Xenoverse 2 Awoken Skill Tier List UPDATED!

oh hello everyone and welcome to the video the updated Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 a Walken skill tier list video as of January 2024 or rather as of the latest a Walken skill added right now that being Ultra instinct or rather silverhead Ultra Instinct mastered Ultra Instinct whatever you want to call it before get to it do me a favor if you're watching this and you find this useful or what have you last time I did this was in I believe February give about February of 2023 and in that video I did forget about the diso a walkon which I mean that says a lot about the a walkon I think and we didn't have the Beast of walk yet a few weeks after I uploaded that video we then had the Beast of walk and then naturally later on in the year we then had Ultra Instinct so it's updated for that and a few of Walkin have been updated as well which again we'll get into throughout the course of this video oh yes we shall uh and also I've not rewatched my first video on this so I may say something or I may repeat myself or I may say something completely different for example I think in the first one I gave turn giant I think like a c or a d rank it's higher than that now I'll just say that right there yeah with that said question of the day what is your favorite welen skill as of right now in Dragon Balls Universe 2 do let us know in the comments oh yes I do think more wons will be added but until then let's get into this list starting with well let's go in order I guess well sort of order I guess uh do you know what no let's actually start off with I'm going to put these in the same category or the same sort of tier those being Kyle Ken and Kyle Ken 10 * three right here yeah d rank the worst these two are the worst in the game but In fairness well the Kaio Ken a walkon again you've got times 20 which is going to be separate in a moment but the Kaio Ken a walkon skill I feel like it's added as a tutorial a Walken skill so you can get used to what a welon skill is all that good stuff right there because this is more than likely going to be the very first a walking skill you unlock because believe you get this from I want to say it's parallel quest number six or 567 it's one of those it's a super early parallel Quest I think the drop rate is fairly high or rather you're not going to struggle with it so In fairness I do think that these are added just as a tutorial until you get probably honestly most people start off as as you know as a SA or freezer ice character you know until you get like turn golden or any of like the non- goodkey Super Saiyan forms like super saiyan Super Vegeta etc etc etc ra I do believe Kaio Ken and times 3 Kai Ken do it does give you a slight damage increase and I believe in times3 it takes slightly less stamina to do stuff like vanish but honestly it's so small and un you just don't notice it it's basically pointless so with that said it's a d rank but it's a rather respectable d rank because again I feel like it's added just as a tutorial so you know what the a Walken is and all that good stuff right there so fair enough okay moving on now to the other Kaioken a Walken skill you can use for your custom character that being Kaioken times 20 oh oh oh oh cheeky oh yeah let's put this as a c rank not a not exactly a battle won in my opinion but the difference I forget if there is a damage increase and if there is what that what the damage increase is but when you're in the times 20 KY Ken or won it will look if I remember it will you you would have thought I would have memorized this but I just forget sometimes I believe once you're in KY K times 20 it will constantly drain your stamina but you have basically unlimited vanishes if I remember I don't think it I think maybe it might lower the cost of of um evasive skills I don't know but when you use time 20 carcane you basically have unlimited vanishes until your stamina breaks right until you lose all your stamina which will happen automatically so that's Fair it's a unique to some extent mechanic it will I'd say it'll do the job it will but it's whatever now you may think oh well just use this and then use skills that require stamina to prolong such as final explosion and or the Neo tribeam ultimate fair play for thinking that but you probably shouldn't because it will I believe stop at a certain point anyway plus you might as well use like Beast or a on a walking skill that will actually give you a pretty good damage increase to compensate the quote unquote infinite stamina of times 20 so it's there it's whatever Again In fairness it's Kyle Ken there's only so much you can do with Kyo Ken not super kaio-ken not Super Saiyan blue kaio-ken but just normal the normal standard Kaio Ken forms okay whatever the next welome we have is Future Super Saiyan I just got a screenshot future uh of Super Saiyan future Gohan cuz it's that's what it's bed off of look this is my gold to a walk so because of that I am going to put this as an S tier now again this is Super Saiyan 1 but it's got a really fast animation so I tend to use this as a sort of not maybe a s a sort of pseudo evasive but you can use it as a knockback but just keep in mind that you can perfect block the I guess like the impact frame of it or have you and then break your opponent's guard so I do keep that in mind it's happened to me granted it does happen fairly rarely but regardless it's