Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
Some of your captions overlap and stick around for too long, and the captions move so fast there's barely enough time to read some of the longer ones. Other than that, loving what you're doing. Subbed!
A masterpiece of dynamic mapping π
Very informative. I never realized the Germans were cut off in France by two invasions, not just Normandy.
literally just saw it on my reccommended
That was really cool to watch how the whole thing played out. Well done OP
Some slight overlapping on bottom events. Other than that. Itβs perfect and beautiful. I will see this many times over. Congrats π»
Excellent use of HoI music!!
Love the map, it's mesmerizing. Also love how there are months of lull on the battlefield, where both sides are building their forces, hence the quickly rising numbers, for the upcoming battles.
I'm always a bit irked at the format of these videos (with epic music and speeches) but this was well done.
However, among other possible inaccuracies, the liberation of Corsica in September-October 1943 is missing ;)

The island was freed 9 months before the landings in Normandy and later in Provence.
Wow never seen the Blitz into the SU animated like that great job!
