XG3025 LS Tractor~~ Did LS Tractor Co. Fix THIS Tractor?

[Music] hello everybody this is Danny from Beach South homestead well guys LS just come and picked my other tractor up taking it back they left me alone er while we're discussing what we're gonna do and guess what the loaner they left me was my old tractor that I traded in on that one I liked it this tractor when I had it the only problem was they had a major issue with oil leaks on the front of the XG 30 25 and they shimmed it and replace this and replace that and finally I just got tired fooling with it so I traded it back in on a bigger tractor well since then the company has went back and fixed the frames on them and supposedly has well they had a recall on I guess you might say on the XG 30 25 s and they put new frames under them on the ones that was leaking oil now you can see down here I don't have the hood up but you can see they put a new frame system on it here and it's uh and it might very well correct the issue because it's exactly what I was telling them all along they was letting the motor be the frame and when you use the bucket on the front of it it was twisting and torquing the block causing it to leak now they've got a frame system put in here a heavy-duty frame system there's no more shims so supposedly they've got this thing fixed now I can't vouch for that because I haven't used a tractor yet so well know it's gonna start leaking oil or not but um they have put a frame system under it and it's uh and they put a brand new engine in it and you know how I know I know because I marked my motors I marked my tractors I have lots of places on a tractor I'm mark and when I checked it I said when I first looked at I said this thing sounds like my old tractor will I'm gonna show you how I know it was my old tractor because my old tractor did not have a backup light system on where I could see in the dark how to who cut my lights I'll hook up my implements on the tractor should I say so I installed a light on the back of it and I cut a hole in a dash to put a switch in it and guess what lookie here there's the hole I cut right there with a Rotozip tool for the switch to go on this tractor I knew that and then ain't the only reason there's another reason this tractor had a bad cylinder on the lift system one that they replaced and they replaced it with a different cylinder off of another tractor and I know because I'll show you the cylinder see this is what kind of cylinders come on the tractor right here this style right here and I'll show you the one on the other side that I had replaced this one is a totally different type barrel on this one and they brought it I simply don't match the other side and they said well it's the same cylinder has the same lift capacity and some some tractors have this style cylinders on them somehow the other style cylinders on them so they put this one on it and that's one another reason that I knew it was my tractor this tractor did not have a toolbox on it so I mounted a toolbox on it and I mounted it in these bolts right here this one and this one and I knew it was my tractor because I remember a limb got caught underneath a piece of metal I had running across here and it tore the paint on it really bad sitting right here where that metal was and I recognized that on it also so I knew when I saw that that this exactly was my old tractors so it's kind of sad that once I traded it in they fixed it rather than fixing it for me but you know it is what it is it's one of those things supposedly the XG 30 25 s are now fixed this one has no computer system on it that's one of the reasons I liked it is because it did not have a computer on it it just had the oil leak issue in the front that simple frame fix would have fixed it supposedly I don't know if the frame issue that they've done is going to fix it yet but I'll guarantee you by the time I finish using it I'll know because I know why they leaked I know what caused of the leak and I'll see if it does it so guys here we have a loaner LS stepped up to the plate they gave me a loaner while they took my tractor back and we make some sort of a resolution and for that I appreciate what the company has done so thank you all from Deep South homestead