still does technically happen I believe it's exact the stats and stamina I want to say it's exactly the same as Super Saiyan 1 but if if I'm looking at this I'm I'm trying to think if I'm looking at this from a more objective standpoint this is probably a b rank maybe a B+ but again be because I use this as my main go to a walkon on my main characters main preset I will put this as an S rank I know people are going to completely disagree with me there and that's fine but before you disagree with me gief your flavor of the day it's and it's not because of I'm talking 20% off again cold attack cic on checkout bare minimum of 20% off okay let's now move on and as we do move on we have potential unleashed the I guess what what well technically the second if you want to include Zen verse one a walk skill valuable for everyone even though in verse one Kyle Ken was a super attack but you could still use it but this is the first main a walkon skill that anyone can use like any race like SS Earth custom characters rather like SS Earth the Marin nins and the frer race this is a very safe and a very easy S rank now again off the top of my head I do forget what the damage increase is on potential Unleashed it takes five bars of key to use but it doesn't consume it like a few of wons which we'll get into later on um yeah honestly I don't have that much to say about it it's like a very safe and a very standard a Walken skill that is an S tier it's fantastic and it's a good job that it is a able for all Races rather than just for example SS and all just earthlings honestly you cannot I don't think at least you really cannot go wrong using potential Unleashed on pretty much anything it's a fantastic build it tends to be for the most part like The Meta awen like people who would play like as M Sands and square triangle and they can say that's cheap or boring and I kind of agree that he's boring but this is something that would complement that so if it's going to compliment like that it's going to complement going down that makes sense fantastic a walk SK if you you you probably have it if not get it by getting a z rank on all five I think it's five or six five of the advancement tests in Kon City home of the time Patrol and yeah fantastic Wan once you've got it unlocked it's unlocked for everyone yeah honestly I don't really have that much to say about it a rather fantastic a walkon highly highly recommend the first true S rank I get of this list oh the power pole Pro the the for some reason Earthling exclusive awen I get why they did that and I think I mentioned this in the first video I did like what 11 or so months ago as of this upload I get why they made this available for just earthlings because there's no other idea that could have gave them or no other form could have gave them that made sense sure you can have a master Ru buff form but it would probably not look oh no it it might look a bit weird on female characters I personally do not care it's a game but I do get why they gave them this but there's no reason why this shouldn't be usable for of races now you could say oh wife you a margin or freezer race or bad character you've got like just just change it or make it so um you know it's what the evil Nimbus or the dark Nimbus now I do if I remember that's filler from Dragon Ball but I mean look it's it's Universe it's it's it's whatever do you know what I'm a little bit torn on this do you know what let's put this as a cber let's say this is a C+ it's not exactly a bad a Walken skill I would absolutely 10 times out of 10 prefer this over either KY actually I prefer this all for any of the kai Ken forms to be honest you know either Kai Ken Kai Ken time 3 and or Kai Ken * 20 I really would so I I don't think it's a b rank especially give her what I'm going to give a b rank later on um yeah I mean you do have super armor and you you do receive damage and the way that you get rid of this a walkon like if your pwn gos for it way that you stop them is by either doing a certain amount of damage over time and it'll then automatically get rid of it or Andor by going for a grab so it is up there it looks it's cool it's fun and I think tomorrow or the next few days I'll have a video it's already uploaded and scheduled of a freezer Speed Build using in the new GT trunk supera but I might also do a future video I'm coming up with this right now using p pole Pro with that super cuz it makes you just go in incredibly fast so do again make sure you subscribe for that as well as the freeza speed video which is going up either on the Friday or Saturday I forget would I have it I think it's on Saturday again it's already scheduled to go out it'll be out automatically um yeah you the uh no you know what let's just end it there for um per po it's whatever yeah it's um it's not the most unique but it's yeah oh this next one's going to make a few people angry but oh well I'll cry about it pure progress do you know what right off the bat that's put is a SE now as of right now it's available it's exclusive to hit what a walkon hit custom hit and I forget if it's available for the festival preset I don't think it is uh off the top of my head I forget if you can remember off the top of your head do let me know but when I did the AAL Walken skill video explained over you at this point and so now was probably going to do an updated version of that soon as well when I did that I used the aen but