it is such a tragedy when you consider that god gave them the greatest gift that he could ever give to humanity he did not give them an office or a pedigree or popularity or a platform but he gave them the gift of himself adam and eve were the only two people in the world and there was nobody else to talk to there was nobody no social media to distract them there was no sickness to ask for healing there was no storm that needed calming there was no battle that needed fighting it was just them and god they never had to fight for god's attention adam and eve were the focal point of the creator of the universe he simply wanted them and god simply wants you and they never realized it instead of focusing on relationship with him they focused on being elevated and the serpent in his deception caused them to believe that they could be like god and one act of flesh caused them to lose fellowship with god how different would the story be if they had desired god the way god desired them even more how different would the story be if they desired god the way they desired being promoted we can't get so wrapped up in what we call opportunity that we lose sight of the greatest opportunity they had the greatest opportunity available to them and they never realized it and that opportunity was being alone with god because man has fashioned its own idea of opportunity and it is so far from god's idea of opportunity can i tell you you don't find him in the pulpit you find him in the prayer closet you don't find him on the stage you find him in the secret place you don't find god in the opportunity you find god in obscurity prayer is still the greatest privilege and his presence is still the greatest prize and we can't be a generation that measures spirituality by man's opportunities because too many gifted people get frustrated with god because nobody knows who they are or where they're from and there are young people in this room with all the gifting and all the talent and all the potential in the world and you have found yourself being frustrated with god because nobody knows who you are nobody knows where you're from nobody knows what kind of gifting you have but there is an advantage in obscurity so as i have asked god not to give me anything i can't handle and to keep me in the process as long as it takes he has shown me that he has already trusted me with a gift and that gift is being alone with him and so the question is can god trust you with loneliness or will you squander it away like adam and eve when we feel that longing for company will we reach for the cell phone and scroll through social media platforms in an effort to connect with the world or will we find a place of privacy and spend time with god when the urge of fellowship visits us will we call our friends or will we open our bibles and see what god is wanting to speak to us for the day because there are some experiences we don't have until it's just us and god god said i called abraham alone and blessed him and increased him jacob was left alone and wrestled with an angel until the breaking of day and his name was changed from jacob to israel god told moses in exodus 24 that he alone can come near the lord on the mountain joseph was thrown in the pit by his brothers and began his journey to the palace alone david was alone in the field when he was called to be the king of israel banaya killed lions and appeared on a snowy day when he was alone daniel said i was alone and i saw a great vision daniel saw god shut the mouths of lions alone and matthew said jesus went up into a mountain to pray and when evening was come he was there alone luke said jesus was alone praying john said when they came to take jesus by force he departed into a mountain alone and before a corn of wheat can bear fruit there must be a season where it's hidden in the ground and it abides alone hebrew said that the priest went into the holy of holies alone and john was alone on the isle of patmos when he was caught up into the third heaven and wrote the book of revelation because there are some experiences you don't get until you learn to embrace loneliness so what god does when destiny is on the life of an individual is he prepares them by hiding them in a place of obscurity and anonymity often to the point of loneliness moses spent most of his life being hid in a process of preparation he was hidden three months after he was born until pharaoh's daughter drew him from the river he was hidden in midian 40 years until he encountered a burning push and when he died god hid his body so well even the devil could not find it but perhaps the most powerful season of moses being hidden was when god hid him in the cleft of the rock god spoke to him and said moses there is a place by me and thou shalt stand upon a rock and it shall come to pass while my glory passeth by that i will put thee in a cleft of the rock and i will cover thee with my hand while i pass by god said hey moses even though you're lonely there is a place by me can i tell you that a place by god is usually a place that is away from everybody else and because moses was hidden when he saw the hinder parts of god he was able to write the book of genesis and genesis is the foundation of all other revelation if you don't have a genesis you don't have any other revelation in scripture god was saying i've got to get you alone so i can give you a revelation that will lay the foundation for all other revelation hey moses there is a place by me and even though you're hidden i will cover you with my hand that word place there it literally means a position or location so can i encourage somebody today that's in a place of loneliness loneliness is not a condition it is a position it is not a limitation it is a location that's been divinely ordained of god loneliness is a gift that can allow us to know god in ways we never thought possible however we have to realize that loneliness is most often only an emotion not a reality elijah vented to god in frustration and said god i'm the only one left but god responded and said you're not alone there are seven thousand more that are just like you you just don't know who they are or where they're at elijah felt the emotion of loneliness even though he wasn't lonely can i tell you that when god wants to talk to you you can be in a room full of people and that emotion will remain because when we go to god in prayer and ask him to take away our loneliness he does it by giving us the company of himself not other people and so instead of getting frustrated that you feel alone you should be