what's good everybody it is your boy C back with another Xenoverse 2 DLC 17 video for you guys today we're going to be taking a look at the differences between Rising charge and Max charge these are two different charge skills and I always find the skill test of charge skills very very interesting and today I want to showcase the differences between Rising charge and Max charge even though we cannot get this skill currently for our cac's it is something that was found in the files as usable for our cac's by the homie demon boy so shout out to the homie demon boy for actually finding that um his Twitter will be linked Down Below in the description but the simple fact that it was found usable for cac's means that we could get it sometime in the future and this charge skill also has something very very interesting going on for it at the same time that I do want to go over in this video now first let's take a look at Max charge because Max charge is like the most comparable I feel to this charge skill in terms of just how it actually works in the the basic form of what you want from a charge skill and that's how fast your key actually gets up so as you guys see right here this is the basic Max charge that we have known for literally 7even years now at this point in time in terms of how fast I'm getting my key up right now I'm going to get Broly key down and we're going to do the same thing with Rising charge to see if there's any little bit of a difference or anything like that right so now we'll get down get it down one more with one more eraser bomb and now let's use Rising charge to see if there is any difference and as you guys can see the rate is literally the exact same as Max charge is with the CAC oh damn my CAC got all the way up there what the hell happened now something that's very interesting though about Rising charge is how different it works with Broly when he's in his restrain form as opposed to his base form because as you guys see right now I'm right next to the CAC just charging up nothing actually happens right now let's go away from the CAC let's transform and now let's take a look at the difference between Rising charge in base form and when you are actually transformed now you see the move actually has a hitbox it actually knocks the opponent away now the interesting thing about this skill is that not only does it have an hitbox but it acts as an actual key blast it acts like a key based skill in Xenoverse 2 this is a shout out to the homie reow for finding out that information for me as well he told me that it acts as a key base skill so it can actually defect some key blast but not all key blasts for example though it can uh deflect basic key stuns and key cancels as I'm about to show you guys right now let's have it set to Super Attack 4 change the character and put him to actually charge right now it's only a very short window that we actually have this available hold on it's a very short window because he's barely charging up that I literally just did this before the video started oh my goodness okay hold on I'll be right back once I get it of course literally right as I say that I get it on the very next one but as you guys saw right there it deflected the keyi blast right there and did not let the keyi blast actually hit Broly so this move can deflect certain key blast because it also acts as a keyi blast in its own self like that is a very very interesting thing about this skill without a doubt so not only does it have a hit box but it can deflect certain keepy blast attacks at the same time if the timing is right so that is something very very interesting about the rising charge skill that is different when you are in the transform state in Broly's restrained Super Saiyan form as opposed to when you are in his base form and I just find that very very interesting and really hope that we do get this someday for our cac's because I think it would just be a cooler version of Max charge for our cac's because again the charge rate is exactly the same as Max charge charge the big difference comes in when it actually gets its own hitbox when you are in the transform State and I would assume if they were to ever added in for cac's regardless of what transformation you would use I would hope that it would work in this manner and that is if they do add it someday for our cac's again I do have some hope for that considering it is in the files as an actual usable skill for cac's in this game so with that being said let me know you guys' thoughts on the differences between these two and clearly Rising charge is the better of the two because they both have the exact same charge rate the only difference between them majorly is the simple fact that gets a hitbox when you actually use Rising charge in Broly's transform State as opposed to in his base form so again let me know your thoughts on that down below in the comments until next time my boys thank you guys for watching hope you enjoyed and as always hope you have a good one hey yall