then it made hits skills do less damage I don't know if that's been changed or fixed or have you I thought it was very weird now yes it does change the animation but people who like main hit they either go off a custom hit or preset two of hit or rather a Walken hit and they don't tend to use the aen it's just needed but it does have two phases uh the both require five bar five bars key and it consumes it so again it but with that said when you're in the form I don't think even remote serious bomb would get rid of it but I don't think I've tested that so whatever again if I'm wrong about this let me know in the comments but that said only available to hit right now just make it available for everyone there's no reason not to but let's move on and moving on we shall to the margin exclusive Wan purification oh yes purification in the comments well I don't know okay so you can say this is the same for every a Walken but if you have the right build it's going to be really powerful and yes to some extent that's true but I think to make this Fair no no we we'll just say it hell feeling rather than like if you have like the best possible build of each walkon it's a n rank to some extent that's true but whatever there are certain well I think there's one right a well walk skill superar which activates exclusively when you use the purification the walking skill and I I forget what it does I think it's stamina regen and attack increase I forget again let me know in the comments I'll put this as a b rank because across the yes it's like you do have like a different move set like of just kid boo but you do technically have like health regen via quick sleep but because of how but you rarely see this being used you'll see maybe every one once in a while and I think because of that for the most part people don't tend to well don't tend to know how to deal with this specific a Walken skill CU it's got like a unique Dodge a you unique Dash it's fine I think it's a very standard B rank in my opinion moving on now to Super Saiyan so the Super Saiyan of wome with Super Saiyan 1 Super Saiyan 2 and Super Saiyan 3 oh yeah what um I think I put one of these as either an a rank or B rank but given just how many better welome skills there are in Xenoverse 2 right now even for key skills I'm going to put all three of these as a b rank you can maybe put no no no I'm not going to put Super Saiyan 3 as as an a rank even though Super Saiyan 3 is pretty much my favorite um transformation I think it's just so cool so yeah the reason I put super sa one and two here is because you need four bars sorry three bars a key for Super Saiyan one four bars key for Super Saiyan 2 and then five bars or Plus for Super Saiyan 3 so because of that it's going to be awkward if you want to go specifically for let's say Super Saiyan 1 you're going to have to really keep an eye out when you have five not five when you have less than four bars of key but more than three bars same thing for Super Saiyan 2 with less than five bars but more than four bars then if you have five bars or more which is like more flexibility you can then use Super Saiyan 3 I think get the Dage increase naturally Super Saiyan 3 is going to be stronger for is it strike skills but honestly at this point super like this is a good a Walken it's not bad it's not bad by any stretch of the imagination not at all but honestly just use a God form at this point right I honestly don't have much to say about it now you may say oh well why did you put Future Super Saiyan as an S rank but Super Saiyan one and the B rank even other than the same again just go and use the time stamps in this video to go back to me talking about the future super sa walking skill or rather long story short it's just my goal to it's fastic to activate and I believe Future Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 1 Super Saiyan 1 specifically them the same right uh Super Saiyan 2 does feel like a bit of a fitter form like until Super Saiyan 3 and once you unlock the Super Saiyan walk skill you get all three of these unlocked at the same time we can only activate them depending on how much key you have so if You' got only four bars of key on a build you can only go for Super Saiyan uh two but given Super Saiyan God takes three bars of key as well it's like you're just not going to use it and again Super Saiyan 3 is pro probably a slightly like B+ only because if you don't have a god well Super Saiyan well not Super Saiyan God if you don't have blue blue Evolution or Beast yet Super Saiyan 3 on a Saiyan will do for the time being but that's all I have there for Super Saiyan 1 two and three but we not quite done with the Super Saiyan forms just yet and the reason we not quite done with the Super Saiyan forms just yet the non good key forms rather is because we now have Super Vegeta so Super Vegeta 1 and Super Vegeta 2 I think I put I think this one here Super Vegeta 2 I want to say cuz I I think when I took the screenshot ages ago I made it so the aura is on for Super Vegeta 2 you know what it doesn't matter either way because these are both um a b rank maybe Super Vegeta one as a c rank but whatever actually no do you know what um okay I think this one's Super Vegeta one if it's not just pretend it is I'm actually going to put that this a c rank because it's so unnecessary given that as of right now Super Vegeta is Super Vegeta 1 for three bars key and Super Vegeta 2 