thankful that god loved you enough to separate you from the crowd and give you the gift of himself and i'm preaching to people in this room you go to a job with an office full of people you attend to school and sit in a class full of people you live in a house full of people and you're even in a room right now full of people yet you feel like you're the only one in the room you feel like nobody understands you and you struggle with insecurity because you try to make friends and fit in but for some reason you don't feel like you belong anywhere you never mixed in with the in-crowd and the popular group but god will cause you to feel that emotion until you learn to let that emotion drive you to a place of prayer loneliness is a gift that god has got to be able to trust you with and when god wants to prepare you for greatness he will hide you in a season of loneliness until you have an encounter with him that will transform your world god told moses i'm gonna hide you in the cleft of the rock and i'm going to cover you with my hand can i tell you today if you're lonely in this house you better never mistake that for god's hand not being on your life but the hand of god is covering you more in this season than any other season can i get some help with this let's lift our hands all over the house come on let's lift our hands right now god's ministering to somebody in this room god's hand is on your life in a season of loneliness more than any other season in your life you hear me young person god the last thing you need to think in this season of loneliness is that god has forgotten about you god said i have loved you enough to separate you from the crowd so that i can have fellowship with you for myself david said hide me under the shadow of thy wings in the time of trouble he will hide me in his pavilion hide me from the counsel of the wicked david understood being hid by god was for protection moses was a hebrew but he never encountered the god of the hebrews until he was hidden in a place of loneliness in a place of obscurity moses encountered god when a bush burned but wasn't consumed and out of that bush god spoke to him and said moses i am that i am but moses was not an overnight success like adam and eve moses had to endure the process moses was hid so moses could encounter god because god was about to expose moses to the rest of the world and the bible said that moses was in midian until the process of time there was a season that he had to stay there until he encountered god the way he was supposed to encounter god so god had to keep moses in the process long enough to be sure he had an experience with god because moses experience and private had to be greater than his exposure in public let me preach to a moses in this house here today god cannot use you right now the way he wants to use you because if he does you won't know how to handle it but if you'll just stay in that season of loneliness there will be something that is manifest in your life and when god uses you the way he wants to use you there will be balance in your exposure to the world let's lift our hands and let's pray right now he said i am that i am moses i am whatever you need me to be and moses voluntarily went to midian and stayed there for 40 years that word midian literally means a struggle he stayed in the struggle until he went to horeb which means a desolation and when moses struggled in desolation he finally got a revelation of who god was i am that i am and god said moses this revelation is so great that i appeared unto abraham isaac and jacob by the name of god almighty but by my name jehovah by my name i am was i not known unto them you see abraham knew god as jehovah jireh which means provider but that was the extent of his revelation of god but whenever god gave moses this revelation he did not give him a portion of who he was he gave him the entirety of who he was it's like god was saying moses your struggle is so great i will not limit your revelation to some of who i am but i'll give you a revelation of all of who i am if you're lonely in this house you stay in that place of loneliness and you'll have an encounter with god that nobody else around you is happening when you're alone god will speak to you things he does not speak to everybody else he'll share things with you moses i've never told anybody this i want to be so close to god that when i go to my place of prayer brother gibson that he gets in my ear and says i've never told anybody this before but because you're willing to separate yourself from the crowd i'm gonna trust you with this piece of information i want to be close to god and moses he was torn between two worlds he didn't know am i an egyptian or am i a hebrew he was torn between two worlds his dna said he was a hebrew but his upbringing said that he was an egyptian so moses was not just in that loneliness to find god moses was in loneliness to find moses he had to discover his own identity let me preach to you young person you might be in a season of loneliness and you don't know who you are but you are in that season of loneliness to discover yourself you're not just there to discover god you're there to discover yourself but it's also not just to find out who you are it's also to find out who you are not before he ever found out he'd be the pastor of the nation of israel he discovered that he was not an egyptian you may not know if you're going to be a preacher you may not know if you're going to be a pastor's wife you may not know if you're going to plant a church you may not know if you're going to start a campus ministry you may not know if you're going to be a missionary on foreign soil but one thing you can find out is that you're not an egyptian you might be in this world i wish i had some help in this house you might be in this world but you are not of this world hey and you better make up your mind right now i'd rather be alone with god than popular without god you can take your notoriety you can take your popularity but give me a relationship with god and that's all that i need and if your circle of friends tries to tell you you're an egyptian you need a new circle of friends let's pray right here right now let's pray let's lift our voices right now i need a mom and a dad to help me right now your kid's coming home from school and they're dealing with insecurity and struggles because they feel like they don't fit anywhere you better let them know young man young woman it's all right to be alone because when you're all by yourself you're in a position for god to get down off of his