X Series VS Double Flame

so one question we get asked a lot here at Brito is what's the difference between the X series fire pit and the double flame fire pit so I'm going to kind of go through some of the similarities and some of the differences between these fire pits for you so let's start with what's the same between these two fire pits first of all they're both Brio smokeless fire pits with a double wall system holes around the top rim and they both use our X based airflow system the X based airflow system allows the fire to continue to get primary air even as ash is building up because the airports are above the layer of the ash so that's something that we developed in 2019 that's patent-pending and we've incorporated that into the double flame and the X series as well another thing that they both have is this grill port so what this allows you to do is take our outpost grilling system with the kettle hooks and everything go with that and lock it in place in both fire pits so everything is interchangeable if you have our outpost mobile grilling system for the campsite that will also integrate into the X series and into the double flame these are the 24-inch versions of both fire pits that means that the inside diameter from wall to wall is 24 inches for the double flame and for the X series so those are the things that are the same now let's talk about what's different so the most different thing between these two fire pits is the X series has this sear plate so the sear plate is designed for high heat cooking as it heats up it'll tilt slightly towards the inside to allow Greece to run right into the fire and not get all over your patio it provides an extremely high heat cooking surface almost like a griddle that you can cook all man or different things the double flame rim is not designed to cook on it's designed to only cook using the grill system which once again also fits on the X series the second primary difference between these two fire pits is in material the double flame is built completely out of 304 stainless steel the X series has a stainless steel sear plate and legs and the walls and the inside are made for a limit material called core 10 Corten steel is the architectural steel you'll see in bridges and other architectural features it develops a patina on the outside that makes it very corrosion resistant and long lasting so who are these two fire fits for well the X series is very focused on wood-fired cooking the X series is designed for the person that really wants to push the limits on what can be done over open fire using the sear plate using the grill it's really designed for that person to one who wants an amazing campfire experience but also really wants to do some cooking for the double flame it's more just for the campfire it's focused more on the person that is really interested in a beautiful stainless steel backyard fire pit it's gonna burn amazing it's gonna be smokeless it's gonna look nice both of these products are made in our shop here in Lancaster Pennsylvania and they're both backed by our lifetime warranty thanks for watching and let us know if you have any other questions on the double flame and X series fire pits [Music]