for four bars key there's no Super Vegeta 3 yes I know why because there's no well Vegeta does a new super sa 3 in quot unquote Cannon but that doesn't matter the verse is a massive wh if they should maybe do it and just make itself Super Vegeta 1 and Super Saiyan 1 are the same but giving you the key increase rather and stroke same thing for Super Saiyan 1 to Super Vegeta 2 sorry same thing for Super Saiyan two easier for me to say to Super Vegeta 2 then Super Saiyan 3 to a Super Vegeta 3 if they ever add it that's just how I would do it but because there's only two phases of this you I can't see why you're going to go for Super Vegeta one intentionally given Super Vegeta 2 is much stronger again for strike ski sorry for key skills while easy for me to say once again so Super Vegeta one does feel very just unimportant and again once you unlock the a walking you get them both at the same time so it's as if you get one after the other you just need the appropriate amount of key to use either of them yeah um I know this people going to be like oh well why give it a c rank cuz again honestly at this point Super Vegeta as an a walking skill just feels very filler until you get to the god forms or on a nonsan character until you get Beast so uh yeah there is that there feel free to let me know why I'm wrong in the comments and speaking of people like I know the next one is going to really annoy a lot of people and you know what tough and that aome skill is the latest a walking skill added again as of this recording and upload this video has been uploaded I think the day after on the Thursday we have Ultra Instinct oh wow okay let's just pull the bandid off this is a c rank almost d rank now again as of right now the May changes in the future I don't know but as of right now when you actually activate Ultra Instinct it does not give you a damage increase to anything you do not get a damage increase to basic attacks which is like grabs and basic key blasts you don't get a damage increase to strike base skills and you don't get a damage increase to key base skills it's I'm laughing it's so dumb now it takes and consumes five bars of keys so you need five bars of key and then once you're in the form it will get rid of those five bars of key which isn't necessarily a problem I don't think for the most part because unlike the other wons well I guess technically for purification but once you're in Ultra Instinct it will well you then get I think what is it you click on PS4 PS5 you click L1 and triangle and you then gain access while you're in the form to the surging Spirit charge skill so that's fair enough whatever you don't need you don't need a charge skill unless you just want to like go into it stra work and you don't have a Super Soul like the Broly Legendary Super Saiyan Broly Super Soul or Super Saiyan blue Gogeta Super Soul that gives you Max kit the very start of the match but man like no look also you can't key cancel that's why if you could key cancel this would be a b rank um even though there's no damage increase like I said before they should have made it so instead of adding Ultra Instinct now they should have made this maybe change the animation slightly if you wanted to but make this Ultra Instinct sign cuz there's no damag increased Ultra Instinct sign Ultra instinct is both a technique and a form the silverhead version is a transformation but when go is in like the the all man the sign version not true Ultra Instinct that's in the manga like don't worry about that for the time being but Ultra Instinct all man or Ting sign it's the same thing literally the same thing it's just one I think Doon called it alrin all man like when it first came out then it officially was called ALR sign later on again don't worry about it it's it is exactly the same thing despite what people say that um when he first uses it it's all man then the second time he uses it against kefla It's s Noob it's exactly the same just different um names but that's a rant don't worry about it I forgot I was going to say oh that's it they should have made this awon tinct sign and then add this version mastered tinct or silverhead ALR synct or just allr synct as it's officially called later on with even a 5 or 10% damage increase be can then key cancel because when you go for a key blast on Massad or on Ultra Instinct it's soaring fist which granted if it lands it will do good amount of damage and the charge key blast is something that resembles or rather it just is the spirit pulse uh Super Attack which again if it lands it will do a good amount of damage the issue isn't Spirit pulse it's the soaring fist um it's a basic key blast because you can't then key cancel to protect yourself get out the way now yes you do have Auto Dodge the problem with that lot is that it won't always activate depending on what you're doing and you need to be standing still for the most part for to activate and then when it does actually activate it's so bad um it then takes away some of your stamina now if you do have the auto Doge then click X again that's on PS4 PS5 I think it's a on Xbox and whatever I don't know um or I can't remember you will will go for the celestial worldwind I guess like animation Attack which will do a lot of damage but just key cancel before you do that and like they'll have to vanish and they'll use an evasive or limit burst it's this a walking skill they really missed the bar with it now