throne and wrap his arms around your life come on let's pray right here let's lift our voices come on let's pray let's pray let's pray young lady you better hear me don't you dare throw your don't you dare throw yourself in the arms of a boy that says he loves you but tomorrow he's going to forget who you are just because you're lonely and you want to feel accepted you're accepted by god and that's all that matters young man don't you dare try to fit in with the party crowd and the popular crowd you don't need to be accepted by them you need to be accepted by god hey and you fit in here baby you might not fit in in the cafeteria or at the party or at the ball game but you fit in at the altar you fit in at church you fit in at youth revival you want to shout about that right now you were not created to fit in with the world you were created to finish in the house of god [Applause] let's lift our hands and let's pray right now something's breaking in this atmosphere [Music] [Music] you got to understand the one preaching to you today i come from a broken home i know what it's like to be lost i know what it's like to come from dysfunction and then god get a hold of my life and i show up to school the next school year and i tell everybody that i'm called to preach and they start to shun me and they start to make fun of me i remember my high school basketball coach when i quit basketball so that i could live for god he cursed me out in front of all of my peers because i was a pentecostal preacher boy and i didn't want to play in his basketball team anymore i remember there was a time i sat down in the cafeteria and when i put my lunch straight down all of my old friends got up and walked off because they didn't want anything to do with me anymore i hope that every night when i was all alone i'd go to the bedroom of my home and i'd shut the door and i'd turn the lights off and i'd bury my face in a pillow and i'd say god i don't have anybody and god let me know i had him baby and as long as i've got him i don't need the friends at school you hear me young person you don't have to be the homecoming towards king or queen you ain't got to be the star quarterback or the head cheerleader you just get along with god and you're known by the one that matters the most [Applause] i feel him wrapping his arms around somebody in this room saying i love you when they rejected you when they didn't understand you when you felt like something was off about you i love you let's pray come on young person god's trying to let you know don't throw something away that's valuable just so you can fit in with people that don't even care about you they don't care about you at school they're going to forget about you as soon as you graduate but there is a god in heaven that's got a destiny for you that's got a future for your life hey mom and dad you might have made some mistakes in your teenage years or there might be some things you wish you would have done some experiences you never got to experience don't you dare try to cram it down your boy in your girl's throat just because you want to live vicariously through them your glory days are over i'm not trying to be rude but don't you dare cram worldly sports and hollywood and all kind of ungodliness in the party scene and dancing and dressing a certain way down their throat because you want to live vicariously through them if that boy feels a call to preach you better rally behind him and say i'd rather you preach the gospel than play high school paul young lady i'd rather you win a solo than be the head cheerleader you better cherish your child's call right now is a good time for the moms and dads to help this evangelist right now god's got a destiny for your baby he's got a future for your baby huh you know the greatest move of god that i've ever been a part of and it's hard for me to preach this without weeping because i'm preaching my life to you the greatest move of god i've ever been a part of was not at north american youth congress it wasn't at a camp or a camp meeting and i thank god for all of those things but the greatest move of god that i've ever been a part of was when the pain of loneliness it drove me to the altar it drove me to a place of prayer and i'd lay there on my face and i'd just weep in moments that i felt like the only person in the world were the moments that i felt like i was the only one god cared about in that moment because the god of heaven without fail would get off of his throne and he'd come and he'd meet with me and he'd tell me things that he didn't tell everybody else and he'd show me things that he didn't show everybody else i didn't preach that i i didn't i didn't print this message off of a website and come preach it to you i live this it's my life and you hear me young person you're worried about who knows you you're worried about nobody knowing where you're from or who you are you better thank god for that obscurity and that anonymity because it's in seasons of loneliness that you will have the greatest encounters with god and if you try to bypass hear me this is not just for the young people there's some elders in this room you've been living for god for years and you've been feeling all these emotions that i'm talking about and you haven't been able to quite put your finger on it you feel like something's wrong with you it's just the season of loneliness because god is trying to draw you to himself and second kings 11 a hathalya goes on a killing spree and she wants to wipe out the entire royal seed of david and she kills all the royal seed of david except for one baby boy by the name of joash and the bible says that while she's killing everybody else from the royal seat of david the maid takes that baby boy and hides him in the bed chamber and they stay there for six years until he is old enough to be elevated as king of the nation you never know what god is protecting you from in this season of loneliness god might be trying to protect you from throwing something valuable away because he knows if he allows you to get around certain crowds you're going to be tempted to do certain things that you would have never been tempted to do had you just embraced a season of loneliness with him you got to embrace this season because there are giftings that god wants to develop inside of you and when god finally allows you to finally feel accepted somewhere there's going to be a gifting in you there's going to be an anointing in you you're going to be able to walk to the pulpit and open up your mouth and preach what thus saith the lord you're