World's Largest Slushy Maker (44 gallons!)

Slushies are the perfect way to cool down on a hot summer day. But when it's really hot, you need to do it jumbo. That's why we made a 44 gallon slushy. To make this absurd cool treat, we first need a cup to hold it all. It fits perfectly. But once we dump in 44 gallons of our drink, how will we turn it into a slushy thing. Take dry ice-- cold, really cold dry ice, and put it in alcohol, rubbing alcohol, it gets super cool and becomes like, a poor man's liquid nitrogen. So we're going to do that in this trash can to make a slushy maker. So I'm getting ready to make up the five gallon buckets of Hawaiian punch. We'll have a total of 50 gallons or so, maybe a little less. 150 pounds of dry ice. 10 gallons of 99% pure isopropyl alcohol. Let's go get crazy. What's so cool is that the dry ice is boiling at room temperature, and the alcohol's freezing point is so low that the liquid is going to be like, negative probably 50 degrees. Negative 110, actually. Negative 110 degrees probably. This is pretty cool. Why don't we pour it-- Fun city. About to pour the first pitcher of Hawaiian Punch in. Mm-hm. Honestly, I think our slushy maker is easier than this. I would recommend people just using that-- Actually, not a bad idea. I know where we can get a whole lot of those.