again they may change this later on so it then actually does do damage increase to you know your your St uh basic attacks key skills Strife skills what have you but as of right now it doesn't and because of that this a walking skill is I would say it's the worst in the game but we've got the first two Kyle Ken form so oh it's so trash and going back now a few updates prior to that we have super saiyan blue Evolution funny enough we just had one of the worst won skills in the game Super Saiyan blue Evolution I don't really have much to say about this apart from it's an easier srank and the reason it's an easy S rank is because this is as of right now the best award W skill aaable full stop whatever including out of characters that have unique a Walkin that you can't use on custom characters right now super saan blue evolution is the best awcon skill as of right now in Dragon Balls lse 2 especially after the recent update that made blue Evolution as well as blue so it the key drain is far less again it takes five bars key to activate but it doesn't consume it which is good and you have a massive attack increase across the board uh and you can key cancel look again I don't have much to say about this super saan blue Evolution again as right now is the absolute best a walkon skill in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 no argument and next we have the form prior to that Super Saiyan blue or Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan hey guys you remember when Vegito appeared and he said and this is Vegito Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan such an iconic scene uh first one maybe yeah first one of the video as an a rank I think this is very standard very safe it's it is to some extent as well a bit of a filler form also takes five bars the key to activate but not consume and you'll do well you get attack increase to everything as well but the key drain isn't going to be as powerful or as noticeable as Super Saiyan blue Evolution but again at the this point super Sai blue and super Sai blue Evolution given like the recent changes that they've received the key drain on both of these are so manageable now even without a charge skill and even without a Super Soul such as the F Super Soul like what is it the right now let's begin the experiment just any sort of key regen supero you don't need it it would certainly help you absolutely don't need it again I would if you've got super saan blue and superan blue Evolution unlocked and you are trying to Wi win a fight online you going to run blue Evolution you just going to I think them both roughly give a take the same time in terms of activation but again I don't really have much to say about that to be honest it was the first a walking skill added to zover 2 after it was released and it's a good a Walken skill it's a very safe a tier a Walken skill and because I missed it last time let's just go very quickly and talk about the dispo super sonic mode uh C rank I I I'm kind of glad it's not available for cting characters but at the same time we could probably make it good if if you you could if I remember it doesn't take any key to use but I think you have like key no isn't it stamina and health Degen break it down yeah um yeah you will get a massive speed increase but honestly just run a Super Soul that gives you again I'll got a video coming up in the next handful of days of a freeze race character with the new GT future GT trunks not Future Trunks Super Soul which gives you a massive speed increase yeah uh I I don't have much to say about this I understand why it's not available for custom characters and in the first video about this that I did like about a year or so ago 11 months ago give or take I missed this awon I think that says everything that you need to know about dispos unique a Walken skill super sonic mode you can see I'm not exactly going in order here of um when there was added or I guess like their strength from the series like started with Kai Ken but now I'm going for what is probably the strongest of what the strongest transformation at least as of dragable super superhero that's how it's employed the Beast of walking uh yeah I feel like people going to disagree with this and that's fine but I'm putting this as a very safe a very standard B tier rank not because it's called Beast haha no it's a b rank yes it will also consume fire bars of standard when it's used and the animation is quite long pause but I think that is compens oh and also you get a damage you receive more damage but I think all that is compensated because of the damage that you deal out while in the walking as well as the beast mode unique animation or combo which is why is it triangle square triangle triangle triangle or vice versa no I think it's Tri hold on I've got my controll here hold on triangle triangle yeah okay muscle memory triangle square triangle triangle triangle triangle or how many triangles at the end there are but that is such a good combination cuz firstly it does a ton of damage that's like a pseudo Ultima like in terms of damage especially on a sign character or on an Earthling character where that specializes in basic attacks but you can then combo use that to then combo into like an ultimate or a strike skill even if you don't break their stamina so yeah break their stamina so if you got Max stamina So Max Key and they have very little stamina go for that combo then go