World's Biggest RC Car Extreme Driving

this is the world's biggest radio controlled monster truck [Music] and in this video we're going to be taking it out for his first proper run in the last video we built it and fitted this great big petrol Racing Engine and broke it [Music] now this one is a limited collected Edition signed by the main man Dennis Anderson so we really got to try and not harm this beautiful body so what happened I got this truck into a funny position I tried to pull it out and save it because I didn't want to hurt this beautiful body it came down on the wheels on Power and look it lost Drive normally what happens is you break a diff cup let's open it up and have a look look at this man look at my head so I put a little Mark on here so I remember which side the crown wheel goes on if you put this diff in the wrong way around the truck's going to drive the wrong way oh look there we go look just as expected broken Drive cap that has snapped off from in there all that torque and power going through these great big wheels onto this tiny little shaft yeah that does happen if you land on power exactly the same thing happens to the real monster trucks when you land jumps you're gonna try and match the speed of the tires to the speed of the ground if there's a big difference then you're gonna start snapping shafts and stuff in there too so I've got this Taylor RC ones here they're made from a much higher grade steel however if you land jumps on full power they're still gonna break so I want to put a differential back together again with these silicone ear plugs what that does it makes a difference a lot lot tighter makes it behave more like a locked up differential but first we've got to clean all the parts and some brake cleaner then we can put it all back together thank you [Music] next this piece here is so fiddly I'm probably going to run out of film if I try and film it all so easier way thank God for that next impact time everyone's trying to cram as many of these in as I possibly can but I've worked old white don't come out again no that took me ages so these four screws here always come loose I'm going to use this heavy duty green lock tight hopefully they're going to stay in I'll see it on one of the Facebook groups what people do they grind a little piece out of here put a longer screw in and put a Nylock on the end if this comes loose I'll probably try the same [Music] the front end has broken as well so quicker way to put it in boom and back in action [Music] here we are on location look at the size of that in the background some juice and then we'll give you a little run so we'll give it a little while over the field we've still got run the engine in we've got to give it a bit of running in a bit of a tune-up if it survives we're gonna hit skate park we're working it will start easy yeah start how on yeah does it work yep cool I think we've got to pull it till it pops once we get a pop we turn the choke off I forgot to bring tools with me something goes wrong we can't fix it oh oh look this is what happened the cable come out of there supposed to be like that now it's gonna work I really hope you don't need any tools because I can't tune it I can't do I do I can't do anything party on and then we can give it a little whip man look at this thing hopefully it's still gonna look like this later on today [Music] we're coming [Music] Grandma let's fix it then take this thing to escape pocket and send it to the moon in true Gravedigger fashion I landed that jump with the power on I've got to get out of the habit of doing it that's what rips these Transmissions apart when you land you've got to be neutral for us with no throttle no brakes oh no I wanted to keep this body nice now look I'm gonna get a spare one then I have one for bashing one for a shelf Queen taking these wheels off it just makes it a lot easier to work on so I'm going to open up the center transmission here we go got this Cruise out and yep that shaft snap just say look new shaft here I get it all back in there and back in Action boom all back together again also if we look at the throttle linkage it kept popping out of here and then going all flat out so I put a little zip tie around there so hopefully it won't happen again [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] skate park was full so off to the next one location over there skate park we've never been [Applause] man that is so much fun still got all that light over there to play with I might try and get it over that railing as well in a minute definitely I think so anyway the screws come out that's all we've got to do screw that back in action oh no quick way doing it ready boom sort of got it done however these screws on they're so tight I couldn't get them out so I had to try and do these up with a pair of pliers so they're quite loose they're probably going to come out again but before that we'll get a few more jumps out of it man this RC car is so much fun it's like the Ultimate RC car it's like nothing more fun oh [Music] [Applause] savings come off again everything [Laughter] plate up oh guys I don't have a cold here I was filming on that camera I wasn't filming on the main cameras what I tried to do is slowly limp it back and drive it up there and just park it there to work on it but instead it landed onto all of Max's stuff knocked it