Hello friends welcome to Microsoft sarker my YouTube channel today I will show how to solve windows cannot connect to the printer check the printer name and try again if this is a network printer make sure that the printer is turned on and that the printer address is correct let's go start now go to the computer where the printer is installed if you are first visiting my YouTube Channel Please Subscribe and notify the belt icon click and see your next updated video step one press the Windows key and type control panel into the search bar click on control panel click on category and select small icon click on program and features now click on turn Windows features on or off off now open the new interface and scroll down the printer and document service into the search bar click the turn on LPD printer service and LPR Port monitor press enter close the window step two press the Windows key and type registry editor into the search bar click on registry editor H Key current user software Microsoft scroll down in Windows NT current version windows then right click on Windows key and select permissions just search for user everyone and if you don't find it here then click on ADD and after click on okay press select everyone turn on the full control and read the allow box apply okay close the window step three press the Windows key and type registry editor into the search bar click on registry editor hkey local machine software policies Microsoft Windows NT printers if you don't find RPC here then rightclick on printer key and select new type RPC select RPC nav to the right side of the window right click on an empty area select new and then select dword 32bit value type here RPC over TCP double click on it to open the edit dword 32bit value0 dialog box press okay to save the changes and exit again right click on an empty area select new and then select dword 32bit value type your RPC over name pipes next in the edit RPC over name pipes value dialogue box navigate to the value data field and set it to one press the Windows key and type registry editor into the search bar click on registry editor H key local machine system current control set control print now navigate to the right side of the window right click on an empty area select new and then select dword 32bit value type here RPC off level privacy enabled double click on it to open the RPC off level privacy enabled to the value data field and set it to one close the window method five open the start menu by pressing the Windows key and type device manager click on Device Manager click open and select print cues to check all the connected printers right click on your printer name from the list from the context menu that follows click update driver if you don't have the driver file click search automatically for drivers to update your printer's driver method six press the win plus are Keys together on your keyboard to open the Run command window type firewall CPL and hit enter to open the Windows Defender Firewall window in control panel click on turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off on the left side of the panel in the customize settings window under the customized settings for each type of network go to private network settings and select the turnoff Windows to Fender firewall not recommended option repeat this for the public network settings also press okay to save the changes and exit restart your PC again go client PC must be installed the client PC next next next next click to continue method 8 and final press the Windows key and type in the control panel and click on control panel into the search bar click on devices and printers printer and scanners add device if not a single device is shown here click the printer that I want is it listed click on the add manually select share a printer by name if next enter the network path to the printer click on next select whether you want to make this a default printer or not if you are first visiting my YouTube Channel Please Subscribe and notify the Bel icon click and see your next updated [Music] video