for something like for example me to crash after the last UT and and it's going to force them to either use an invasive no it's going to force them to use invasive again and I'm kind of rambling but I do think this is actually a good a walking skill now before I was a bit iffy but I think they made it slight the animation ever so slightly faster yeah very safe B rank uh not a B minus or B+ just B St a standard B rank rather nice we got a couple left now so let's move on to the nein exclusive won turn giant I think again I promise I haven't watched rewatched the video the first one but I gave this either a C or D rank or maybe a b rank but I'm actually going to put this as an a rank now there's a the what is it the Super Baby Vegeta 2 super Sal and also I I couldn't think I couldn't find a good giant nean um picture so I just put great tap bab J because they giant whatever the both the mech with that Super Soul this is going to do a ton of damage and not every character or build will be able to necessarily do enough stamina damage to then Force the character out of the turn giant form greater welcon uh again I think I gave this to c rank last time which is not good like I basically would have said that it's the same as Kyle Ken time 20 no not at all and since that video I have been using this using this walk a little bit more so I've got used to a bit more yeah it's a final Walken um the it it changes your move set it's spammy but with that Super Soul you recover a key to can stay well say you have more key to use and by the time you've either ran out of stamina or get your stamina broken or you need to get your Stam recharged you've probably done a really good amount of damage on your opponent maybe even nearly defeated them if not flat out defeated them so yeah that's yeah fair enough um I'm trying to think also if you have a build or move set that has like naturally a charge skill maybe even super guard would you stand is broken just go for super guard wait for your stamina to recharge then rinse and repeat going on now to the final non nonack uh a Walken skill that being super saiyan blue Kyle Ken and I'll put in the same one Super Saiyan blue Kyle Ken and of course Super Saiyan blue Kyle Ken times 10 let's put this as a c I forget what I gave last time but thinking about it if you know what you're doing you're going to probably skip Kyle Kent and just go to subian Blue kken time 10 when I say skip kaien I don't mean the non God non Super Saiyan blue forms I mean just super saiyan blue kyane and times 10 you're going to go straight to Super Saiyan blue kaiane time 10 thankfully it doesn't consume stamina at least not as of right now sorry consume key I'll get it right one day I promise so you can use this and go to times 10 straight away problem being though is yes or though you get a massive attack increase the health drain is it's it's too n Bo in my opinion again I think when you mean times 10 everything all like Vanishing and evasive take I think half or a quarter or something to use so that's fair but you if you know you're doing and you're struggling you just wait for your opponent intimes 10 caran time 10 to just like you just like not run away but you'll just be a bit more defensive and let them drain their own health until either the mind the lowest amount of Health possible without being defeated or they drop out of it and if they drop out of it they probably won't go back into the awoken so that's why I'm giving it a c it's a C+ it's better than Ultra Instinct in my opinion it's probably the best C tier a Walken skill cuz the next two are not going to be honestly in anything under than an a tier and the final saian of won that was well on this list Super Saiyan God once again very very very easy and a very safe s tier a Walken skill this gives you I believe it's a 40 % increase to basic attacks not strike or key skills I think it's neutral on those it doesn't give you an increase or decrease and it only takes three bar ke to use and yeah on at least M STS who have naturally higher basic attacks anyway this is like it just complement each other it's somewh some muchat Synergy there it works it's fantastic it's all good it's it's great it's fantastic it's lovely yeah and with the Boost reach full power Super Soul it's just going to do a ridiculous amount of damage to the point where a full heavy combo is going to do more damage than most ultimates granted not all ultimates but most ultimates so yeah that's uh that's great and finally we have turn golden this is an A+ in my opinion maybe an S tier but I don't know again if like this is available to just naturally the freeze race and it's going to give you an increase to your key skills probably an an A+ or an S minus so it'll be around like this here not where like not where the uh what the placement is just like on the line yeah definitely a safe a definitely not it's definitely not a b or under it'll give you a massive increase to your key skills but it does make key cancelling just slightly tricky but that said the fully charged freezer race key blast does do a ton of damage and again you get that increase to your uh key skills once used on your freeze race character and that is my updated Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 awen skill tier list video as of the ultra Instinct aen skill added in what was it October 2020 three again I would not be surprised at all if they add a newer