going to be able to walk into a city and take dominion over the prince of that region because you've been alone with god you're going to walk into rooms and feel things on certain people and god's going to use you to minister to them in word of wisdom i'm in the holy ghost right now and he's going to use you to minister to them in word of wisdom and word of knowledge simply because you've been alone with him enough to be able to identify certain things let's lift our hands right here the holy ghost is trying to impart something into somebody's spirit right now i just feel like there's somebody there i'm preaching to everybody but there's some of you i'm preaching directly to you god wants this word to get in your spirit right now would you just lift your hands and lift your voice because if you bypass this season you're gonna miss the gifting you're gonna miss the anointing um that one that i'm preaching to that's been battling that spirit of insecurity that insecurity is there because you're trying to fit into groups god never meant for you to fit into and so when you felt rejection insecurity came with that feeling of rejection but the holy ghost wants me to tell you that if you will just embrace this season of loneliness he will place the gifting inside of you and you'll be able to walk with your shoulders squared and your head held high not because you become confident in you but because you become confident in who you serve there's a confidence that comes with knowing you've got a gifting in your life that came from a season of loneliness not making any sense right now and the nurse was hid with joe ash for six years just him and his nurse growing nurturing maturing until god said now it's time the boy can be king even though he was all alone god made sure he had everything he needed to keep growing in that season of loneliness you hear me you've got everything you need to continue to grow in god in this season of loneliness because as long as you've got a mouth to pray with you've got everything you need to grow in him in this season of loneliness let's stand and lift our hands all over the house if musicians could come i want you to lift your voices right now foreign lift your voice we're at a we're at a crossroads in this service right now this is a this is a pivotal moment in this church service right now you can leave with that same frustration you came with or you can leave with a hope and with an encouragement that you're going to embrace this season of loneliness young man young woman make up your mind you're not an egyptian and if you can just make up your mind you're not an egyptian god will show you okay this is who you are god might call you to preach tonight young man god might call you to plant a church tonight sir god might call you to be an intercessor god might call you to start a home bible study young lady god might put a foreign land on your heart tonight young lady come on lift your voice all over the house [Music] listen to me for just a moment here's what we're going to do god hid moses in the cleft of the rock nobody knew where he was but god gave him a revelation god hid aaron in the tabernacle and when he went beyond the veil alone nobody knew where he was but he experienced the glory of god god hid david in the field nobody knew where he was but he was anointed to become king you say nobody knows where i am nobody understands me i don't fit any anywhere nobody knows my last name to that i would say good you've been given a gift don't waste it because now you're positioned for an encounter with god that you don't get until you embrace loneliness i'm gonna pray and i feel like god wants to impart some things into this room i feel like gifts of the spirit we start to be manifest in your life whenever you embrace loneliness i feel like the call of god is going to be released into your life when you embrace loneliness revelation give things anointings they'll start manifesting whenever you embrace seasons of loneliness lift your hands all over the house by the authority of the name of jesus i release into this atmosphere every good and every perfect gift that comes down from the father of lights i release revelation i release the call of god to be distributed into the hearts and minds of every person that will purpose within their heart that they're going to embrace seasons of loneliness i lose hunger into this room that in this season of loneliness they would not get comfortable and complacent but that they would lean into you god and develop a sensitivity to the moving of the spirit and become more acquainted with your voice so that you do not have to shake them when you want their attention but all you'll have to do is gently touch them where you don't have to send a strong whirlwind to get their attention but that they can be sensitive enough to hear the rustling of leaves when the wind of the spirit blows god loose that in this room right now i release the gifts of the spirit into this house by the authority of the name of jesus and the power of the word of god if you're gonna embrace loneliness i want you to get out of your seat and i want you to come to this altar as they pray as they play and they sing come on young man out of your seat i want you around this altar i'm asking every individual in this room out of your seat around this altar come on come around this altar right now and i want you to lean into him right now if you want to find a place to pray in your seat that's fine i only ask that you pray i'm asking you if i preach to you tonight i'm asking you come out of your seat and gather around this altar if your baby's around this altar mom and dad you ought to rally around them right now because god wants to have fellowship with your kid come on i know this is not just for the young people i've preached to some elders in this room i preached to some young adults in this room i preached to the middle age in this room you need to tell social media leave me alone for a while you need to tell hollywood leave me alone you need to tell the voices of this world leave me alone because the only voice that matters is the voice of god lift your voice and pray all over the we gear it more towards the use and it's for the youth but this is for the church the church grows the church is edified in the end of it all amen we're going to pray at this special prayer remember of the church i thank you lord i pray lord that you would go with each and every one of us god that you would come back again lord we're careful to give you all the glory all the honor and all the