all on the floor knocked a lipo on the floor a big puddle of petrol done that to his Noble he always break my stuff I suppose a bit more even now got it back on now this is what we've got to do it up with look I can't get in there to do that Revenge I'm doing it up with this thing it's not very tight at all but we have a silly idea that jump there I don't know if that's going to make it over it you reckon it would do it that goes wrong it's gonna be really expensive maybe potentially if that goes wrong you've got a bigger issue the Lando's all the way over there yeah good way over there it's got broken legs so you can't carry it yeah [Music] oh are you ready there we go [Music] I really wanted to give it a bit of throttle there to pull it out but I was scared of blowing out the dips again oh GoPro oh I gotta do so you're gonna go flat out across there and hit that doing it off of there is a little buoy jump anyone can do that oh man play Max when it goes wrong man it's gonna be so bad you gotta take a while all the way from over there all the way flat Hunter there this is going to go so long [Music] [Music] what's happening oh no I broke a sway bar all right one more let's see I'm not gonna do it again [Music] [Applause] [Music] oh that's it I'm done I'm done I'm gonna do no no that's it we're done game over no that is it I'm not doing it again when is he gonna give us a proper service now oh yeah they said don't battle bead logs they bent them so this came off of somewhere we're gonna get another body make a nice body vote the sway bar so now it's flapping around I think it's done a diff cup again foreign let's get it home no more back in the shop I've just fixed it oh you are not gonna believe how much stuff I've broken I'm going to show you that in a minute so for the sway bar to put a new ball joint on the end of it and straightened it I've ordered a new one but for now this will do I've managed to get this off I've tightened all the bolts up I've locked tighted all the steering all these steering bolts they all tend to come loose I broke an other diff cup inside the differential so I've replaced that one as well I've broken a few of these now it's becoming a bit of a weak spot it's kind of my fault for landing on power sometimes and I guess sometimes it doesn't break right away and then it might weaken it and then break it later my beautiful limited edition 40th anniversary body doesn't look so beautiful anymore so we've got Battle Scars across here exhaust pipe melted it oh but I've ordered those spare body so I'm gonna have a nice shelf Queen body then this one here for bashing the thing is when you bash these trucks I mean you do break them but normally it's only really small parts and no matter how hard you abuse it it doesn't look that bad afterwards on most other RC cars once you start beating on them they just look Tatty they look worn out they look broken they just look old but on the laminator I mean minus the body you give it all a clean up and it all looks brand new again all of my raminators underneath the body they look like new anyway I guess you want to see all the broken parts from this video so this amazingly in the whole entire video is all that we broke so we broke a diff cup we broke the gearbox shaft if you're going to get yourself a laminator definitely get yourself a few spares of these a body mounts up on there but I've just ordered myself some aluminum ones and this one here just fell apart so I just replaced it anyway bead locks I bent a couple of them it does say that you're not supposed to bash with these aluminum ones and you're supposed to put the plastic ones on there that screw that we found laying around it just came out at the bottom of one of these so I've replaced that one the Taylor 50 GT engine oh my God God how much power and it ran absolutely perfectly in that laminator there I've got an 80cc it's just complete Overkill this one here is probably about right but it's still got so much power server hose the agf servos these are the only servos I've never killed in a laminator so this one here agf servos the electric brushless one also agf servos I've got agf Servo in that all the other servos that I've tried in these laminators I've killed all of them these agfs they've all just worked absolutely perfectly I mean they're expensive but you know you buy cheap you buy twice I mean I'm not saying they're unbreakable but man they took a b in I'm gonna put a link down below we can get the truck from the servos at engine audio upgrades also let me know in the comments what else do you myself another ek4 and this one here looks to be in really good condition we just need to get some monster truck tires I've got a Nitro Formula One car check this out this thing looks absolutely amazing and I've got another one in here as well I'm really getting into these Nitro vintage cars we've got the Baja Beetle don't ask what happened here in there we got a low C Nitro Monster Truck forgot what it's called but it's in there got myself a second Traxxas xrt this one here is going to get all the m2c treatment big motor are we going to have one big motor one and one normal motorbike the real one Mr truck I tried to build the world's best monster truck so we need all the best parts so there's a new front steering system that you can get for these I'm going to order it up and I'm
